Handbag and Knapsack 1 Scope This standard specifies the product classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transport and storage of handbag and knapsack. This standard is applicable to various handbags and knapsacks for daily life. No empty stitch, drop stitch and skipping stitch are allowed on the front large-area surface and front cover of handbags and knapsacks. There shall be no stitch skew of more than 15mm long. Empty stitch, drop stitch and skipping stitch in single product shall not be greater than one respectively; empty stitch, drop stitch and skipping stitch shall not be greater than 2 stitches respectively. 6 Zippers Stitching shall be straight and flat with consistent edge distance; the pull-off shall be smooth and free from mismatch, teeth falling and decoloration. 7 Accessories Bright; free of rust, skipped coating and burr; free of peeling and shattering 8 Installation of accessories Flat and smooth and firm 9 Standard sample a the standard sample attached to the product shall be made of the same material with the main handbag and knapsack a Standard sample refers to the sample attached to the product to indicate the main material. 在加工生产以前，按有关标准进行检验或验证，有害物质限量按GB20400、GB19340、GB 21550、GB/T 2912.1、GB/T 17592等标准进行检验。 5.2外观质量 在自然光线下，用目测、感官并结合量尺检验，量尺的分度值为1mm。 5.3物理机械性能 5.3.1振荡冲击性能 5.3.1.1容积的测定 按QB/T5083进行检验。 5.3.1.2规定负责 应符合表5的规定。 按表5规定负责，将负重物均匀地摆放在包内，按QB/T2922的规定依次对背带、提把、侧把带进行试验，振荡冲击次数为：双背带、双提把各400次；单背带、单提把各250次；测提带150次。 总长度小于120mm的提把（拎带）不检验振荡冲击性能；简易收叠式包不检验振荡冲击性能。 按下述规定进行试验： ——测试背带时，应将背带调节到最大长度； ——测试双背带、双提把时，应将两条背带或两个提把同时固定在箱包振荡冲击试验机的专用夹具上； ——背提包上富有可替换部件时，选取长度最长的部件进行测试； ——背提包有可变换使用方式的部件（例如同一部件能作为单背带和双背带或双提把使用），选择规定负重最大，振荡冲击次数最多的方式进行测试； ——背提包双背带、单提把的缝合部位有重合时，单提把不检验此项； ——如果背提包为包中包形式，附带的包装具有完全独立的结构、部件（具有提把和/或背带）、功能，且能作为背提包单独使用时，应进行振荡冲击性能检验。 注1：双背带、双提把指在产品相应对称部位具有的相同部件。 注2：提把（拎带）总长度是指提把（拎带）在包体外露、未固定部分轮廓的长度。 5.3.2包锁耐用性能 5.3.2.1在振荡冲击性能试验后用手工检验，开、关记作1次，分别测试200次。按下述规定进行试验： ——机械密码锁：用手拨密码轮设定密码，并用所设定的密码开启和关闭密码锁，任意组合各位数码，分别开、关试验； ——钥匙锁：用手拿钥匙顺着锁芯窝插入锁芯钥匙槽内开启和关闭锁具； ——电子编码锁：使用电子钥匙开启和关闭锁具。 5.3.2.2机械密码锁：选用任意10组不同乱码开启测试；钥匙锁、电子编码锁：使用非专用钥匙开启测试10次。 5.3.3扣件耐用性能 按QB/T 5084进行检验，测试1000次。 5.3.4拉链耐用度 选取拉链长度20cm，以20次/min的频率进行测试，开、合记作1次，测试200次。拉链长度不足20cm，在拉链最大长度范围内进行测试。 5.3.5缝合强度 裁取背提包主要承重部位的缝合面料试样1份,有效面积为(100±2)mm×(30±1)mm[缝合线,长度(100±2)mm,缝合线两侧面料宽度各(30±1)mm],上下夹具夹量宽50mm,间距(20±1)mm,用拉力机测试,拉伸速度(100±10)mm/min,至拉断(线或面料)为止,拉力机显示的最大数值为络缝合强度,如里拉力机显示数值超过缝合强度规定数值,而试样未断,可终止试验。 产品标识明示背提包的主要承重部位为内层材料时,在内层取样进行检验。 注:固定试样时尽量使试样缝合线方向的中心位置位于上下夹具边线中心。 5.3.6塑料插扣耐用性能, 按QB/T 5247进行检验,测试1000次。 5.3.7摩擦色牢度 按下述规定进行试验： ——面层材料:在背提包大面,包盖上分别取样,检验沾色牢度,前大面,后大面、包盖为相同材料时(材质,颜色、风格均相同),从后大面取样、测试,前大面,后大面,包盖为不同材料时,分别取样、测试；前大面、盖为相同材料时,从前大面或盖取样测试。 ——里料:从包内主体材料政能,仅测试干擦。 皮革、再生革、人造革/合成革类面料按QB/T 2537进行检验,光面革测试质量1000g,绒面革测试头500g,干擦50次,湿擦10次；毛皮面料按QB/T 2790进行检验；织物、无涂层超细纤维材料按GB/T 3920规定,取1组试样进行检验,其中无涂层超细纤维材料使用长方形摩擦头。 需测量表面涂层厚度的样品,按GB/T 22889进行测定。 5.3.8五金配件耐腐蚀性, 按QB/T 3876进行检验(不含铆合件、金属链牙),拉链头只检测拉片,测试时间为16h。 5.3.9背带耐折性能 按QB/T 5746进行检验,测试500次。 6检验规则 6.1组批 以同一品种原料投产,按同一生产工艺生产出来的同一品种、同一规格的产品组成的一个检验批。 6.2出厂检验 每批产品出厂前应对产品逐件进行检验,经检验合格后方可出厂。 6.3常规型式检验 有下列情况之一者,应从出厂检验合格的产品中随机抽取3件进行常规型式检验： a)产品结构、工艺、材料有重大改变时； b)产品停产半年以上恢复生产时； c) 医家质量监督机构提出进行型式检验时； d）正常生产时,每半年至少进行1次型式检验。 6.4特殊型式检验 遵照附录A的规定。 6.5合格判定 6.5.1 单件判定规则 有害物质限量、物理机械性能中若有1项不合格,即判该产品不合格,有害物质限量、物理机械性能全部合格,外观质量中有不超过3项的轻微缺陷,则判该产品合格。若产品出现影响产品使用功能的缺陷,即判该产品不合格。 6.5.2批量判定规则 3件被检测样品全部达到合格品要求,则判该批产品合格,若有1件(及以上)不合格,则加倍抽样进行复验,复验全部合格,则判该批产品合格。 7标志、包装、运输和贮存 7.1标式 7.1.1 经检验合格的产品应有以下标志: ——单位名称(生产单位或经销单位)、单位地址、联系电话； ——必要时,应附产品使用(维护保养)说明； ——必要时,产品外包装应包括产品名称、货号、数量、贮运(防护)标识等标志。 7.1.2标签规定如下: ——应标注：产品名称、产品标准编号、商标、货号(型号),主体材质、合格(检验)标识。 ——单一产品使用的某类面层材料超过产品使用面层材料总面积的20%,应标注； ——面层材料90%以上使用头层皮革(头层移膜皮革除外),可标注“真皮”； ——主体面层材料使用剖层皮革材质的,宜标注“剖层”字样； ——皮革基体的涂层厚度或覆膜厚度大于皮革基体厚度,不宜单独标注“皮革”,可标注为“复合材料”； ——进口产品应标注产地。 7.2包装 产品的内外包装应采用适宜的包装材料,防止产品在运输、贮存过程中受损。 7.3运输和贮存 应符合下列规定： ——防止暴晒、雨雪淋； ——保持道风干燥,防潮,避免高温环境； ——远离化学物质,液体侵蚀； ——避免尖锐物品的戳、划。 附录A （规范性附录） 特殊型式检验 A.1 适用范围 国家监督抽查、仲裁检验。 A.2要求 在常规型式检验的基础上,皮革、再生革、织物类材料(面料、里料)中可分解有害芳香胺染料、游离甲醛应符合表1的规定。 A.3试验方法 A.3.1取样 在产品的主要部位取样,不同材料分别取样,样品应具有代表性,并在报告中详细记录取样情况。 A.3.2检验 不同材料分别检验,皮革、再生革类材料按GB/T 19942,GB/T 19941进行检验,织物类材料按GB/T 17592,、GB/T 2912.1进行检验。 A.4合格判定 若有1项检验不符合表1的规定,即判该产品不合格。
