4 Requirements
4.1 Project
The requirements of natural moisture-absorbing and quick-drying hemp textiles are divided into four aspects: intrinsic quality, appearance quality, moisture-absorbing and quick-drying performance and safety.
4.2 Intrinsic quality and appearance quality
Should be in line with the relevant parties contractual agreements or the corresponding national standards for textiles, industry you standard.
4.3 Moisture-absorbing and quick-drying performance
Moisture-absorbing and quick-drying performance is divided into AAA, AA, A grade. After 5 washes, the products are required to absorb moisture and breathable performance indicators according to Table 1.
5 test methods
5.1 Inner quality and appearance quality
The test method of the inner quality and appearance quality of the product is carried out according to the corresponding national standards or industry standards for textiles.
5.2 Moisture-absorbing and quick-drying performance
Moisture absorption and quick drying performance test according to GB/T 21655.1-2008 implementation, washing and drying procedures according to GB/T 8629-2017 implementation, using a standard washing machine, 4N washing program, continuous washing 5 times, hanging to dry.
5.3 Safety
According to GB18401 and GB31701 in the implementation of the method specified.
6 inspection rules
6.1 Batch regulations
By the same species, the same color number of products as one or a number of inspection lots.
6.2 Acceptance of product quality
6.2.1 Sampling rules according to the contractual agreement of the parties concerned or according to the corresponding national standards of textile island, industry standards, etc. The number of samples taken should meet the test requirements of all acceptance items, including moisture absorption and quick drying performance grain test with a representative sample (block).
6.2.2 intrinsic quality and appearance quality of the test method and evaluation of the contractual agreement of the relevant parties or according to the current national standards or industry standards for textiles, the level of moisture absorption and quick-drying performance in accordance with Table 1, when the moisture absorption and quick-drying performance is lower than the requirements of the A level, it is judged that the batch of products do not meet the requirements of natural moisture absorption and quick-drying hemp textiles.
6.2.3 The basic safety performance of the product according to the provisions of GB 18401, infants and children with the safety performance of the product according to the provisions of GB 31701.
7 signs, packaging, transportation and storage
