1 Scope
This standard specifies thetest methods for the starting characteristic, steady-state characteristic, dynamic response characteristic, air tightness test and insulation resistance test of fuel cell engines.
This standard is applicable to proton exchange membrane fuel cell engines for vehicles.

3Terminologies and Definitions
For the purposes of this standard, the terminologies and definitions specified in standard GB/T 24548 and the following ones apply.
3.1
Cold state
The state that the internal temperature of fuel cell engine (outlet temperature of coolant fluid) is the same with the ambient temperature.
3.2
Hot state
The state that the internal temperature of fuel cell engine is within the normal working temperature range (the normal working temperature is specified by the manufacturer).
