Custom furniture - Quality inspection and quality evaluation
1 Scope
This document specifies the terms, definitions, requirements, inspection methods, inspection procedures, inspection rules and quality evaluation of custom furniture.
This document is applicable to custom furniture products.

3 Terms and definitions
For the purposes of this document, the terms and definitions given in GB/T 28202 and the following apply.
3.1
custom furniture
furniture that is measured, designed, manufactured, installed and served according to the individual needs of customers
Example: custom wardrobe, custom kitchen cabinets, custom bookcases, customized desks, custom sofas, custom mattresses, etc.
3.2
process quality control
inspection of products during design, processing, and packaging
3.3
ex-factory inspection
inspection of products and their components before delivery and transportation.
3.4
delivery inspection
inspection of products after installation and assembly at the location specified by the customer during customization
3.5
agreed upon inspection
inspection proposed by supplier and purchase for the items that have not been inspected at the time of product delivery within the warranty period stipulated by the state or agreed by the parties
4 Requirements
4.1 General requirements
Except for the requirements agreed upon by supplier and purchaser, all other requirements shall comply with this document.
4.2 Appearance properties
The appearance properties of products and their assemblies shall meet those specified in Table 1.
