1 Scope
This Standard specifies the requirements and methods for the test of the emissions of pollutants from the crankcase of two-wheel or three-wheel motorcycles, and the endurance test requirements and methods for the pollutants control equipment under running mode.
This Standard specifies the requirements for the stage III type approval, inspection measurement methods for the conformance of production of two-wheel or three-wheel motorcycles.
This Standard specifies the running mode of the limits and measurement methods for emissions of pollutants from two-wheel or three-wheel motorcycles that, the weight of the whole motorcycle is not larger than 400kg, the discharge capacity of the engine is not more than 50ml, or the maximum design speed is larger than 50km/h and equipped with a spark ignited engine.
