An atmosphere where gasiform, vaporous or foggy combustible substances constitute a kind of mixture with air under atmospheric conditions, and combustion will spread over the whole unburnt mixture after this mixture is ignited.
2.0.5 Dry-type collection
A kind of dust collection method with which the dust or smoke is collected at dry state, with no increase of moisture content.
2.0.6 Wet separation
A kind of dust collection method with which the dust or smoke is collected at slurry state.
2.0.7 Industrial air conditioning system
The air conditioning system with relatively high requirements for indoor temperature, humidity and cleanliness and for the purposes of primarily satisfying the production process requirement and secondly considering the personal comfort.
2.0.8 Comfort air conditioning
The air conditioning system set for the purpose of satisfying the working and living needs of people.
2.0.9 Zoning two-pipe water system
A two-pipe system that the air conditioning water route is divided into cold water pipe and cold-hot water pipe according to the load characteristics of buildings.
2.0.10 Two fluid humidification
A kind of technique that humidifies air with both the atomized water by air compression and the water mist.
2.0.11 Mine air conditioning
Mine inlet air heating technique applied for the mines in severe cold and cold areas in order to avoid freezing of well mouth or maintain certain ambient temperature at working face in winter as well as artificial refrigerating and air-conditioning cooling technique applied for the hot wells with higher temperature of primitive rock or the deep wells in order to maintain certain ambient temperature at the working face.
3 Basic Requirements
3.0.1 The thermal comfort evaluation on indoor environment of buildings shall meet the relevant requirements of the current national standard "Moderate Thermal Environments- Determination of the PMV and PPD Indices and Specification of the Conditions for Thermal Comfort" (GB/T 18049); as for evaluation indexes, the value of predicted mean vote (PMV) should be greater than or equal to -1 and should be less than or equal to 1, and the value of predicted percent dissatisfied (PPD) should be less than or equal to 27%.
3.0.2 Proper heat insulation and heat control measures shall be taken at the high temperature operation locations. The high temperature operation locations shall meet the relevant requirements of the current national standard "Classified Standard of Working in the Hot Environment" (GB/T 4200), and the operating environment shall be classified and evaluated.
3.0.3 The heating, ventilation and air conditioning equipment shall be selected according to the design working conditions.
3.0.4 Spaces necessary for installation, operation and maintenance of equipment, pipelines and accessories shall be considered in the design of heating, ventilation and air conditioning system, and the holes for installation and maintenance shall be reserved in architectural design. As for large equipment and pipelines, corresponding transportation channels and lifting facilities shall be equipped.
3.0.5 In the design of heating, ventilation and air conditioning, proper safety protection measures shall be taken against the equipment and pipelines which may cause personal injuries.
3.0.6 As for the projects located in earthquake area or collapsible loess area, precautions against earthquake and settlement shall be taken respectively as needed in the design of heating, ventilation and air conditioning.
3.0.7 The water quality of heating and air conditioning system shall meet the relevant requirements of "Water Quality for Industrial Boilers" (GB/T 1576) or "Water Quality for Heating and Air Conditioning Systems" (GB/T 29044).
