1 Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, symbols, classification, designation method, basic structural types, basic dimensions, technical requirements, matched mounting, test methods, marking, rustproof packaging, transport and storage of hub bearing or its units for passenger cars (hereinafter referred to as hub bearing units).
This standard is applicable to the production, inspection and acceptance of hub bearing units.
