1 Subject content and applicable scope
This standard specifies the classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of plasticized polyvinyl chloride tube (hereinafter referred to as tube).
This standard is applicable to plasticized tube for electrical insulation by extrusion, which is mainly made of polyvinyl chloride resin. This tube is mainly for protecting the wire and cable at room temperature.

3 Product model
DT represents the name of plasticized polyvinyl chloride tube, and d×δ is for the specification
For DT tube with an inner diameter (d) of 5.0mm and a wall thickness (δ) of 0.5 mm, its model is DT -5.0×0.5.
4 Technical requirements
4.1 The inner diameter, wall thickness and limit deviation shall meet those specified in Table 1.

4.2 Appearance
The internal and external walls of the tube shall be smooth and uniform in color, and free of bubbles, discoloration decomposition line and impurities of more than 1mm; for impurities of less than 1mm, they are not more than 10 within 1m, and not in groups.
4.3 Color
The color of tube: natural color, white, yellow, green, blue, red and black.
Note: Through negotiation with the units used and the manufacturer, tubes with other colors can be produced.
4.4 Length
The length of the tube is not less than 10m.
4.5 The physical and mechanical properties shall meet those specified in Table 2.
