1 Scope
This standard specifies the product classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of laptop bag.
This standard is applicable to bags, pockets and sleeves mainly used for storing laptops, tablet PCs and fittings.

3 Product Classification
3.1 Classified according to surface material:
a) Leather laptop bag (sleeve);
b) Artificial leather/synthetic leather laptop bag (sleeve);
c) Reclaimed leather laptop bag (sleeve);
d) Textile fabric laptop bag (sleeve);
e) Laptop bags (sleeves) of various fabrics;
f) Laptop bags (sleeves) of other materials.
3.2 Classified according to product structure:
a) Laptop bags (sleeves) with various shoulder straps;
b) Laptop bags (sleeves) with various handles;
c) Laptop bags (sleeves) with various shoulder straps and handles;
d) Bags, sleeves and pockets of other structures.
4 Requirements
4.1 Materials and fittings
Selected according to relevant product standards.
4.1.1 Limit of harmful substance
Limit of harmful substance in leather, reclaimed leather and textile materials shall meet the requirements of Table 1, GB 20400-2006; the limit of harmful substance in polyvinyl chloride artificial leather shall meet the requirements of GB 21550-2008; the limit of harmful substances in adhesive used for cases and bags shall meet the requirements of Table 2.

4.1.2 Locks
Locks shall meet the requirements of QB/T 1586.1 or relevant product standards.
4.1.3 Hardware fittings
Hardware fittings shall meet the requirements of QB/T 2002.1 and QB/T 2002.2.
4.2 Specification
Product specification shall meet the design requirements; the permissible deviation of bag products is ±10mm while that of tablet PC sleeve products is ±5mm.
Note: the longest distance of the contour length of the main product structure is the product specification.
4.3 Appearance quality
Appearance quality shall meet the requirements of Table 3.

4.4 Identification

——"splitting" font style shall be indicated for split leather material;
——for composite material made of various components, where the substrate thickness of leather is not greater than 2/3 of the total thickness, "leather" shall not be indicated.

4要求
4.1原料和配件
按有关产品标准选用。
4.1.1有害物质限量
皮革、再生革、纺织类材料有害物质限量值应符合GB 20400—2006和表1的规定;聚氯乙烯人造革有害物质限量应符合GB 21550—2008的规定,箱包用胶黏剂中有害物质限量应符合表2的规定。

4.1.2包锁
应符合QB/T 1586.1或有关产品标准的规定。
4.1.3五金配件

4.2规格
产品规格应符合设计规定,包袋制品允许偏差为±10mm,平板电脑套类制品允许偏差为±5mm。
注:产品主体外形长度的最长距离为产品规格。
4.3外观质量
应符合表3的规定。

4.4标识
——按3.1分类规定,单一产品产品使用的某类面层材料超过产品使用面层材料总面积的20%,应标注;
——剖层皮革材质应明确标注“剖层”字样;
——使用多种成分复合制成的材料,其中皮革基体厚度不大于总厚度的2/3,不应标注“皮革”。
4.5理化性能
应符合表4的规定。

5试验方法
5.1原料与配件
在加工生产以前,按有关标准进行检验或验证,有害物质限量按GB 20400—2006、GB 19340—2003、GB 21550—2008、GB/T2912.1—1998、GB/T 17592—2006等进行检测。
5.2规格
采用精度不低于1 mm的钢卷尺或专用尺测量,测量包体自然状态下外轮廓的最长点。
5.3外观质量、标识
在自然光线下,用目测、感官并结合精度不低于1 mm的量尺检验外观质量。
5.4皮革复合材料厚度
按GB/T 22889的规定测定皮革基体厚度和总厚度,按公式(1)计算皮革基体厚度的百分比,精确至0.01%:

5.5理化性能
5.5.1振荡冲击性能
试验前,用精度不低于1 mm的量尺测量起连接作用的带袢部件长度(未固定部分长度),容积按QB/T 5083—2017中的方法B进行测量,并按表5规定负重,将负重均匀地摆放在包内,并将背带调节到最大长度,按QB/T 2922规定分别对背带、提把、侧提把进行试验,测试后在2min内测量起连接作用的袢类部件的长度,计算与原长相比的变形率。
测试双背带、双提把时,应将两条背带或两个提把同时固定在箱包振荡冲击试验机的夹具上。
注1:主要起展示、悬挂作用的部件带体长度不大于15 cm时不检振荡冲击性能,如双肩背包顶部双肩背带间的挂袢等。当相关方对这些部件提出检测需求时,可对这些部件在规定负重下进行振荡冲击测试。
注2:有受力部位相同会造成重复测试的情况,只选容易破坏的部件进行检验。

5.5.2材料抗渗水性能
取电脑包面料、里料或防水罩中任意一种材料(优先截取其中抗渗水性能好的材料)进行试验,取材料有效面积大于130 mm×130 mm的正方形试样两份或直径大于130mm的圆形试样两份,把状态调节过的试样夹持在测试头中,使织物测试面与水接触。水压上升速率为(1.00±0.05)kPa/min,按GB/T 4744—1997规定对试样进行试验,直到有3处渗水为止,并记录此时的压力,取两次测试的较低值作为测试结果。
5.5.3缝合强度
截取电脑包主要部位的缝合面料两份,有效面积为80 mm×60 mm(缝合部位长度80 mm,缝合部位两侧面料宽度60 mm),上下夹具夹量宽50 mm,深(30±2)mm,用拉力机测试,拉伸速度(100±10)mm/min,至拉断(线或面料)为止,结果取较低值。
若测试部位的面料、里料缝合在一起,则同时裁样,上下夹具将面料与里料同时夹持、测试。
5.5.4配件
在振荡冲击性能试验后用手工检验,开、关记作1次。
5.5.4.1 包锁耐用度测试:机械密码锁用手拨密码轮设定密码,并用所设定的密码开启和关闭密码锁,任意组合各位数码,分别开、关测试200次。钥匙锁用钥匙开启和关闭锁具,测试200次。电子编码锁使用电子钥匙开启和关闭锁具,测试200次。
5.5.4.2包锁保密度测试:钥匙锁用非专用钥匙开启测试10次;电子编码锁输入10次不同的错误编码或用10个设有其他编码的感应卡对电子编码锁进行测试;机械密码锁选用任意10组不同的乱码开启测试。
5.5.4.3插接件、磁扣件手动开、合记作1次,分别测试200次。
5.5.5拉链耐用度
选取拉链长度20 cm,以(20±2)次/min的频率进行测试,开、合记作1次。拉链长度不足20 cm,在拉链最大长度范围内进行测试。
5.5.6摩擦色牢度
在电脑包大面、包盖上分别取样,检验沾色牢度。前大面、后大面、包盖为相同材料时,从后大面取样、测试;前大面、后大面、包盖为不同材料时,分别取样、测试。
皮革、人造革/合成革类、再生革类材料按QB/T 2537进行测试,测试头质量1 000 g,干擦50次,湿擦20次;织物类材料按GB/T 3920规定进行测试。
5.5.7五金配件耐腐蚀性
电镀层五金配件按QB/T 3826进行检验,试验周期16 h;喷涂层和其他镀层方式按GB/T 1771进行检验,试验周期16 h,结果按GB/T 1740进行级数评价。
6检验规则
6.1 组批
以同一品种原料投产,按同一生产工艺生产出来的同一品种、同一规格的产品组成的一个检验批。
6.2出厂检验
每批产品出厂前应对产品逐件进行检验,经检验合格后方可出厂。
6.3型式检验
有下列情况之一者,应从出厂检验合格的产品中随机抽取3只进行常规型式检验:
a)产品结构、工艺、材料有重大改变时;
b)产品停产半年以上恢复生产时;
c)国家质量监督机构提出进行型式检验时;
d)正常生产时,每半年至少进行1次型式检验。
6.4合格判定
6.4.1单只判定规则
优等品:有害物质限量、外观质量、标识、物理机械性能全部达到优等品要求,判该只产品为优等品。
合格品:有害物质限量、标识、物理机械性能中若有1项不合格,即判该产品不合格。有害物质限量、标识、物理机械性能全部合格,外观质量中可有不超过3项的轻微缺陷,则判该产,晶合格。若产品出现影响产品使用功能的缺陷,即判该产品不合格。
6.4.2批量判定规则
优等品:3只被测样品全部达到优等品要求,则判该批产品为优等品。
合格品:3只被测样品全部达到合格品要求,则判该批产品为合格。若有1只(及以上)不合格,则加倍抽样进行复检,复检全部合格,则判该批产品合格。
7标志、包装、运输和贮存
7.1 标志
7.1.1 经检验合格的产品应有以下标志:
生产单位(经销单位)名称、单位地址、商标、等级、产品合格证(或检验标识)、联系电话;必要时,应附产品使用(维护保养)说明。
必要时,产品外包装应包括产品名称、货号、颜色、数量、贮运(防护)标识等标志。
7.1.2产品标签应包括以下内容:产品名称、产品标准号、规格(型号)、货号、主体面层材质、合格(检验)标识等。
7.2包装
产品的内外包装应采用适宜的包装材料,防止产品在运输、贮存过程中受损。
7.3运输和贮存
——防止曝晒、雨雪淋;
——保持通风干燥,防潮,避免高温环境;
——远离化学物质、液体侵蚀;
——避免尖锐物品的戳、划。
