The technical deviations between this standard and the International Standard ISO 6330:2012 are as follows: — Adjustment on technical differences had been made in "Normative References" of this standard so that the technical conditions in China are met; the adjustment situations embodied a concentrated reflection in Chapter 2 "Normative References", and the specific adjustments are as follows:  GB/T 6529 is replaced by GB/T 6529, which is modified in relation to the international standard;  ISO 6059 is replaced by GB/T 7477 which is identical to the international standard. For the purposes of this standard, the following editorial changes have also been made: — The note of 1.4 is added; — IEC 60456 is deleted from the note of 6.2.1; — The note of 8.3 and 10.2.3 are added; — Due to clerical errors of the international standard, partial parameters of the washing machine Type A2 type Annex A (Normative) are corrected; — The note of Annex B is added and Annex Q (Informative) is added; — Bibliography of the international standard is deleted. This standard was proposed by the China National Textile and Apparel Council. Textiles — Domestic Washing and Drying Procedures for Textile Testing 1 Scope 1.1 This standard specifies domestic washing and drying procedures for textile testing. The procedures are applicable to textile fabrics, garments or other textile articles which are subjected to appropriate combinations of domestic washing and drying procedures. This standard also specifies the reference detergents and ballasts for the procedures. 1.2 This standard specifies the following washing procedures: a) 13 different washing procedures based on the use of the reference washing machine Type A: horizontal axis, front-loading type; b) 11 procedures based on the use of the reference washing machine Type B: vertical axis, top-loading agitator type; c) 7 procedures based on the use of the reference washing machine Type C: vertical axis, top-loading pulsator type. 1.3 Each washing procedure represents a single domestic wash. 1.4 This standard also specifies six drying procedures: A — Line dry B — Drip line dry C — Flat dry D — Drip flat dry E — Flat press F — Tumble dry Note: When decided through consultation between all parties concerned, oven drying procedure may be used, see also Annex Q. 1.5 A complete test consists of a washing and drying procedure. Note: Use of different parameters (washing machine type, detergent type and type of tumble drier) may affect test results for any test using this standard. 纺织品 试验用家庭洗涤和干燥程序 1 范围 1.1本标准规定了纺织品试验用家庭洗涤和干燥程序，并规定了程序中所用的标准洗涤剂和陪洗物。 本标准适用于纺织织物、服装或其他纺织制品的家庭洗涤和干燥。 1.2本标准规定了如下洗涤程序： a)使用水平滚筒、前门加料型标准洗衣机(A型洗衣机)的13种洗涤程序； b)使用垂直搅拌、顶部加料型标准洗衣机(B型洗衣机)的11种洗涤程序； c)使用垂直波轮、顶部加料型标准洗衣机(C型洗衣机)的7种洗涤程序。 1.3每种洗涤程序代表一种独立的家庭洗涤。 1.4本标准规定了6种干燥程序： A——悬挂晾干； B——悬挂滴干； C——平摊晾干； D——平摊滴干； E——平板压烫； F——翻转干燥。 注：若有关各方商定，可采用烘箱干燥程序，参见附录Q。 1.5一次完整的试验包括洗涤程序和干燥程序两部分。 注：采用本标准进行试验时，使用不同的参数(洗衣机类型，洗涤剂类型和烘干机类型)可能影响试验结果。因此，鼓励使用本标准的有关各方商定所用的参数。 2规范性引用文件 下列文件对于本文件的应用是必不可少的。凡是注日期的引用文件，仅注日期的版本适用于本文件。凡是不注日期的引用文件，其最新版本(包括所有的修改单)适用于本文件。 GB/T 6529 纺织品 调湿和试验用标准大气(GB/T 6529—2008，ISO 139：2005，MOD) GB/T 7477水质 钙和镁总量的测定 EDTA滴定法(GB/T 7477—1987，eqv ISO 6059：1984) 3术语和定义 下列术语和定义适用于本文件。 3.1 自然环境 ambient conditions 试验环境与室内外正常环境的温度和相对湿度相同的大气条件。 3.2 陪洗物 ballast 试验时添加到试样中的纺织品负载(纯棉，聚酯纤维/棉混纺或纯聚酯纤维织物)，以达到洗衣机规定的负载质量。 3.3 湿度控制装置controlled humidity device 翻转烘干机的湿度控制单元，能够测量载荷的湿度，并在达到预设湿度值时终止干燥程序。 3.4 过度干燥0verdrying 使载荷中所有剩余水分均被去除的延时干燥。 3.5 标准洗涤剂reference detergent 试验中使用的满足规定配方的洗涤剂。 3.6 标准洗衣机reference washing machine 试验中使用的满足规定参数的洗涤设备。 3.7 洗涤程序 washing procedure 洗衣机中预先设定的洗涤循环，包括给水、洗涤、反复漂洗、脱水、给水，并最终以脱水结束。 3.8 脱水过程spinning process 洗衣机通过离心作用将水分从织物中移除的过程，为洗涤程序的一部分。 3.9 静态空气still air 没有被任何自然风或机械装置影响而产生流动的空气。 3.10 总洗涤载荷total air-dry mass 按GB/T 6529规定标准大气调湿的试样和陪洗物总的质量。 4原理 试样按本标准规定的程序使用一种全自动洗衣机洗涤并干燥。 5设备和材料 5.1全自动洗衣机 5.1.1 A型标准洗衣机——水平滚筒、前门加料型 A型标准洗衣机的规格见附录A。 5.1.2 8型标准洗衣机——垂直搅拌、顶部加料型 B型标准洗衣机的规格见附录C。 5.1.3 C型标准洗衣机——垂直波轮、顶部加料型 C型标准洗衣机的规格见附录E。 5.2翻转烘干机 5.2.1 A1型翻转烘干机——通风式 A1型翻转烘干机的规格见附录G。 5.2.2 A2型翻转烘干机——冷凝式 A2型翻转烘干机的规格见附录G。 5.2.3 A3型翻转烘干机——鼓风式 A3型翻转烘干机的规格见附录G。 5.3 电热(干热)平板压烫仪 若采用本方法进行干燥，压烫型式应由有关各方商定。 5.4悬挂干燥设施 悬挂晾干(见10.1.1)或悬挂滴干(见10.1.2)设施，用绳、杆等。 5.5 干燥架 平摊晾干(见10.1.3)或平摊滴干(见10.1.4)用筛网干燥架，约16目，不锈钢或塑料制成。 5.6 陪洗物 5.6.1 类型I，100％棉型陪洗物 100％棉陪洗物的名义组成见附录H。 5.6.2类型Ⅱ，50％聚酯纤维/50％棉陪洗物 50％聚酯纤维/50％棉陪洗物的名义组成见附录H。 5.6.3 类型Ⅲ，100％聚酯纤维陪洗物 100％聚酯纤维陪洗物的名义组成见附录H。 6试剂 6.1标准洗涤剂 6.1.1标准洗涤剂1 标准洗涤剂1是不加酶的无磷洗衣粉，分为含荧光增白剂和不含荧光增白剂两种。[又称为1993AATCC无荧光增白剂标准洗涤剂(WOB)和1993 AATCC含荧光增白剂标准洗涤剂。] 仅用于B型洗衣机，其名义组分见附录I。 6.1.2标准洗涤剂2 标准洗涤剂2是加酶的含荧光增白剂无磷洗衣粉(又称为IEC标准洗涤剂A*)。用于A型及B型洗衣机，其名义组分见附录J，配比见附录O。 6.1.3标准洗涤剂3 标准洗涤剂3是不加酶的不含荧光增白剂无磷洗衣粉(又称为ECE标准洗涤剂98)。用于A型及B型洗衣机，其名义组分见附录K，配比见附录O。 6.1.4标准洗涤剂4 标准洗涤剂4是加酶的含荧光增白剂无磷洗衣粉[又称为JIS K 3371(类别1)]。仅用于C型洗衣机，其名义组分见附录L。 6.1.5标准洗涤剂5 标准洗涤剂5是无磷洗衣液，分为含荧光增白剂和不含荧光增白剂(WOB)两种(又称为2003AATCC含荧光增白剂标准液体洗涤剂和2003 AATCC无荧光增白剂标准液体洗涤剂)。用于B型洗衣机，其名义组分见附录M。 6.1.6标准洗涤剂6 标准洗涤剂6是不加酶的含荧光增白剂无磷洗衣粉(又称为SDC标准洗涤剂类型4)。用于A型洗衣机，其名义组分见附录N，配比见附录O。 6.2试验用水 6.2.1 水的硬度 试验用水的硬度应低于0.7 mmol/L，按GB/T 7477测定，以碳酸钙表示。 注：有关各方商定一致时，可使用硬度低于2.7 mmol/L的水。 6.2.2水压 洗衣机注水口处的供水压力应高于150 kPa。 6.2.3 注水温度 洗衣机注水温度应为(20±5)℃。 在热带地区，最低水温应为(20±5)℃。若试验用水温度不同于该温度，宜在试验报告中注明所用水温。 7调湿及试验用大气 按GB/T 6529规定的标准大气对纺织品试样进行调湿。 8洗涤载荷 8.1总洗涤载荷 对所有类型标准洗衣机，总洗涤载荷(试样和相应陪洗物，见5.6和8.2)应为(2.0±0.1)kg。 注：试样为一件完整成衣时，若其总洗涤载荷超过2.1 kg，报告其总质量。 8.2试样数量 试样数量根据样品用途确定。 8.3陪洗物的选择 纤维素纤维产品，应选用类型I棉型陪洗物(见5.6.1)。合成纤维产品及混合产品应选用类型Ⅱ聚酯纤维/棉陪洗物或类型Ⅲ聚酯纤维陪洗物(见5.6.2和5.6.3)。 注：未提及的其他纤维产品可选用类型Ⅲ聚酯纤维陪洗物(见5.6.3)。 8.4试样与陪洗物的比例 如果测定尺寸稳定性，试样量应不超过总洗涤载荷的一半。 注：试样为一件完整成衣时，若试样和陪洗物的比例超过1/1，报告其实际比例。 9洗涤程序 9.1 从附录B中选择A型标准洗衣机的洗涤程序，从附录D中选择B型标准洗衣机的洗涤程序，从附录F中选择C型标准洗衣机的洗涤程序。 9.2若使用翻转干燥或者测定质量损失，单个试样、制成品或成衣在洗涤前要先称量。 9.3将待洗试样放入洗衣机(见5.1.1～5.1.3)，加足量的陪洗物(见5.6)，使总洗涤载荷符合8.1的规定。应混合均匀，选择洗涤程序进行试验。 a)A型标准洗衣机，直接加入(20±1)g标准洗涤剂2、标准洗涤剂3或标准洗涤剂6。 b)B型标准洗衣机，先注入选定温度的水，再加入(66±1)g标准洗涤剂1，或加入(100±1)g标准洗涤剂5；若使用标准洗涤剂2或标准洗涤剂3，加入量要控制在能获得良好的搅拌泡沫，泡高度在洗涤周期结束时不超过(3±0.5)cm。 c)C型标准洗衣机，先注入选定温度的水，再直接加入1.33 g/L的标准洗涤剂4。 d)各标准洗涤剂用量见表1。 表1标准洗涤剂用量 标准洗涤剂 标准洗衣机 A型 B型 C型 1 — (66±1)g — 2 (20±1)g 适量 — 3 (20±1)g 适量 — 4 — — 1.33 g/L 5 — (100±1)g — 6 (20±1)g — — 9.4在完成洗涤程序后小心取出试样，注意不要拉伸或绞拧，按第10章规定的一种干燥程序干燥。 10干燥程序 10.1 空气干燥 选择的洗涤程序结束后，立即取出试样，从A～E中选择干燥程序进行干燥。若选择滴干，洗涤程序应在进行脱水之前停止，即试样要在最后一次脱水前从洗衣机中取出。 10.1.1 程序A——悬挂晾干 从洗衣机中取出试样，将每个脱水后的试样展平悬挂，长度方向为垂直方向，以免扭曲变形。试样悬挂在绳、杆上，在自然环境的静态空气中晾干。 试样的经向或纵向应垂直悬挂，制成品应按使用方向悬挂。 注：为了后续试验，干燥程序的环境条件可按照GB/T 6529。 10.1.2程序B——悬挂滴干 试样不经脱水，按10.1.1晾干。 注：为了后续试验，干燥程序的环境条件可按照GB/T 6529。 10.1.3程序C——平摊晾干 从洗衣机中取出试样，将每个脱水后的试样平铺在水平筛网干燥架(见5.5)或多孔面板上，用手抚平褶皱，注意不要拉伸或绞拧，在自然环境的静态空气中晾干。 注：为了后续试验，干燥程序的环境条件可按照GB/T 6529。 10.1.4 程序D——平摊滴干 试样不经脱水，按10.1.3晾干。 10.1.5程序E——平板压烫 从洗衣机中取出试样，将试样放在平板压烫仪(见5.3)上。用手抚平重褶皱，根据试样需要，放下压头对试样压烫一个或多个短周期，直至烫干。压头设定的温度应适合被压烫试样。记录所用温度和压力。 10.2翻转干燥 10.2.1 程序F——翻转干燥 选择的洗涤程序结束后，立即取出试样和陪洗物，将其放入翻转烘干机中(见5.2)。按10.2.2、10.2.3或10.2.4的规定进行翻转干燥。 10.2.2翻转烘干机时间设定 为了确定适宜的烘燥条件，可在正常(较高)温度下按附录P计算的烘干时间翻转干燥试样。试验结束时，试样的最终含水量应与调湿纺织品的含水量相当。 需要测定试样在翻转干燥期间的温度时，应在试样上固定塑料温度显示标签(热敏标签)，其测温范围应为40℃～90℃。 对于5.2中规定的烘干机，设定滚筒出风温度最低为40℃，正常织物要确保最高不超过80℃，敏感织物最高不超过60℃。开机加热直至试样烘干，停止加热后继续翻转5 min，立即将试样取出。 10.2.3 过度干燥 过度干燥的特征是烘燥至最终含水率低于调湿状态。 根据纺织品成分，烘燥终点的最终含水率低于如下数值时视为过度干燥： ——合成纤维纺织品，-2％； ——纤维素纤维纺织品，-5％。 注：烘燥终点的最终含水率按附录P中式(P.2)计算。 为了确定过度干燥对尺寸测量的影响，宜在过度干燥前、后分别测量试样的尺寸。 继续烘燥直至达到所确定的最终含水率。 停止加热后继续翻转5 min，立即将试样取出。 10.2.4翻转烘干机湿度设定 按正常或低热翻转干燥试样，直至湿度测量装置测得最终湿度达到表2要求。 停止加热后继续翻转5 min，立即将试样取出。 由有关各方商定翻转干燥程序，若未商定按翻转干燥程序1进行。
