1 Scope
This standard is one of a series of standards dealing with the sampling and testing of paints, varnishes and related products.
This standard specifies a method for determining the density of paints, varnishes and related products using a pyknometer.
The method is limited to materials of low or medium viscosity at the temperature of test. The Hubbard pyknometer can be used for highly viscous materials.
