3.1
Natural moisture absorption and air per-meability hemp textile products bast fibers textile products with natural moisture absorption and air per-meability
Pure hemp (ramie, flax, hemp) textiles or hemp (ramie, flax, hemp) 30% and above, with natural moisture absorption and air permeability of blended or interwoven products, without moisture absorption and air permeability finishing or adding moisture absorption and air permeability functional fiber textiles.
4 Requirements
4.1 Project
The requirements of natural moisture-absorbing and breathable hemp textiles are divided into four aspects: inner quality, appearance quality, moisture-absorbing and breathable properties and safety. 4.2 Inner quality and appearance quality
Should be in line with the relevant parties contractual agreements or the corresponding national standards or industry standards for textiles.
4.3 Moisture absorption and breathability
Moisture-absorbing and breathable performance is divided into A grade, AA grade, AAA grade 3 levels of network products after 5 washes its moisture-absorbing and breathable performance index requirements in accordance with Table 1.
5 Test methods
5.1 Inner quality and appearance quality
The test method of the inner quality and appearance quality of the product is performed according to the corresponding national standards or industry standards for textiles.
6 Inspection rules
6.1 Batch regulations
According to the same species, the same color number of products as one or several inspection batches.
6.2 Acceptance of product quality
6.2.1 Sampling rules according to the contractual agreement of the parties concerned or according to the corresponding national standards for textiles, industry standards, etc. The number of samples drawn should meet the test requirements of all acceptance items, including moisture absorption and breathability testing with a representative sample (block).
6.2.2 intrinsic quality and appearance quality test methods and evaluation of the contractual agreement of the parties concerned or according to the current national standards or industry standards for textiles, etc., the level of moisture absorption and breathability performance in accordance with Table 1. When the moisture-absorbing and breathable performance is lower than the A-level requirements, the batch of products is judged not to meet the requirements of natural moisture-absorbing and breathable hemp textiles.
6.2.3 The basic safety performance of the product according to GB 18401 executive total, infants and children with the safety performance of the product according to the provisions of GB31701 implementation.
7 Signs, packaging, transportation and storage
7.1 Marking and packaging according to the contractual agreement of the relevant parties or according to the corresponding national textile standards, industry standards and other implementation.
7.2 Each packaging unit should be accompanied by instructions for use, instructions for use should be consistent with the requirements of GB/T 5296.4, and should indicate the number of this document and indicate the level of moisture-absorbing and breathable properties of the product.
7.3 The product in the package should not use sharp objects such as metal pins.
7.4 It should be ensured that the product is not damaged in transportation, and the product is not stained or damp.
7.5 The products should be stored in a cool, ventilated, dry warehouse, pay attention to moth and mildew prevention.
