1 Scope
This standard specifies the limitation and inspection methods of the harmful substance in the leather and fur products
This standard is applicable to the daily used leather and pelt products.
This standard is not applicable to the leather and furriery products used in the industrial and special trade. The export products shall meet the export contract agreement and the importing countries stipulation.

3 Terms and Definitions
The following terms and definitions are suitable for this standard.
3.1 Products for babies
The products used by the infants less than 24 months (contain)
3.2 Products with direct contact to skin
The products of which most area contact directly with human skin in wear or use
3.3 Products without direct contact to skin
The products which do not contact directly with human skin or only small fraction of which contacts the skin in wear or use
4 Classification
The products shall be classified according to the end use:
Class A: Products for babies
Class B: Products with direct contact to skin
Class C: Products without direct contact to skin
