Quilted Textiles 1 Scope This standard specifies the terms and definitions, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of quilted textiles. This standard is applicable to all kinds of quilted textiles made by quilting with different kinds of textile fabrics and lining fabrics, and with wadding fibre filling of a certain compressive resilience (for example, garments, home textiles, ornaments and other quilted textiles). Therein, for quilting, embroidery and sewing quality, 1 unqualified section of first grade product is permissible, and 2 unqualified sections of acceptable product is permissible. The applique embroidery shall be smooth and flat and free from obvious missed embroidery, the sprayed embroidery shall be accurate and its transition shall be natural and free from overlapping and misplacement Sewing quality The track is uniform, straight and firm; curling seam is flat, smooth, neat, straight; consistent broad, no exposed feather; malposition of face and lining fabric sewing is less than 1.0 cm; the needle sleeve is straight, and the edge must be back stitched (0.5 cm to 1 cm); the connection does not appear double track line. Stitch density: plain seam ≥ 10 stitches/3 cm; overlocked seam (blind stitch) ≥ 9 stitches/3 cm; overlocked seam (slant stitch) 11 stitches/3 cm; herringbone stitch ≥ 8 stitches/3 cm Note: Quilting stitch density can be determined according to purpose or user's requirements by the manufacturer. 4.2.4 Inherent quality of finished products shall be in accordance with Table 3. Applicable to the pilling properties of the products with smaller quilting patterns (diameter within 113 mm) Note : According to those specified in GB/T 4841.3, the colour larger than 1/12 standard depth for dyeing with dyestuffs is dark, while that less than or equal to 1/12 is light. 5 Test Methods 5.1 Testing instruments 5.1.1 Steel tape or straight ruler, with a division value of 1 mm. 5.1.2 Gray scale for assessing change in colour (GB/T 250). 5.1.3 Weighing apparatus with a division value not less than 1% of the test piece. 5.1.4 Sample photographs for worsted fabrics (smooth surface) (TWC-W1 SM50). 5.2 Determination of appearance quality and quilting technique quality 5.2.1 During the test, the surface illumination of finished product shall not less than 600 lx, the distance between test personnel ocular region and finished product is approximately 60 cm. Finished products shall be tested by vision and hand feeling. 5.2.2 Determination of size deviation rate: The finished product is flatly placed on the test bench, tidy up slightly by hand; the finished products in naturally expansion and contraction status, and measure, with steel tape, at the points of 1/4 and 3/4 at length and width directions; the measurement results to the nearest 1.0 mm. L0——成品规格尺寸明示值,单位为毫米(mm); L1——成品规格尺寸实测值,单位为毫米(mm)。 5.2.4纬斜按GB/T 14801规定测试。 5.2.5色差及色花用GB/T 250进行评定。 5.2.6填充物的均匀程度以检验人员双手用力触摸成品进行检验为准。 5.3内在质量测定 5.3.1填充物质量偏差率的测定: a)测试、平衡条件按GB/T 6529规定。 b)将整件成品暴露放置在上述条件下平衡,常规为4 h,仲裁检验为24 h,用分度值不低于所测物的1%的衡器称其填充物质量,精确到1 g。 c)填充物质量偏差率按式(2)计算: …………………………(2) 式中: M——填充物质量偏差率; m0——填充物质量明示值,单位为克(g); m1——填充物质量实测值,单位为克(g)。 5.3.2羽绒羽毛填充物的绒子含量偏差、蓬松度、耗氧量、浊度按GB/T 10288规定测试。羽绒制品防钻绒性按附录D规定测试。 5.3.3耐皂洗色牢度按GB/T 3921—2008方法A规定测试。 5.3.4耐光色牢度按GB/T 8427—2008规定测试,其中,曝晒按方法3,晒至第一阶段。 5.3.5水洗尺寸变化率按GB/T 8630规定测试,采用GB/T 8629—2001洗涤程序5A,干燥方法采用程序A。 5.3.6压缩回复率按附录B规定测试。 5.3.7起球性能按GB/T 4802.2规定测试,采用精纺面料(光面)样照(TWC-W1 SM50)进行评级。 5.3.8其他理化性能项目按GB/T 21294规定测试。其中,填充物纤维含量的取样方法按附录C规定。 6检验规则 6.1检验分类 6.1.1成品检验分为出厂检验和型式检验。型式检验时机根据生产厂实际情况或合同协议规定,一般在转产、停产后复产、原料或工艺有重大改变时进行。 6.1.2出厂检验按第4章规定,4.2.4除外。成品出厂检验按FZ/T 80004规定。 6.1.3型式检验项目按第4章规定。 6.2抽样规定 外观质量检验抽样数量按产品批量: ——500条(件、套)及以下,抽验10条(件、套); ——500条以上至2 000条(件、套)(含2 000条),抽验20条(件、套); ——2 000条(件、套)以上,抽验30条(件、套)。 内在质量测试每个品种各抽取2条(件、套)。 6.3评等规定 6.3.1 质量等级分为优等品、一等品、合格品。 6.3.2外观质量、绗缝工艺质量按条(件、套)进行评等,理化性能按批进行评等。 6.3.3等级根据外观质量、绗缝工艺质量测定和内在质量进行综合评定,以其中最低一项评定等级,达不到合格品要求的产品,评定为不合格品。 6.4批等级判定 优等品批:外观质量和绗缝工艺质量样本中的优等品数≥90%,一等品和合格品数≤10%(不含不合格品),各项理化性能测试均达到优等品指标要求。 一等品批:外观质量和绗缝工艺质量样本中的一等品及以上的产品数≥90%,合格品数≤10%(不含不合格品),各项理化性能测试均达到一等品指标要求。 合格品批:外观质量和绗缝工艺质量样本中的合格品及以上的产品数≥90%,不合格品数≤10%各项理化性能测试均达到合格品指标要求。 当外观质量和绗缝工艺质量判定和理化性能判定不一致时,按低等级判定。 6.5合格判定 抽验中各批量判定数符合6.4相应等级规定,判定为合格批;否则,判定该批产品不合格。 6.6复验规定 抽验中各批量判定数不符合本标准规定或交收双方对检验结果有异议时,可进行第二次抽验,抽验数量应增加一倍。以复验结果为最终判定结果。 7标志、包装、运输和贮存 成品的标志、包装、运输和贮存按FZ/T 80002规定。 附录A (规范性附录) 外观疵点及程度说明 A.1线状疵点:沿经向或纬向延伸的宽度不超过0.2 cm的各类疵点。 A.2条块状疵点:沿经向或纬向延伸的宽度不超过0.2 cm的疵点,不包括色斑、污渍。 A.3破损:相邻的纱、线断裂2根及以上的破洞、破边;0.3 cm及以上的跳花。 A.4疵点的轻微、明显程度规定见表A.1。 表A.1 疵点 程度说明 印染疵 参比GB/T 250评定变色用灰色样卡,3-4级以上为轻微,3-4级及以下为明显 纱、织疵 线 状 轻微 粗度大于纱支3倍的粗经,线状错经,稀1-2根纱的筘路,粗度不大于纱支3倍的粗纬,双纬,线状百脚,竹节纱等 明显 粗度大于纱支3倍的粗经,锯齿状错经,断经,跳纱,稀2根纱以上的筘路,粗度不大于纱支3倍的粗纬,竹节纱,脱纬,锯齿状百脚,一梭3根的多纱,色、油、污纱等 条 块 状 轻微 杂物织入,条干不匀,经缩波纹,叠起来看不易发现的稀密路,折痕不起毛 明显 并列跳纱,明显影响外观的杂物织入、条干不匀,叠起来看容易发现的稀密路,折痕起毛,经缩浪纹,宽0.2 cm以上的筘路、针路等 附录B (规范性附录) 压缩回复率测试方法 B.1原理 试样在一定时间、压强的作用下,在其厚度产生受压压缩后去掉负荷,待其回弹恢复后,测定其不同压强时的厚度值,以计算试样的压缩和回复的性能。 B.2设备和工具 B.2.1砝码A,质量2 kg;砝码B,质量4 kg;天平(分度值为1 g)。 B.2.2单位面积质量为0.5 g/cm2的材料制成的20 cm×20 cm的正方形测试压片,其工作面应平整、光洁、无任何毛刺或伤痕。 B.2.3工作台,用于放置试样,面积不小于20 cm×20 cm,工作面应平整、光洁,与调测压片工作面接触时吻合平行。 B.2.4钢直尺(标尺或指示表,其分度值为1 mm),用于测量指示测试压片的工作面与工作台工作面之间垂直距离。 B.2.5计时秒表、剪刀以及用于清擦工作台、调测压片的柔软物品。 B.3试验用标准大气与调湿 B.3.1调湿和试验用标准大气温度(20±2)℃,相对湿度(65±3)%。 B.3.2样品应在吸湿状态下调湿平衡,可先置于相对湿度为10%~25%,温度不超过50℃的大气中调温0.5 h~1 h。 B.4样品 B.4.1 样品应按本标准规定的取样方法抽取。 B.4.2样品应具有代表性,且不能有影响试验结果的疵点。 B.5试样 B.5.1试样应在成品(不需拆除绗缝的面料和里料)距边10 cm以上处且避免样品四角有绗缝线的位置,沿经向(纵向)剪取3块,每块试样面积为20 cm×20 cm。 B.5.2将每块试样用天平准确称量,使其组成质量约为60 g的1组试样,共测试3组。 B.6操作步骤 B.6.1将每组试样分别整齐叠放在工作台上。 B.6.2将测试压片放在试样上,然后再加上砝码A,30 s后取下砝码,放置30 s。这样操作反复3次后,去掉砝码放置30 s后,测量试样从工作台到测试压片的四角高度(精度0.5 mm),取其平均值为h0。 B.6.3在测试压片上再加上砝码B,30 s后测量试样从工作台到测试压片的四角高度,取其平均值为h1。 B.6.4取下砝码B,放置3 min后,测定试样从工作台到测试压片的四角高度,取其平均值为h2。 B.7结果计算 B.7.1 压缩率的计算按式(B.1): ………………………(B.1) 式中: P1——压缩率; b)样品名称、编号、原料、规格; c)试验日期、试验室温、湿度; d)试样的h0、h1、h2、压缩率、回复率; e)必要的试验参数; f)任何偏离本标准的细节和试验中的不正常现象。 附录C (规范性附录) 填充物纤维含量取样方法 C.1取样方法按图C.1,在各取样处随机抽取约10 g样品,将每份样品充分混合均匀,组成第1组的8个混合样品。 C.2按图C.2所示,将第1组混合样品中的第1个样品与第2个样品合并混合,再分成两半,丢弃一半,保留一半;第3个样品与第4个样品合并混合,同样分成两半,丢弃一半,保留一半……第7个样品与第8个样品合并混合,再分成两半,丢弃一半,保留一半。组成第2组的4个混合样品。 C.3将第2组混合样品中的第1个样品与第2个样品合并混合,再分成两半,丢弃一半,保留一半;第3个样品与第4个样品合并混合。再分成两半,丢弃一半,保留一半。组成第3组的2个混合样品。 C.4将第3组的混合样品按第2组方法分样,最后得到一个约10 g的试验室试验样品,供纤维含量测试用。 图C.1 图C.2 附录D (规范性附录) 羽绒羽毛防钻绒性试验方法 D.1填充物 使用样品中原来的填充材料。该填充材料可以是羽绒羽毛,也可以是羽绒羽毛与其他类似材料的混合物。 D.2试样数量 从每份样品上裁取试样2块,试样尺寸为40 cm×40 cm。 D.3试样袋的制备 D.3.1一般从样品的边角处取一自然缝纫区块直接制成试样袋。原有的边角保留,另两边经包边封口后制成试样袋。用粘封液将试样袋缝线处粘封。如样品原有内外层结构,保留其原有结构。 D.3.2如自然缝纫区块尺寸大于40 cm×40 cm,无法按D.3.1制样,则在40 cm×40 cm处进行缝合,见图D.1;如制品的自然缝纫区块尺寸小于40 cm×40 cm,保留中间原有的格子,在40 cm×40 cm处进行缝合。在缝合线外留足1 cm布边裁剪,再次包边缝合,见图D.2。用粘封液将试样袋所有缝线处粘封。 实验室缝纫线 样品原有缝纫线 图D.1 实验室缝纫线 样品原有缝纫线 图D.2 D.4测试 将制备好的试样袋按GB/T 12705.2的规定进行测试。 D.5结果的计算和表示 以2只试样袋钻绒根数的算术平均值作为最终结果(精确到整数)。 |
