For the annual average equilibrium moisture content of wood throughout China, GB/T 3324 applies. 4.2 Appearance The appearance requirements shall be in accordance with those specified in Table 1. The “*” mark in Table 1 indicates that there are more than 2 items (including 2 items) in the single item. If one of the items fails to meet the requirements, it shall be counted as one failure. If a single defect is so significant that affects the quality of the product, it shall be judged as a basic item. After repair, there shall be no more than 4 defects on outer surface and no more than 6 defects on inner surface (unless otherwise specified in the design). √ 7 Other minor material defect Defects such as crack (other than through crack), and wane shall be subjected to repair processing. √ 8 Artificial board appearance Dry/wet spot The outer surface shall be free from dry/wet spot. √ 9 The area of any dry/wet spot on the inner surface shall be less than or equal to 5% of the board area. √ 10 Stain spot One stain spot with an area of 3mm2~ 30mm2 is allowed on the outer surface of the same board. √ 11 Surface scratch The outer surface shall be free of apparent scratch. √ 12 Surface indentation The outer surface shall be free of apparent scratch. √ 13 Color difference The outer surface shall be free from apparent color difference. √ 14 Blistering, crazing and delamination The outer surface shall be free from blistering, crazing and delamination. √ 15 Hardware appearance Electroplated part The plating surface shall be free from rust, blur and exposed base. √ 16 The plating surface shall be smooth and flat as well as free from blistering, yellowing, spot, burn, crack, scratch, knocked/bumped damage. *√ 17 Coated part the coating shall be free from missing spraying and rust √ 18 The coating shall be smooth, uniform in color and luster, and free from sagging, lumping, wrinkling and splatter. *√ 19 Metal alloy part It shall be free from rust, oxide film shedding, cutting edge and sharp edge. √ 20 The surface shall be fine and free from cracks, burrs, black spots, etc. *√ 21 Welded part The welded position shall be firm and free from sealing-off, weak welding and burn-through. √ 22 The weld shall be uniform and free from defects such as burr, sharp edge, spattering and crack. *√ 23 Glass part appearance The exposed periphery shall be subjected to polishing treatment and the installation shall be firm and solid. √ 24 The glass shall be smooth, clean, and free from defects such as crack, scratch, sand grain, lump and pit. *√ 25 Soft upholstering requirements The spliced symmetrical pattern on cladding fabric shall be complete; the fluffs of sueded fabrics at the same position shall be in the same direction and shall be free from visible color difference. *√ 26 The cladding fabric shall be free from scratch, color dirt, oil stain, fuzzing and balling up. *√ 27 The surface of soft cladding shall be 1) flat, full, uniform in tightness, and free of obvious wrinkling; 2) well-balanced and distinctively gradated in symmetric technical wrinkling, if any *√ 28 The inserted line in soft surface shall be 1) round, smooth and straight; 2) symmetrical at round corner; 3) free from apparent floating thread, skipping stitch or exposed thread end. *√ 29 Exposed deep buttons shall be 1) regularly arranged and basically equal-spaced; 2) and free from apparent flattening or depainting. *√ 30 Woodwork requirements Non-mating face of artificial board part shall be subjected to edge banding or finishing treatment. √ 31 The position of board or part to contact human body or store article shall be free from burr, cutting edge or sharp edges. √ 32 The outer surface of board or part shall be smooth and consistent in chamfering, round corner and round line. *√ 33 Veneering, banding and hemming shall be free of degumming, blistering and cracking. √ 34 Veneering shall be tight, flat, smooth, and free from glue penetration. √ 35 Juncture of tenon, plug corner and part shall be free from fracture. √ 36 Bonding of part shall be tight and free from looseness. √ 37 Installation of fittings and connecting pieces shall be free from missing, leakage and penetration (except for reserved hole and selected hole). √ 38 Woodwork requirements The installation of various fittings shall be tight, regular, straight and solid, and the juncture shall be free of cracking and looseness. √ 39 Opening/closing parts as installed shall be flexible in operation. √ 40 Engraved pattern shall be uniform, distinct and well arranged. Symmetrical parts shall be symmetrical. Concave-convex part, deep excavation, gap bridge, pointedness and arc positions shall be free of missed corners. The spaded bottom shall be flat and smooth. All the positions shall be free from hammered mark and burr. 产品挥发性有机物和可迁移元素限量应符合GB 18584的规定。 4.7.3产品面料中可分解芳香胺 产品面料中不应检出可分解芳香胺。禁用可分解芳香胺的种类及名称参见附录A。 5试验方法 5.1 木材含水率测定 采用误差不大于±1％的木材含水率测定仪进行测定。选择距离部件离地高度100 mm以上的任意三个部位测定，计算三个部件的含水率平均值，作为试件的木材含水率。仲裁检验按GB/T 1931的规定进行测定。 5.2外观性能测定 5.2.1 术制件涂层掉色 在产品外表和内部的涂饰部位分别检验三处，徒手使用以清水湿润的脱脂白纱布适度用力在每处来回揩擦3次，揩擦的往复距离为200 mm～300 mm。观察纱布上是否带有涂饰部位上的颜色。 5.2.2其他外观项目 应在自然光下或光照度为300 lx～600 lx范围内的近似自然光(例如40 W 日光灯)下，视距为700 mm～1 000 mm内，由三人共同检验，以多数相同结论为检验结果。 5.3 主要尺寸与尺寸偏差测定 以分度值不大于1 mm的钢卷尺或钢直尺，测量要求中的产品尺寸。产品宽、深、高的实测值与标识值的差值即为尺寸偏差。 5.4形状与位置公差测定 5.4.1邻边垂直度 用分度值不低于1 mm的钢卷尺或钢直尺测量产品的矩形面(部件)的两条对角线的长度，其差值即为邻边垂直度的测定值。 5.4.2翘曲度 应采用精确度不低于0.1 mm的翘曲度测定器具。选择翘曲度最严重的板件，将器具放置在板件的对角线上进行测量，以其中最大距离为翘曲度测定值。 5.4.3水平偏差 用分度值不低于1 mm的钢卷尺或钢直尺，测量桌面一组对边中点的离地高度，其差值与边长的比值即为水平偏差的测定值。 5.4.4平整度 采用精确度不低于0.01 mm的平整度测定器具。选择不平整程度最严重的三个板件，测量其表面上0 mm～150 mm长度内与基准直线间的距离，以其中最大距离为平整度的测定值。 5.4.5底脚平稳性 将试件：放置在平板上或平整地面上，采用精确度不低于0.01 mm的塞尺测量底脚或底面与平板间的距离，记录最大值为测量值。 5.5理化性能测定 5.5.1 木制件表面理化性能测定 5.5.1.1 软、硬质覆面表面耐划痕 按GB/T 17657—2013中4.39的规定进行测定，试件数为1件，宜在产品上取得。 5.5.1.2软、硬质覆面表面耐磨 按GB/T 17657—2013中4.44的规定进行测定，试件数为3件，宜在产品上取得。 5.5.1.3软、硬质覆面表面耐干热 按GB/T 17657—2013中4.46的规定进行测定，选取一个试验区域进行试验。 5.5.1.4软、硬质覆面表面耐污染 按GB/T 17657—2013中4.40的规定进行测定，每种污染物各选取一个试验区域进行试验。 5.5.1.5 软、硬质覆面耐光色牢度 试件的长宽尺寸应按设备试件夹的形状和尺寸而定，按GB/T 17657—2013中4.30的规定进行测定，试件数量为1件，宜在产品上取得。 5.5.1.6漆膜附着力 按GB/T 4893.4—2013的规定进行测定，选取一个试验区域进行试验。 5.5.1.7漆膜耐冷热温差 按GB/T 4893.7—2013的规定进行测定，选取一个试验区域进行试验。 5.5.1.8漆膜耐磨性 5.6.2 稳定性 桌类稳定性GB/T 10357.7—2013的规定进行测定，椅凳类稳定性按GB/T 10357.2—2013的规定进行测定。 5.7安全性测定 5.7.1 附有固定灯具和插座的阅览桌 5.7.1.1灯具部分按GB 7000.201的规定进行测定。 5.7.1.2 插座部分按GB/T 2099.1的规定进行测定。 5.7.1.3其他项目(见4.7.1.1～4.7.1.3)通过目测和手感进行测定。 5.7.2产品有害物质限量 产品挥发性有机物和可迁移元素按GB 18584的规定进行测定。 5.7.3产品面料中可分解芳香胺 被测样品所用面料相同，在任意位置取样均可；所用面料不同，则应在各位置分别取样。纺织面料按GB 18401的规定进行测定；皮革及毛皮类面料按GB 20400的规定进行测定。 6 检验规则 6.1 检验分类 检验分为出厂检验和型式检验。 6.2 组批规则 材料、结构、工艺相同的同一交货批产品组成一个检验批。 6.3 出厂检验 6.3.1 出厂检验项目 产品出厂检验项目应包括以下内容： a)木材含水率； b)外观要求； c)主要尺寸与尺寸偏差； d)形状与位置公差； e)标志和使用说明。 6.3.2抽样和组批规则 6.3.3.3批产品的评定，按表8规定抽取样品量中，不合格品数小于或等于接收数(Ac)，应评定该批产品为合格批；不合格品数大于或等于拒收数(Re)，应评定该批产品为不合格批。 6.4型式检验 6.4.1 型式检验时机 型式检验应包括除合同要求、客户要求除外的全部项目。有下列情况之一时.应进行型式检验： a)正式生产时，应定期进行检验； b)原辅材料及其生产工艺发生较大变化时； c)产品长期停产后，恢复生产时； d)新产品或老产品的试制定型鉴定。 6.4.2型式检验抽样规则 在一个检验周期内，从近期生产的产品中随机抽取2件样品，1件送检，1件封存。 6.4.3 型式检验项目 型式检验项目包括本标准第4章规定的全部项目。 6.4.4型式检验程序 检验程序应遵循尽量不影响余下检验项目正确性的原则。 6.4.5型式检验的判定 基本项目全部合格，一般项目不合格项不超过4项，判定该产品为合格品。达不到合格品要求的为不合格品。 6.4.6型式检验的复验 产品经型式检验为不合格的，可对封存的备用样品进行复验。对不合格项目及因试件损坏未检项目进行检验，按6.3.5的规定进行评定，并在检验结果中注明“复验”。 7产品标志、使用说明、包装、运输、贮存 7.1 产品标志 产品标志至少应包括以下内容： a)产品名称、规格型号； b)产品执行标准号； c)产品用材名称及其使用部位； d)检验合格证明、生产日期； e)生产者中文名称和地址。 7.2 使用说明 产品使用说明的编写应按GB/T 5296.6的规定，应包括以下内容： a)产品名称、规格型号、执行标准编号和等级； b)产品用材名称及其使用部位； c)有害物质限量值； d)产品安装和调整方法； e)产品使用方法、注意事项； f)产品故障分析和排除、维护保养方法。
