1 Scope
This standard specifies the structural type and boundary dimensions of cast housings for insert bearings (hereinafter referred to as “bearing housings”) not specified in GB/T 7809-2017.
This standard is applicable to the design and model selection of seven insert bearing housings, including highly centered plummer block housing, narrow plummer block housings, adjustable oval housing, suspended housing, overhung housing, flanged square housing and light oval housing.

本标准按照GB/T 1.1-2009给出的规则起草。
本标准代替JB/T 5302-2002《外球面球轴承座 补充结构 外形尺寸》,JB/T 5302-2002相比主要技术变化如下:
——修改了标准的名称(见封面和首页,2002年版的封面和首页);
——修改了范围(见第1章,2002年版的第1章);
——修改了符号的字体及部分符号的定义(见第4章,2002年版的第3章);
——增加了“术语和定义”“代号”(见第3章、第5章);
——增加了外形尺寸总则(见7.1);
——修改了高中心立式座N的最小值,增加了N的最大值,并扩大了尺寸范围(见表1,2002年版的表1);
——扩大了窄立式座的尺寸范围(见表2,2002年版的表2);

1 范围
本标准规定了GB/T 7809-2017中未规定的外球面球轴承用铸造轴承座(以下简称轴承座)的结构型式及外形尺寸。
本标准适用于高中心立式座、窄立式座、可调菱形座、悬挂式座、悬吊式座、凸台方形座、轻型菱形座7种结构型式的外球面球轴承座的设计和选型。

7 结构型式及外形尺寸
7.1 总则
轴承座上可以选择是否有再润滑装置,如果有再润滑装置,则该装置的润滑区应与GB/T 3882-2017规定的轴承润滑区相交,以便润滑剂通畅地穿过轴承座注入到轴承润滑区。
表1~表7中的“max”表示该值既是公称值,又是允许的最大实测值;表1~表7中的“min”表示该值既是公称值,又是允许的最小实测值。
7.2 具体要求
高中心立式座、窄立式座、可调菱形座、悬挂式座、悬吊式座、凸台方形座、轻型菱形座七种轴承座的结构型式分别如图1~图7所示,外形尺寸按表1~表7的规定。
