1 Scope
This standard specifies boundary dimensions for cast and pressed housings for insert bearings for which boundary dimensions are given in GB/T 3882.
It applies to plummer block housings, flanged housings, take-up housings and ring housings.

7 Boundary dimension
7.1 General
It is optional whether there is a relubrication device on the seat. If used, the lubrication zone shall intersect the bearing lubrication zone specified in GB/T 3882, so that lubricant will satisfactorily feed into the bearing lubrication zone through the housing.
Boundary dimensions of housings are given in Tables 1 to 10.
Where “max.” is shown in Tables 1 to 10, this indicates that the value is both the nominal value and the largest actual value permitted. Where “min.” is shown in Tables 1 to 6, this indicates that the value is both the nominal value and the smallest actual value permitted.
7.2 Cast housings
Boundary dimensions for cast housings are given in Tables 1 to 8.

本标准按照GB/T 1.1-2009给出的规则起草。
本标准代替GB/T 7809-1995《滚动轴承 外球面球轴承座 外形尺寸》,与GB/T 7809-1995相比,主要技术变化如下:
——增加并修改了部分规范性引用文件(见第2章,1995年版的第2章);
——修改了符号的字体(见第4章,1995年版的第4章);
——增加了“代号”章、“标记示例”章(见第5章、第6章);
——修改了2系列铸造立式座螺栓孔宽度N的上限值(见表1,1995年版的表1);

7 外形尺寸
7.1 总则
座上是否具有再润滑装置是可以选择的,如果提供润滑装置,该装置的润滑区域应与GB/T 3882规定的轴承润滑区相交,以便润滑剂通畅地穿过轴承座注入到轴承润滑区。
轴承座的外形尺寸见表1~表10。
表1~表10中的“max”表示该值既是公称值,又是允许的最大实测值。表1~表6中的“min”表示该值既是公称值,又是允许的最小实测值。
7.2 铸造座
铸造座的外形尺寸见表1~表8。
铸造方形座(F200型)、铸造菱形座(FL200型)、铸造凸台圆形座(FC200型)和铸造环形座(C200型、C300型)的外形尺寸见附录A、附录B、附录C、附录D。
