1 Scope
This standard specifies the testing methods of physical and chemical performance of garments.
This standard is applicable to the testing of physical and chemical performance technical index of garments mainly made of woven fabrics.

3 Basic security technical requirements testing
3.1 Formaldehyde content testing
The formaldehyde content of finished products shall be tested in accordance with GB/T 2912.1.
3.2 pH testing
The pH of finished products shall be tested in accordance with GB/T 7573.
3.3 Odor testing
The odor of the finished products shall be tested in accordance with GB 18401-2010, 6.7.
3.4 Decomposable carcinogenic aromatic amine dyes testing
The decomposable carcinogenic aromatic amine dyes of finished products shall be tested in accordance with GB/T 17592 and GB/T 23344.
3.5 Testing of color fastness to water
The color fastness to water of finished products shall be tested in accordance with GB/T 5713.
