Children’s watches
1 Scope
This document specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, and marking, packaging, transportation and storage of children’s watches.
This document applies to children’s quartz watches and smart watches, and may be used for other children’s watches for reference.

3 Terms and definitions
For the purposes of this document, the following terms and definitions apply.
3.1
children’s watches
watches for children at the age of 3 or older but at or under 14
3.2
children’s quartz watches
children's watches with quartz oscillator as time reference
3.3
smart watches
watches with the ability to process information and meeting the basic technical requirements of watches
Note: besides indicating time, they shall have one or more functions such as reminding, navigation, calibration, monitoring, payment and calling.
3.4
children’s smart watches
smart watches targeting children and meeting the specific needs of children
Note: they shall have one or more functions such as calling, positioning and emergency calling
3.5
positioning distance error
error between the actual position of the targeted person and the actual display position on the map of the application program (APP) used by the person releasing the positioning instruction
3.6
positioning time
time from the release of the positioning instruction to the first time that the person who releases the positioning instruction receives the positioning information of the targeted person
3.7
effective positioning
case that every time a positioning instruction is issued, the position information of the targeted person can be received and the positioning time can be calculated
3.8
management platform
information system that provides access, binding, positioning and other services for children's smart watches
3.9
personal information
various information recorded electronically or otherwise that can, either alone or in combination with other information, identify a particular natural person or reflect the activity of such a person
Note 1: personal information includes name, date of birth, ID number, personal biometric identifying information, address, contact information, communication record and content, account password, property information, credit information, whereabouts, accommodation information, health and physiology information, transaction information.
Note 2: see Annex A of GB/T 35273-2020 for the determination method and type of personal information.
Note 3: the information generated by processing personal information or other information by personal information controller shall be identified as personal information if it can be used, alone or in combination with other information, to identify the identity of a specific natural person or reflect the activities of a specific natural person, for example, user’s portrait or feature tag.

3.10
personal sensitive information
personal information which, once disclosed, illegally provided or abused, will possibly endanger the personal and property safety and easily result in damages to personal reputation and physical and mental health or result in discriminatory treatment
Note 1: personal sensitive information includes ID number, personal biometric information bank account, communication records and contents, property information, credit information, whereabouts, accommodation information, health and physiological information, transaction information, personal information of children at or under 14 years old, etc.

Note 3: the information generated by processing personal information or other information by personal information controller shall be identified as personal information, once disclosed, illegally provided or abused, will possibly endanger the personal and property safety and easily result in damages to personal reputation and physical and mental health or result in discriminatory treatment

4 Classification
4.1 Children's watches are mainly classified into children's quartz watches and children's smart watches.
4.2 Children's quartz watches may be classified by display mode into:
——children’s analogue quartz watches;
——children’s liquid crystal quartz watches;
——children’s analogue and liquid crystal digital quartz watches.
5 Requirements
5.1 Working temperature
In the working temperature range specified in Table 1, Children's quartz watches shall not stop running, and children’s LCD quartz watches shall show correct time on their liquid crystal display normally.

1 范围
本文件规定了儿童手表的要求、试验方法、检验规则及标志、包装、运输和贮存。
本文件适用于儿童石英手表和儿童智能手表。其他儿童手表可参照使用。

3 术语和定义
下列术语和定义适用于本文件。
3.1
儿童手表 children's watches
供3周岁及以上,14周岁及以下儿童使用的手表。
3.2
儿童石英手表 children's quartz watches
由石英振荡器构成时间基准的儿童手表。
3.3
智能手表 smart watches
具有信息处理能力,符合手表基本技术要求的手表。
注:除指示时间外,还具有提醒、导航、校准、监测、支付、通话等其中一种或者多种功能。
3.4
儿童智能手表 children's smart watches
主要用户群为儿童,且满足儿童特定需求的智能手表。
注:主要包括通话、定位、紧急呼叫等一种或多种功能。
3.5
定位距离误差 positioning distance error
被定位者所处实际位置与发出定位指令者使用的应用程序(APP)地图上实际显示位置的误差。
3.6
定位时间 positioning time
从定位指令的发出,至发出定位指令者首次收到被定位者的位置信息所用的时间。
3.7
有效定位 effective positioning
每次发出定位指令,都能接收被定位者的位置信息并计算定位时间。
3.8
管理平台 management platform
为儿童智能手表提供接入、绑定、定位等服务的信息系统。
3.9
个人信息 personal information
以电子或其他方式记录的能够单独或者与其他信息结合,识别特定自然人身份或者反映特定自然人活动情况的各种信息。
注1:个人信息包括姓名、出生日期、身份证件号码、个人生物识别信息、住址、通信联系方式、通信记录和内容、账号密码、财产信息、征信信息、行踪轨迹、住宿信息、健康生理信息、交易信息等。
注2:关于个人信息的判定方法和类型参见GB/T 35273—2020附录A。
注3:个人信息控制者通过个人信息或其他信息加工处理后形成的信息,例如,用户画像或特征标签,能够单独或者与其他信息结合识别特定自然人身份或者反映特定自然人活情况的,属于个人信息。

3.10
个人敏感信息 personal sensitive information
一旦泄露、非法提供或滥用可能危害人身和财产安全,极易导致个人名誉、身心健康受到损害或歧视性待遇等的个人信息。
注1:个人敏感信息包括身份证号码、个人生物识别信息银行账户、通信记录和内容、财产信息、征信信息、行踪轨迹、住宿信息、健康生理信息、交易信息、14岁以下(含)儿童的个人信息等。
注2:关于个人敏感信息的判定方法和类型参见GB/T 35273—2020附录B。
注3:个人信息控制者通过个人信息或其他信息加工处理后形成的信息,一旦泄露、非法提供或滥用可能危害人身和财产安全,极易导致个人名誉、身心健康受到损害或歧视性待遇等的,属于个人敏感信息。

4 分类
4.1 儿童手表主要分为儿童石英手表和儿童智能手表两大类。
4.2 儿童石英手表按显示方式可分为:
——指针式儿童石英手表;
——液晶式儿童石英手表;
——指针、液晶数字式儿童石英手表。
5 要求
5.1 工作温度
儿童石英手表在表1规定的工作温度范围内不应停走,具有液晶显示的儿童石英手表,其液晶显示应正常。
