While the appearance quality includes such indicators as surface defect, specification and size deviation, size difference in symmetrical positions and sewing requirements. 4.2 Grading requirements 4.2.1 Knitted T-shirts are classified into high-grade products, first-grade products and qualified products. 4.2.2 As for the quality grading of knitted T-shirts, the inherent quality is graded by batch, while the appearance quality is graded by piece, and the knitted T-shirts shall be graded as the lowest grade between them. 4.2.3 For all of the inherent quality indicators, the lowest test result shall be the quality criterion for this batch of products. 4.2.4 Where appearance quality problems of different grades are found on the same product, the product shall be graded as the lowest quality grade. For one product, only two limit surface defects of the same grade are allowed; otherwise, it shall be reduced by one grade. 4.3 Inherent quality requirements 4.3.1 See Table 1 for the inherent quality requirements.

要求分为内在质量和外观质量两个方面，内在质量包括纤维含量，甲醛含量，pH，异味，可分解致癌芳香胺染料，水洗尺寸变化率，水洗后扭曲率，顶破强力，起球，耐光、汗复合色牢度，耐光色牢度，耐皂洗色牢度，耐水色牢度，耐汗渍色牢度，耐摩擦色牢度，印(烫)花耐皂洗色牢度，印(烫)花耐摩擦色牢度，拼接互染程度，洗后外观质量等项指标。外观质量包括表面疵点、规格尺寸偏差、对称部位尺寸差异、缝制规定等项指标。 4.2分等规定 4.2.1 针织T恤衫分为优等品、一等品、合格品。 4.2.2针织T恤衫的质量定等：内在质量按批评等，外观质量按件评等，两者结合并按最低等级定等。 4.2.3 内在质量各项指标，以试验结果最低一项作为该批产品的评等依据。 4.2.4在同一件产品上发现属于不同品等的外观质量问题时，按最低等评等。在同一件产品上只允许有两个同等级的极限表面疵点存在，超过者应降低一个等级。 4.3 4.4.4.2缝制应牢固，线迹要平直、圆顺、松紧适宜。 4.4.4.3拼接要平复，领型端正、平服，门襟平直，袖底边宽窄一致，熨烫平整，缝道烫出，线头修清，无杂物。 4.4.4.4锁眼部位不允许毛脱。链式缝纫不允许跳针、断线。 5试验 5.1 内在质量检验 5.1.1准备和试验条件 5.1.1.1所取试样不应有影响试验结果的疵点。 5.1.1.2在产品不同部位取样。 5.1.1.3水洗尺寸变化率、水洗后扭曲率试验前，需按GB/T 6529规定的标准大气进行预调湿，调湿符合要求后进行试验。 5.1.2试验方法 5.1.2.1纤维含量试验 按GB/T 2910、FZ/T 01057、FZ/T 01026、FZ/T 01095、FZ/T 01101规定执行。结合公定回潮率计算，公定回潮率按GB 9994规定执行。 5.1.2.2甲醛含量试验 按GB/T 2912.1规定执行。 5.1.2.3 pH值试验 按GB/T 7573规定执行。 5.1.2.4异味试验 按GB 18401规定执行。 5.1.2.5可分解致癌芳香胺染料试验 按GB/T 17592规定执行 5.1.2.6水洗尺寸变化率试验 5.1.2.6.1 测量部位 5.1.2.6.3.1 按GB/T 8629—2001中的5A程序执行，明示“手洗”的产品按GB/T 8629—2001中“仿手洗”的程序执行。含毛30％及以上的产品按GB/T 8629—2001中的7A程序执行，试验件数3件。 5.1.2.6.3.2晾干：采用悬挂晾干法。上衣用竿穿过两袖，使胸围挂肩处保持平直，并从下端用手将两片分开理平。将晾干后的试样放置在温度为(20±2)℃，湿度为(65±4)％条件下的平台上，静置4 h以上，轻轻拍平折痕，再进行测量。 5.1.2.6.4结果计算 按式(1)计算直向和横向的水洗尺寸变化率，以负号(-)表示尺寸收缩，以正号(+)表示尺寸伸长(倒涨)，以全部试样算术平均值作为试验结果，若同时存在收缩与伸长(倒涨)的试验结果时，以收缩(或伸长)的两件试样的算术平均值作为试验结果，最终结果按GB/T 8170修约到一位小数。 …………………………(1) 式中： A——直向或横向水洗尺寸变化率，％； L1——直向或横向水洗后尺寸的平均值(精确至0.1 cm)，单位为厘米(cm)； L0——直向或横向水洗前尺寸的平均值(精确至0.1 cm)，单位为厘米(cm)。 5.1.2.7水洗后扭曲率试验 5.1.2.7.1按5.1.2.6.3规定的方法进行洗涤、干燥。 5.1.2.7.2测量方法：将洗后的成衣铺在光滑的台面上，用手轻轻拍平进行测量。于每件成衣扭斜程度最大的一边测量。成衣扭曲部位见图2。 说明： a——侧缝与袖窿交叉处垂直到底边的点与扭后端点间的距离，需要时应在水洗前做出“侧缝与底边交点”的标记； b——侧缝与袖窿交叉处垂直到底边的距离。 图2成衣扭曲部位 5.1.2.7.3计算方法：按式(2)计算水洗后扭曲率，以三件衣服的水洗后扭曲率的平均值作为最终结果，最终结果按GB/T 8170修约至一位小数。 …………………………(2) 式中： F——扭曲率，％； a、b——见图2。 5.1.2.8洗后外观质量试验 按本标准规定的水洗尺寸变化率试验方法进行洗涤、干燥后，结合表1进行评价。 5.1.2.9顶破强力试验 按GB/T 19976—2005规定执行，钢球直径为(38±0.02)mm。 5.1.2.10起球试验 按GB/T 4802.1—2008中的E法规定执行。评级根据织物风格和起球形状按GSB 16-1523评定。 含毛30％及以上的产品按GB/T 4802.3规定执行，精梳产品翻动14 400 r，粗梳产品翻动7 200 r。评级根据织物风格和起球形状，精梳按GSB 16-2923评定，粗梳按GSB 16-2922评定。 5.1.2.11 耐光、汗复合色牢度试验 按GB/T 14576规定执行。 5.1.2.12耐人造光色牢度试验 按GB/T 8427—2008的方法3规定执行。 5.1.2.13耐皂洗色牢度、印(烫)花耐皂洗色牢度试验 按GB/T 3921—2008的方法A(1)规定执行。 5.1.2.14耐水色牢度试验 按GB/T 5713规定执行。 5.1.2.15耐汗渍色牢度试验 按GB/T 3922规定执行。 5.1.2.16耐摩擦色牢度、印(烫)花耐摩擦色牢度试验 按GB/T 3920规定执行，只做直向。 5.1.2.17拼接互染程度试验 按本标准的附录A规定执行。 5.2外观质量检验 5.2.1 外观质量检验条件 5.2.1.1 一般采用灯光检验，用40 W白光日光灯一支，上面加灯罩，灯罩与检验台面中心垂直距离为80 cm±5 cm。 5.2.1.2 如在室内利用自然光，光源射入方向为北向左(或右)上角，不能使阳光直射产品。 5.2.1.3检验时应将产品平摊在检验台上，台面铺白布一层，检验人员的视线应正视平摊产品的表面，目光与产品中间距离为35 cm以上。 5.2.2 测量部位及测量方法 各部位测量精确至0.1 cm。 5.2.3试验方法 5.2.3.1 纹路歪斜试验 按GB/T 14801规定执行。 5.2.3.2 色差评级 按GB/T 250规定执行。 6 判定规则 6.1 抽样数量 6.1.1外观质量按批分品种、色别、随机采样1％～3％，但不得少于20件。 6.1.2内在质量按批分品种、色别、随机采样4件。不足时可增加件数。 6.2 内在质量 6.2.1 洗后外观质量检验结果至少2件及以上均合格者判定该批产品合格，不合格者判定该批产品不合格。 6.2.2内在质量按4.3要求，有一项不符合，则判定该批产品不合格。其中，色牢度项目不符合则按色别判定该批产品不合格。 6.3外观质量 按品种、色别计算不符品等率。内包装标志差错按件计算不符合品等率，不允许有外包装差错。凡不符品等率在5.0％及以内者，判定该批产品合格。不符品等率在5.0％以上者，判定该批产品不合格。 6.4 复验 6.4.1 任何一方对所检验的结果有异议时，均可要求复验。 6.4.2复验结果按6.2、6.3规定执行，判定以复验结果为准。 7产品使用说明、包装、运输和贮存 7.1产品使用说明按GB 5296.4规定执行。 7.2包装按GB/T 4856规定执行。 7.3产品装箱运输应防潮、防火、防污染。 7.4产品应存放在阴凉、通风、干燥、清洁的库房内，防贮、防霉。 附 录 A (规范性附录) 拼接互染程度测试方法 A.1 原理 成衣中拼接的两种不同颜色的面料组合成试样，放于皂液中，在规定的时间和温度条件下，经机械搅拌，再经冲洗、干燥。用灰色样卡评定试样的沾色。 A.2试验要求与准备 A.2.1在成衣上选取面料拼接部位，以拼接接缝为样本中心，取样尺寸为40 mm×200 mm，使试样的一半为拼接的一个颜色，另一半为另一个颜色。 A.2.2成衣上无合适部位可直接取样的，可在成衣上或该批产品的同批面料上分别剪取拼接面料的40 mm×100 mm，再将两块试样沿短边缝合成组合试样。 A.2.3对于拼接面料很窄或加牙产品的取样，以拼接面料或拆开加牙部位，剪取最大面积，再将两块试样沿短边缝合成组合试样。 A.3试验操作程序 A.3.1按GB/T 3921—2008进行洗涤测试，试验条件按A(1)执行。 A.3.2用GB/T 251样卡评定试样中浅色面料的沾色。
