tables, chairs and stools for reading
furniture and supporting seating for reading at desks, for office applications, e.g. books, information, archives, and materials.
4 Requirements
4.1 Moisture content in wood (basic item)
Wood shall be subjected to drying treatment and the moisture content of wood shall range from 8% to the annual average equilibrium moisture content in wood at the product location plus +1%. For the annual average equilibrium moisture content of wood throughout China, GB/T 3324 applies.
4.2 Appearance
The appearance requirements shall be in accordance with those specified in Table 1.
The “*” mark in Table 1 indicates that there are more than 2 items (including 2 items) in the single item. If one of the items fails to meet the requirements, it shall be counted as one failure. If a single defect is so significant that affects the quality of the product, it shall be judged as a basic item.
