Rolling Bearing Parts—Skeleton Acrylonitrile-buta-diene Copolymers Seal —Specifications
1 Scope
This standard specifies the sizing material and skeleton of skeleton rubber seal ring (hereinafter referred to as seal ring) for deep groove ball bearings, and technical requirements, inspection and assessment methods, inspection rules and marks, packaging and transportation of finished products.
This standard is applicable to vulcanized acrylonitrile butadiene rubber (NBR) seal ring for sealed deep groove ball bearings specified in JB/T 7752-1995.

3 Technical Requirements
3.1 Sizing material for seal ring
3.1.1 Sizing material for seal ring is vulcanized nitrile butadiene rubber. Refer to Table 1 for the indexes for physical properties of vulcanized nitrile butadiene rubber.
