1 Scope
This standard specifies the classification, grading and code, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of burglary-resistant electronic locks.
This standard is applicable to the design, manufacture, inspection and acceptance of burglary-resistant electronic locks.

3 Terms, Definitions and Abbreviations
3.1 Terms and Definitions
For the purposes of this document, the following terms and definitions apply.
3.1.1
burglary-resistant electronic lock
locksets, of the required security level, that electronically identify and process relevant information, control the actuators to locking and unlocking
3.1.2
single burglary-resistant electronic lock
burglary-resistant electronic locks that do not have the function of online unlocking information interchange with remote terminals
3.1.3
networking burglary-resistant electronic lock
burglary-resistant electronic locks that have the function of online unlocking information interchange with remote terminals
3.1.4
digital key
carrier containing digitally encoded information used to control the locking and unlocking of burglary-resistant electronic locks.
3.1.5
personal identification number key
personal identification number used to control the locking and unlocking of burglary-resistant electronic locks
3.1.6
biometric key
human body biologic characteristic (such as fingerprint, iris, finger vein, face, etc.) used to control the locking and unlocking of burglary-resistant electronic locks
3.1.7
protection surface
structural surface of burglary-resistant electronic locks that needs to be protected in practical use and may be damaged by tools or opening locks by technology
3.1.8
burglary-resistant electronic lock false acceptance rate
percentage of identifying unauthorized biometric keys of the lock as authorized keys.

4 Classification, Grading and Code
4.1 Classification
The products are classified into single burglary-resistant electronic lock and networking burglary-resistant electronic lock.
4.2 Grading
4.2.1 The security level of products is classified into Levels A and B from low to high according to the information storage, event log, bolt extended length, main bolt axial static pressure resistance, main bolt lateral static pressure resistance, hook/claw bolt strength, manual parts strength, strike box (plate) strength, opening locks resistant for mechanical technology, theoretical coded number, interval change and mutual opening rate.
4.2.2 The environment adaptability level of products is classified into levels I and II from low to high according to the severity level of the environmental test.
4.3 Code
Product code: DZFDS for burglary-resistant electronic lock.
Product type: letters D and L are used to represent single burglary-resistant electronic lock and networking burglary-resistant electronic lock respectively. Security level: letters A and B are used to represent security levels A and B respectively. Environmental adaptability classification: Roman numerals I, II are used to represent the environmental adaptability of Levels I and II. The product model is defined by the manufacturer.

Example: For single burglary-resistant electronic lock of the product model A1 type, security level A, environment adaptability level Ⅱ, the product code of is DZFDS-D-A-II/A1.
5 Technical Requirements
5.1 Appearance
The surface of burglary-resistant electronic locks shall be free from obvious deformation, crack, fade, and there shall be no burrs, sand holes, foaming, corrosion, scratches, coating off and other defects.
5.2 Degrees of protection provided by enclosure
The degrees of protection provided by enclosure of burglary-resistant electronic lock shall meet the requirements of IP55 specified in GB/T 4208-2017.
5.3 Function
5.3.1 Information storage
The information stored in Level A burglary-resistant electronic lock after power failure for 24 hours shall not be lost, while the information stored in Level B burglary-resistant electronic lock after power failure for 168 hours shall not be lost. The burglary-resistant electronic locks shall be able to lock and unlock normally after power failure is restored.
5.3.2 Access management
Burglary-resistant electronic lock shall have the user access management function, and shall have the corresponding authorization mechanism in the process of adding or deleting users.
5.3.3 Input error alarm
When the number of consecutive input error, by using unauthorized digital key and/or PIN key and/or biological key, within 5 min reaches the number (number range: 1 to 5) specified in the manufacturer’s document, the burglary-resistant electronic lock shall be able to give a alarm prompt and/or send alarm message; at the same time, the burglary-resistant electronic lock shall be able to automatically input invalid input status, which should continue for at least the 90 s.
5.3.4 Tamper alarm
When removing the protection surface of the burglary-resistant electronic lock, it shall be able to give alarm prompt and/or send alarm message.
5.3.5 Event records
5.3.5.1 The burglary-resistant electronic lock shall be able to record the corresponding events of unlocking, addition and deletion of users and other operations, and shall be able to query to the event records. Record contents shall include at least the information such as time, users, and the event type. Level B burglary-resistant electronic lock shall also include the unique information of digital key and/or PIN key and/or biometric key in the unlock record information.
5.3.5.2 The number of storage of event records: not less than 32 for Level A and not less than 500 for Level B.
5.3.6 Information upload
The networking burglary-resistant electronic lock shall be able to upload the input error alarm, tamper alarm, event records and other information generated on the lock body to the remote terminal.
5.3.7 Timing error
The networking burglary-resistant electronic lock shall be capable of automatic time calibration, and the timing error within 24 hours shall not be greater than 5 s.
