GJB 5309.1 Test methods of initiating explosive devices—Part 1: General principles
3 Purpose
Simulate the high-frequency vibration environment of initiating explosive device during transportation and use, and evaluate the safety and reliability of initiating explosive device after vibration.
4 Principle
The sample is installed on the vibration test stand surface directly or firmly with a fixture, and an acceleration sensor is installed on the vibration test stand surface (or fixture). During the test, the vibration signal received by the acceleration sensor is converted and amplified into voltage signal by charge amplifier, and then transmitted to the vibration controller. The vibration controller compares, analyzes and equalizes the input value of the vibration test condition before the test with the received voltage signal to generate electrical signal. After that, the electrical signal is amplified by the power amplifier to drive the vibration test stand to vibrate according to specified vibration conditions. See Figure 1 for typical vibration testing system composition and test schematic diagram.

5 General requirements
Application of this part shall comply with the relevant regulations of GJB 5309.1.
6 Instruments, equipment and devices
6.1 Vibration test stand
The basic motion of the vibration test stand shall be a sinusoidal function of time, and each fixed point of the sample shall basically move in phase and along a parallel straight line; The magnetic leakage at 16cm above the vibration test stand surface shall be less than 10 gauss.
6.2 Vibration test system
Within the entire test frequency range, the tolerance of vibration values at the control points shall meet the following requirements:
——Scanning time: ±3%;
——Vibration frequency: ±45% below 25Hz; ±2% at other frequencies;
——Vibration amplitude: ±10%.
6.3 Vibration fixture
6.3.1 Vibration fixture shall be able to ensure that the sample vibrates in the specified axial direction.
6.3.2 The vibration fixture shall be able to simulate the actual installation situation. If not, it shall have enough rigidity to ensure that the motion of vibration test stand is correctly transmitted to the sample.
6.3.3 The vibration fixture shall be designed to be symmetrical in mass distribution after loading the sample, so as to minimize the unbalanced load.
6.3.4 The natural frequency of the vibration fixture shall be at least three times the highest frequency of the test.
