Cashmere Woven Scarf and Shawl 1 Scope This standard specifies the technical requirements, inspection methods, inspection and acceptance rules, as well as instructions, packaging, transportation and storage of cashmere woven scarves and shawls. This standard is applicable to the pure cashmere scarves and shawls, and scarves and shawls containing 30% or more of cashmere. Pure raw or blended scarves and shawls of other special animal fiber may be referred to this standard. This standard is not applicable to ultra-thin cashmere scarves and shawls with the mass per unit area of 50 g/m2 or less. 2 Normative References The following referenced documents are indispensable for the application of this document. The basic safety performance of cashmere woven scarves and shawls for infants shall comply with the requirements of Class A products specified in GB 31701, and the basic safety performance of cashmere woven scarves and shawls for children at least shall be comply with the requirements of Class B products specified in GB 31701. 3.2 Grading requirements Cashmere woven scarves and shawls shall be graded by piece and divided into first-grade products and acceptable products according to the lowest results of internal and external quality inspection. 3.3 Internal quality 3.3.1 Physical indexes are graded in accordance with Table 1. 同一条产品的色差不低于4级，同批产品与确认样的色差不低于3-4级。同批产品条与条之间的色差不低于3级。 3.4.4缝制和熨烫 3.4.4.1缝制线迹平直，无脱线、线头、跳针、漏针、浮针。 3.4.4.2绣花部位平服，不漏印迹。水洗尺寸变化率应与其他部位保持一致。 3.4.4.3装饰物(如烫贴、珠片、动物毛皮等)应固定牢固，不易脱落。 3.4.4.4熨烫平整，无极光、无死折痕。 4检验方法 4.1 内在质量检验 4.1.1水洗尺寸变化率 水洗尺寸变化率的测定按GB/T 8628和GB/T 8629—2017中4H程序执行，干燥程序选择程序A。 4.1.2干洗尺寸变化率 干洗尺寸变化率的测定按GB/T 19981.2—2014表1中特敏材料程序执行，整烫方法选择8.1.9中的方法B：使用熨斗压烫。 4.1.3单条重量偏差率 4.1.3.1将抽取的若干条样品按GB/T 9995中的烘干方法烘干，逐条称重，精确至0.5 g，计算平均值，得到单条成品的平均干重。按GB/T 9994计算单条成品的公定回潮重量m1。 4.1.3.2按式(1)计算单件成品重量偏差率，计算结果按GB/T 8170进行修约，精确至0.1％。 (1) 式中： DG——单条成品重量偏差率，％； m1——单条成品公定回潮重量，单位为克(g)； m——单条成品规定的公定重量，单位为克(g)。 4.1.4断裂强力 断裂强力的测定按GB/T 3923.1执行。 4.1.5纤维含量 纤维含量的测定分别按FZ/T 01057(所有部分)、GB/T 2910(所有部分)、GB/T 16988、FZ/T 01026执行。 4.1.6耐光色牢度 耐光色牢度的测定按GB/T 8427—2008方法3执行。 4.1.7耐洗色牢度 耐洗色牢度的测定按GB/T 12490—2014(试验条件B1S，不加钢珠)执行。 4.1.8耐水色牢度 耐水色牢度的测定按GB/T 5713执行。 4.1.9耐干洗色牢度 耐干洗色牢度的测定按GB/T 5711执行。 4.1.10耐摩擦色牢度 耐摩擦色牢度的测定按GB/T 3920执行。 4.1.11互相沾色牢度 互相沾色牢度的测定按GB/T 12490—2014(试验条件B1S，不加钢珠)或GB/T 5711执行。 4.2外观质量检验 4.2.1检验条件 应在正常北向自然光线或灯光下进行。如采用灯光时，应保持被检样品表面照度不低于600 lx。 4.2.2规格尺寸的测定 将披肩、围巾平摊在检验台上，用分度值为1 mm的钢卷尺测量。方巾测量位置在有效边长的四分之一和四分之三处，长、宽测量结果分别取平均值，其他形状的产品测量各有效边长。精确至0.1 cm。 4.2.3对称边互差的测定 将成品对称部位重叠，测量多余部分(斜角)的最大值。精确至0.1 cm。 4.2.4色差的测定 入射光与样品表面约成45°角，检验人员的视线大致垂直于样品表面，距离约45 cm。与GB/T 250色卡对比后评定级数。 4.2.5经、纬斜的测定 按GB/T 14801执行。 5检验及验收规则 5.1 抽样 5.1.1 以相同原料、同一品种、同一品等为一检验批。 5.1.2单件重量偏差率试验的样本抽取数量按批抽取3％(最低不少于10条)，其他理化性能的抽样方案根据试验需要，一般不少于3条。 5.1.3外观质量抽样和判定执行GB/T 2828.1—2012中正常检验一次抽样方案、一般检验水平Ⅱ、接受质量限AQL=2.5，具体见表6规定。 表6 单位为条 批量N 样本量n 合格判定数Ac 不合格判定数Re 2～8 2 0 1 9～15 3 0 1 16～25 5.2.2按3.3.1和3.3.2对批样样本进行内在质量的检测，印花产品色牢度需检测单条产品中所有颜色，各项色牢度以所有颜色色牢度中最低一级判定。所有检验项目符合对应品等要求的，为该批产品内在质量合格，否则为不合格。 5.2.3按3.4.1～3.4.4对批样样本进行外观质量的检验，符合对应品等要求的，为外观质量合格，否则为不合格，如果不合格样本数小于或等于表6的Ac，判定为该批产品外观质量合格，如果不合格样本数大于或等于表6的Re，则判定为该批产品不合格。 5.2.4整批产品的综合质量判定按内在质量和外观质量抽样检验中的最低等评定。 6 使用说明、包装、运输和贮存 6.1使用说明 每一单条围巾、披肩的使用说明按GB/T 5296.4和GB 18401或GB 31701的规定执行。 其中规格应以厘米为单位标注其外形几何尺寸。如长方形围巾、披肩标注：长×宽(不包括穗长)，三角围巾、披肩标注三边长(不包括穗长)。 示例：长方形披肩：200×100或200 cm×100 cm。 三角形披肩：190×120×120或190 cm×120 cm×120 cm。 6.2包装、运输、贮存 6.2.1 内包装可采用塑料袋，外包装可采用纸盒或纸袋。 6.2.2运输和贮存包装采用纸箱，纸箱内应衬垫具有保护产品作用的纸板或其他防潮材料。纸箱盖、底封口应严密、牢固。 6.2.3包装件运输时，应防潮、防破损。 6.2.4包装件在仓库内堆放时，库房应干燥、通风。 6.2.5产品贮存时注意防蛀。 附 录 A (规范性附录) 印花外观疵点说明 A.1 对花不准(错位或露底)：印花织物上呈现的花纹彼此相对位置没有对准。 A.2花型不对称(对称花型)：对称花型产生的花型偏离中心线或某一边线。 A.3深浅版：印制时用力不匀或台版不平等造成织物得色深浅不匀。 A.4拖浆：色浆被拖沾在印花织物的花型以外区域。 A.5印透：刮刀压力大或刮印次数多造成织物反面印透。 A.6糊花(溢浆、渗化)：织物上呈现花纹轮廓不清，花型周边毛糙，不光洁，色与色之间相互渗溢，花型模糊或变粗，与原样不符。 A.7花型变形：印制时织物没有铺平整产生花型变形。 A.8花型整体位置移位：印花花型距边缘位置改变，与原样不符，部分印到穗子上或花型整体没有印在规定的位置。 A.9串色：印花的颜色沾染到织物底色上，或花型深色沾染到浅色上。 A.10印染污斑：在印花织物上出现一块颜色均匀但色调错误的区域。如印花之前坯布没有洗干净，蒸化处理之后未印花部分出现面积大小不等的黄斑，以及其他的污渍如色斑、锈斑、水渍等。 A.11 断线条纹：数码印花织物在印制过程中出现的一个或几个墨水喷头堵塞后，因颜色缺少而形成的色差。
