This standard replaces GB/T 3190-2008 Wrought aluminium and aluminium alloy——Chemical composition. In addition to editorial changes, the following main technical changes have been made with respect to GB/T 3190-2008:

——79 designations are added in and 6 designations are deleted from the table of international four-digit designations and chemical compositions (see 3.1.1; 3.1.1 of Edition 2008);

Chemical composition of wrought aluminium and aluminium alloys
1 Scope
This standard specifies the chemical composition of wrought aluminium and aluminium alloys.
This standard is applicable to aluminium and aluminium alloy products (sheets, strips, foils, tubes, rods, shapes, wires and forgings, etc.) produced by pressure processing method, as well as ingots and blanks used for them.

3 Requirements
3.1 Chemical composition
3.1.1 Designation system for the wrought aluminium and aluminium alloy shall meet the requirements of GB/T 16474. Chemical compositions of the wrought aluminium and aluminium alloy shall be in accordance with those specified in Tables 2, 3 and A.1. The limit values given in Tables 2, 3 and A.1 shall be in accordance with those specified in Table 1.

3.1.2 The designation system of composite materials shall meet the requirements of GB/T 27675, and the chemical composition of aluminium alloy materials shall meet the requirements of this standard.
3.1.3 Aluminium and aluminium alloy materials used in food industry shall be controlled to be w(Pb+Hg+Cd+Cr6+)≤0.01% and w(As)≤0.01%.
3.1.4 Aluminium and aluminium alloy materials used in electrical and electronic equipment industry shall be controlled to be w(Pb)≤0.1%, w(Hg)≤0.1%, w(Cd)≤0.01% and w(Cr6+)≤0.1%.
3.1.5 Aluminium and aluminium alloy materials for packaging shall be controlled to be w(Pb+Hg+Cd+Cr6+)≤0.01%.
3.2 Sampling
Methods for sampling for analyzing the chemical composition shall meet the requirements of GB/T 17432.
3.3 Component analysis
3.3.1 Conventional analysis is conducted only for the elements with value requirements for those other than the columns of "Al” and "Other” in Tables 2, 3 and A.1. If the mass fractions of elements under unconventional analysis are suspected to exceed the limit values given in this standard, these elements shall be analyzed by the manufacturer.
3.3.2 The chemical composition analysis methods in Tables 2, 3 and A.1 shall meet the requirements of GB/T 20975, GB/T 7999 or YS/T 870. The arbitration analysis method for the chemical composition of designations with "Co" content less than 0.005% or designations with "Al" content not less than 99.90% shall be the method specified in YS/T 870. The arbitration analysis method for “O” content also may be determined through negotiation between the purchaser and the supplier, and that for other chemical compositions shall be the method specified in GB/T 20975.
3.3.3 When the "total" of "others" in Tables 2, 3 and A.1, the analysis value of each element before summation shall be accurate to 0.XX%.
3.3.4 The content of "Al" (≥99.00%) in Tables 2, 3 and A.1 shall be determined by calculation method:
——When the content of "Al" element is greater than or equal to 99.00%~99.90%, by subtracting the sum of all elements under conventional analysis with the mass fraction not less than 0.010% and the metal elements under unconventional analysis suspected of exceeding 0.010% from 100.00%. The value of each element before summation shall be accurate to 0.0X%;
——When the content of "Al" element is greater than 99.90%~99.99%, by subtracting the sum of all elements under conventional analysis with the mass fraction not less than 0.0010% and the metal elements under unconventional analysis suspected of exceeding 0.0010% from 100.00%. The value of each element before summation shall be accurate to 0.0XX%, and the sum total after the summation shall be rounded off to 0.0X%;
——When the content of "Al" element is greater than 99.99%, by subtracting the sum of all elements under conventional analysis with the mass fraction not less than 0.0010% and the metal elements under unconventional analysis suspected of exceeding 0.0010% from 100.00%. The value of each element before summation shall be accurate to 0.00XX%, and the sum total after the summation shall be rounded off to 0.00X%.
3.3.5 The analysis values are judged by using the rounded-off-value comparison method. Rules of rounding off for numerical values shall be as specified in GB/T 8170, and number of rounding off digits shall be consistent with the limit specified in Tables 2, 3 and A.1 in this standard.
3.3.6 The manufacturer shall monitor and analyze the control elements in 3.1.3, 3.1.4 and 3.1.5 to ensure that the control elements meet the requirements.

本标准按照GB/T 1.1—2009给出的规则起草。
本标准代替GB/T 3190—2008《变形铝及铝合金化学成分》,与GB/T 3190—2008相比,除编辑性修改外主要技术变化如下:
——修改了规范性引用文件(见第2章,2008年版的第2章);
——国际四位数字牌号及化学成分表中增加了79个牌号,删除了6个牌号(见3.1.1,2008年版的3.1.1);
——国内四位字符牌号及化学成分表中增加了29个牌号,删除了2A97牌号(见3.1.1,2008年版的3.1.1);
——修改了国际四位数字牌号及化学成分表和国内四位字符牌号及化学成分表的表头,增加了“Ag”“B”“Bi”“Ga”“Li”“Pb”“Sn”“V”8个元素栏(见3.1.1,2008年版的3.1.1);

1 范围
本标准规定了变形铝及铝合金的化学成分。
本标准适用于以压力加工方法生产的铝及铝合金加工产品(板、带、箔、管、棒、型、线和锻件等)及其所用的铸锭和坯料。

3 要求
3.1 化学成分
3.1.1 变形铝及铝合金牌号表示方法应符合GB/T 16474的规定。变形铝及铝合金的化学成分应符合表2、表3、表A.1的规定。表2、表3和表A.1中极限数值表示应符合表1规定。

3.1.2 复合材料牌号表示方法应符合GB/T 27675的规定,其中的铝合金材料化学成分应符合本标准的规定。
3.1.3 食品行业用铝及铝合金材料应控制w(Pb+Hg+Cd+Cr6+)≤0.01%、w(As)≤0.01%。
3.1.4 电器、电子设备行业用铝及铝合金材料应控制w(Pb)≤0.1%、w(Hg)≤0.1%、w(Cd)≤0.01%、w(Cr6+)≤0.1%。
3.1.5 包装用铝及铝合金材料应控制w(Pb+Hg+Cd+Cr6+)≤0.01%。
3.2 取样
化学成分分析取样应符合GB/T 17432的规定。
3.3 成分分析
3.3.1 仅对表2、表3、表A.1中“Al”及“其他”栏之外有数值规定的元素进行常规分析。当怀疑非常规分析元素的质量分数超出了本标准的限定值时,生产者应对这些元素进行分析。
3.3.2 表2、表3、表A.1的化学成分分析方法应符合GB/T 20975、GB/T 7999或YS/T 870的规定,“Co”元素含量小于0.005%的牌号或“Al”元素含量不小于99.90%的牌号化学成分仲裁分析应采用YS/T 870规定的方法,“O”元素含量仲裁分析也可供需双方协商确定,其余化学成分仲裁分析应采用GB/T 20975规定的方法。
3.3.3 计算表2、表3、表A.1中“其他”的“合计”时,求和前各元素分析数值应表示到0.XX%。
3.3.4 表2、表3、表A.1中≥99.00%的“Al”元素含量采用计算法确定:
——当“Al”元素含量≥99.00%~99.90%时,用100.00%减去所有质量分数不小于0.010%的常规分析元素与怀疑超量的非常规分析的金属元素的和,求和前各元素数值应表示到0.0X%;
——当“Al”元素含量>99.90%~99.99%时,用100.00%减去所有质量分数不小于0.0010%的常规分析元素与怀疑超量的非常规分析的金属元素的和,求和前各元素数值要表示到0.0XX%,求和后将总和修约到0.0X%;
——当“Al”元素含量>99.99%时,用100.00%减去所有质量分数不小于0.0010%的常规分析元素与怀疑超量的非常规分析的金属元素的和,求和前各元素数值要表示到0.00XX%,求和后将总和修约到0.00X%。
3.3.5 分析数值的判定采用修约比较法,数值修约规则按GB/T 8170的有关规定进行,修约数位应与本标准的表2、表3、表A.1规定的极限数位一致。
3.3.6 生产厂应对3.1.3、3.1.4和3.1.5的控制元素进行监控分析,确保控制元素符合要求。
