1 Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, requirements, test methods and inspection rules of magnetic buckle.
This standard is applicable to magnetic buckle for various cases and bags.

3 Terms and Definitions
For the purposes of this standard, the terms and definitions specified in QB/T 2002.1 apply.

visible part after assembling of magnetic buckle, which is classified into upper part and lower part, as shown in Figure 1

4 Requirements
4.1 Appearance quality
4.1.1 Product surface is smooth and free of obvious dent, scratch or stain, and its edge is regular and color is uniform.
4.1.2 Coating surface shall be free from obvious pinhole, discoloration, pitting, peeling, burn, scaling, blistering, skip coating or serious mechanical damage.
4.1.3 Pattern and characters are clear.
4.1.4 The fitting is flat, smooth and regular.
4.2 Physical and chemical properties
It shall meet the requirements specified in Table 1.

5 Test Methods
5.1 Appearance quality
For appearance requirements, the specimen shall be visually inspected at a distance of 500~700mm under favorable light.
5.2 Physical and chemical properties
5.2.1 Fit force
Inspect according to Annex A.
5.2.2 Tensile strength
Inspect according to Annex B.
5.2.3 Durability
Inspect according to QB/T 5086 and test 1000 times.
5.2.4 Corrosion resistance
Inspect according to QB/T 3826, Test period is 16h and only evaluate fit parts.
5.2.5 Bonding strength of galvanized coating
Inspect according to the scratch method in 2.3, QB/T 3821-1999.
6 Inspection Rules
6.1 Batching
The same type of products which are produced with the same type of raw materials and by the same production process can be regarded as an inspection batch.
6.2 End-of-manufacturing inspection
Each batch of products may not leave the factory until passing the inspection.
6.3 Type inspection
6.3.1 Type inspection shall be carried out under one of the following conditions:
a) Where the product structure, process and materials have significant changes;
b) Where the production is resumed after production halt for over half a year;
c) Where type inspection is required by national quality supervision organization;
d) During normal production, type inspection shall be carried out at least once every half year.
6.4 Sampling quantity
Randomly take 18 products from acceptable products passing end-of-manufacturing inspection, and take three for test of each item based on 6 items, namely appearance quality, fit force, tensile strength, durability, corrosion resistance, bonding strength of coating.

4要求
4.1 外观质量
4.1.1 产品表面平滑,不应有明显的凹痕、划痕、污渍,边缘规整,色泽均匀。
4.1.2镀层表面不应有明显的针孔、变色、麻点,无剥离、烧焦、起皮、起泡、漏镀及严重的机械损伤。
4.1.3图案、文字清晰。
4.1.4扣合平服,周正。
4.2理化性能
应符合表1的规定。

5试验方法
5.1 外观质量
外观要求均在光线良好的情况下,距试样500 mm~700 mm处目测进行检验。
5.2理化性能
5.2.1 扣合力
按附录A进行检验。
5.2.2抗拉强力
按附录B进行检验。
5.2.3耐用性
按QB/T 5086进行检验,测试1 000次。
5.2.4耐腐蚀性
按QB/T 3826进行检验,试验周期为16 h,只评价扣合部件。
5.2.5电镀层结合强度
按QB/T 3821—1999中2.3划痕法进行检验。
6检验规则
6.1 组批
以同品种原料投产,按同一生产工艺生产出来的同一品种、同一规格的产品组成的一个检验批。
6.2 出厂检验
每批产品出厂前应经过检验,经检验合格后方可出厂。
6.3型式检验
6.3.1 有下列情况之一时,应进行型式检验:
a)产品结构、工艺、材料有重大改变时;
b)产品停产半年以上恢复生产时;
c)国家质量监督机构提出进行型式检验时;
d)正常生产时,每半年至少进行1次型式检验。
6.4抽样数量
从出厂检验合格产品中随机抽取18个进行检验,按外观质量、扣合力、抗拉强力、耐用性、耐腐蚀性、镀层结合强度6项分别各取3个进行测试。
6.5合格判定
6.5.1 单个判定规则
单项3个试样测试,有1个及以上不合格,则判该项不合格。若产品出现影响产品使用功能的缺陷,即可判该产品不合格。
6.5.2批量判定规则
外观质量、扣合力、抗拉强力、耐用性、耐腐蚀性、镀层结合强度全部合格,则判该批产品合格。若有1项(及以上)不合格,则加倍抽样对不合格项进行复验,复验全部合格,则判该批产品合格。若有1项(及以上)不合格,则判该批产品不合格。
附录A
(规范性附录)
扣合力试验方法
A.1 试样制备
将磁力扣的上下部件按正常使用方式分别固定在拉力机的夹具上。
A.2检验器具
拉力机,负荷至少100 N,准确度±0.5 N。
A.3检验方法
A.3.1 沿测试部件的主轴(即与扣合面垂直的方向)均匀施加拉力,记录拉开时的最大力值,记为扣合力。
A.3.2重复A.3.1测试5次扣合力,以5次结果的算术平均值为最终结果,单位为牛顿(N)。
A.3.3重复A.3.2测试其他试样。
A.3.4 以3个试样扣合力的最小值表示。
附录B
(规范性附录)
抗拉强力试验方法
B.1 试样制备
将磁力扣的上下部件按正常使用方式分别固定在织物或皮革等承载物上。
B.2检验器具
B.2.1 拉力机,负荷至少100 N,准确度±0.5 N。
B.2.2三爪拉力夹具或相适应的夹具,夹具的使用不应影响磁力扣和织物或皮革承载物之间的完整结构。
B.2.3秒表(计时器)。
B.3检验方法
B.3.1 在5 s内,沿测试部件的主轴(即与扣合面垂直方向),均匀施加(50±2)N的拉力,并保持10 s后卸荷,检查被测部件是否拉脱或损坏。磁力扣的上部件和下部件均需测试。
B.3.2重复B.3.1,测试其他试样。
B.3.3 以3个试样抗拉强力的最小结果表示。
