Residual metal needle The finished product shall be free from metal needle Splicing and cross dyeing degree/grade ≥ 4-5 4 4 Note: the color code is classified according to the requirements of GSB 16-2159 with the standard depth greater than 1/12 as dark color and that less than or equal to 1/12 as light color. a Acceptable limit: 0.5mg/kg for chromium (VI). 4.2.2 For combinatorial packed product, if the adopted fabrics are identical, it will be permissible to select only a representative product for the inherent quality inspection. 4.2.3 Only textile material is assessed for the extractable heavy metal content. 4.2.4 Only ready-to-wear (underwear, outerwear, pajama and cover all), bedding, shorts; and short skirts are assessed for size change rate by water washing; other products are not assessed. 4.2.5 The horizontal size change rate by water washing of elastic fabric is not assessed. Note: elastic fabric refers to fabric added with elastane fiber or leno fabric. 4.2.6 The snap button and popper are not assessed for sewing strength. 4.2.7 Flame-retardant finishing agent shall not be used for products for infants. 4.2.8 For the items which are not mentioned but required by national mandatory standard, they shall be carried out according to the requirements of such standard. 4.2.9 The inherent quality index with the worst test result is used as a quality criterion for this batch of products. 4.3 Appearance quality requirements 4.3.1 Appearance quality grading requirements The appearance quality is graded according to surface defect, specification and size deviation, size difference in symmetrical positions, accessory material and sewing requirements. Where appearance defects of different grade are found on one product, the minimum grade shall prevail. 4.3.2 Surface defect grading requirements See Table 2. 4．3．5．1．1 按有关纺织面料的标准选用适合婴幼儿的面料。 4．3．5．1．2 使用衬布应与面料水洗尺寸变化率相适宜，使洗后产品不起皱、不变形。 4．3．5．1．3 带图案面料以主图为主，全身顺向一致。 4．3．5．2 缝线规定 4．3．5．2．1 绣花产品花型不走型、不起皱，帽子绣花产品绣花后不影响帽身弹性。 4.3.5.2.2 使用与面料性能颜色相似的绣花线(装饰线除外)。钉扣线应与扣的色泽相适应。不应使用链式线迹缝纫。 4．3．5．3 附件规定 4．3．5．3．1 绳带、松紧带：采用适合所用面料质量的绳带、松紧带(装饰带除外)。 4.3.5.3.2 纽扣、拉链及金属附件：采用适合面料颜色的纽扣(装饰扣除外)、拉链及金属附件。拉链光滑、咬合良好、拉头不可脱卸；洗涤后不变形、不变色、不生锈；不得使用粘合纽扣。 4．3．5．3．3 不应使用在外观上和食物相似的附件。 4．3．5．4 缝制规定 4．3．5．4．1 产品领型端正、门襟平直。 4．3．5．4．2 线头应修清。与婴幼儿皮肤直接接触的面不得有易损伤皮肤的线头和接缝。 4．3．5．4．3 下装门襟部位不可使用功能性拉链。 4.3.5.4.4 婴幼儿服装上的耐久性标签应为柔软材料制作，对于缝制在内衣上的耐久性标签，应置于皮肤不直接接触的地方。 锁眼机针迹密度按角计量，每厘米长度8针～9针，两端各打套结2针～3针。 4．3．5．5．4 包缝机缝边宽度不低于0.5 cm。 5 试验方法 5．1 抽样数量 5．1．1 外观质量按批随机采样1％～3％，但至少不得少于20件，少于20件时逐件检验。 5．1．2 内在质量按批随机采样成衣4件～5件，满足试验要求。 5．2 外观质量检验条件 按GB／T 8878规定执行。 5．3 试样准备和试验条件 按GB／T 8878规定执行。 5．4 试验项目 5．4．1 水洗尺寸变化率试验 按GB／T 8878规定执行。 5．4．2 纤维含量试验 按GB／T 2910、FZ／T 01057、FZ／T 01095、FZ／T 01026等标准规定执行。 结合公定回潮率计算，公定回潮率按GB 9994执行。 5．4．3 甲醛含量试验 按GB／T 2912.1规定执行。 5．4．4 pH值试验 按GB／T 7573规定执行。 5．4．5 异昧试验 按GB 18401规定执行。 5．4．6 可分解致癌芳香胺染料试验 按GB／T 17592规定执行。 5．4．7 可萃取重金属含量 按GB／T 17593.1～17593.4规定执行。 5．4．8 燃烧性能 按GB／T 14644规定执行。 5．4．9 缝纫强力试验 按GB／T 3923.1规定执行。结果取最低值，四合扣、五爪扣不考核缝纫强力。试验取样方法如下： a) 衣带部位取样：在带子与衣服缝合部位(包括全部衣带部位，边缘部位无法取样衣带除外)，以缝合线为中心线左右各剪取115 mm，以带子缝合线的中心点剪取宽50 mm的试样，钳口夹距为100 mm±1 mm，拉伸速度100 mm／min，逐一进行试验，取样见图7。 中心线 说明： 1——带子； 2——衣服面料； 纽扣部位取样示意图 5．4．10 耐水色牢度试验 按GB／T 5713规定执行。 5．4．11 耐皂洗色牢度试验 按GB／T 3921—2008试验方法A(1)规定执行。 5．4．12 耐汗渍色牢度试验 按GB／T 3922规定执行。 5．4．13 耐摩擦色牢度试验 按GB／T 3920规定执行(只做直向)。 5．4．14 耐唾液色牢度试验 按GB／T 18886规定执行。 5．4．15 拼接互染程度试验 按附录A规定执行。 5．4．16 色差评定 按GB／T 250评定。 5．4．17 残留金属针检测 按GB／T 24121规定执行，采用检测灵敏度(标准铁球测试卡)：1.0 mm。 6 判定规则 6．1 外观质量 6．1．1 外观质量按件计算不符品等率。不符品等率在5.0％及以内者，判定该批产品合格。不符品等率在5.0％以上者，判该批产品不合格。 6．1．2 内包装标志差错按件计算，不允许有外包装差错。 6．2 内在质量 6．2．1 水洗尺寸变化率以全部试样的算术平均值作为检验结果，合格者判定该批产品合格，不合格者判定该批产品不合格。若同时存在收缩与倒涨试验结果时，以收缩(或倒涨）的两件试样的算术平均值作为检验结果，合格者判定该批产品合格，不合格者判定该批产品不合格。 6．2．2 纤维含量、甲醛含量、pH值、异味、可分解致癌芳香胺染料、可萃取重金属、燃烧性能、缝纫强力、色牢度(耐唾液、耐水、耐皂洗、耐汗渍、耐摩擦)检验结果合格者判定该批产品合格，不合格者判定该批产品不合格。 6．2．3 严重影响服用性能的产品不允许。 6．3 复验 6．3．1 任何一方对检验结果有异议时，均可要求复验。 6．3．2 复验结果按本标准6.1、6.2规定执行，判定以复检结果为准。 7 产品的使用说明、包装、运输和贮存 7．1 产品使用说明按GB 5296.4和GB 18401规定执行。婴幼儿服饰应在使用说明上标明“婴幼儿用品”和“不可干洗”字样。 7．2 标志、包装、运输和贮存按FZ／T 80002执行。 7．3 塑料薄膜袋上宜有类似下述警示： ——“请及时将包装袋收好，避免婴幼儿玩耍引起的窒息!” ——“应远离婴幼儿，塑料薄膜会吸附在鼻子和嘴上并使人窒息!” 附 录 A (规范性附录) 拼接互染程度测试方法 A.1 原理 成衣中拼接的两种不同颜色的面料组合成试样，放于皂液中，在规定的时间和温度条件下，经机械搅拌，再经冲洗、干燥。用灰色样卡评定浅色(白色)试样的沾色。 A．2 试验要求与准备 A．2．1 在成衣上选取拼接部位，以拼接接缝为样本中心，取样尺寸为40 mm×200 mm，使试样的一半为拼接的一个颜色，另一半为另一个颜色。 A．2．2 成衣上无合适部位可直接取样的，可在成衣上分别剪取拼接面料的40 mm×100 mm，再将两块试样沿短边缝合成组合试样。 A．2．3 对于拼接面料很窄或加牙产品的取样，以拼接面料或拆开加牙部位，剪取最大面积，再将两块试样沿短边缝合成组合试样。 A．3 试验操作程序 A．3．1 按GB／T 3921—2008方法A(1)进行洗涤测试。 A．3．2 用GB／T 251样卡评定试样中浅色面料的沾色。
