Specification for van trailers 1 Scope This document specifies the technical requirements, test items and methods, inspection rules, as well as marking, packaging, transport and storage requirements of the van trailers. This document is applicable to the design and production of van trailers for cargo transport. 2 Normative references The following referenced documents are indispensable for the application of this document. The purchased parts shall be provided with product quality certificate and shall only be assembled after passing the inspection. 4.1.1.4 The quantity and position of external lighting and light-signalling devices of van trailer shall meet the requirements of GB 4785, and the general requirements for lighting and optical signal devices shall meet the requirements of GB 7258-2017, 8.3. 4.1.1.5 The retro-reflective markings on the body of van trailers shall meet the requirements of GB 23254. Trailers with a length of more than 8.0 m shall be provided with rear-marking plates in accordance with those specified in GB 25990. 4.1.1.6 The lateral and rear underrun protection devices of van trailer shall meet those specified in GB 11567. 4.1.1.7 The design and installation of van trailer with tail lifts for vehicles shall meet those specified in GB/T 37706.   4.1.1.8 The strength and stiffness requirements as well as the test load for the van body of van trailer shall meet the requirements of Annex A. 4.1.1.9 The maximum stable side-inclination, when the van trailer, which is towed in no load, full load and in static states, is inclined to the left and right, shall meet the requirements of JT/T 1178.2-2019, 4.2. 4.1.2 Interchangeability requirements 4.1.2.1 For van semi-trailers, 50# coupling pins shall be adopted and their basic/mounting/ interchangeability dimensions shall meet those specified in GB/T 4606. 4.1.2.2 The interchangeability of mechanical connections between motor tractor and semi-trailer shall meet those specified in GB/T 20070.

1 范围 本文件规定了厢式挂车的技术要求、试验项目与方法、检验规则，以及标识、包装、运输和储存等要求。 本文件适用于货物运输的厢式挂车的设计与生产。 2 规范性引用文件 下列文件中的内容通过文中的规范性引用而构成本文件必不可少的条款。其中，注日期的引用文件，仅该日期对应的版本适用于本文件；不注日期的引用文件，其最新版本(包括所有的修改单)适用于本文件。 GB 1589 汽车、挂车及汽车列车外廓尺寸、轴荷及质量限值 GB／T 4606 道路车辆 半挂车牵引座50号牵引销的基本尺寸和安装、互换性尺寸 GB／T 4744 纺织品 防水性能的检测和评价 静水压法 GB／T 4781 道路车辆 50毫米牵引杆挂环的互换性 GB 4785 汽车及挂车外部照明和光信号装置的安装规定 GB／T 6420 货运挂车系列型谱 GB 7258—2017 机动车运行安全技术条件 GB 8624—2012 建筑材料及制品燃烧性能分级 GB 11567 汽车及挂车侧面和后下部防护要求 GB／T 13873 道路车辆 货运挂车试验方法 GB／T 17275 货运牵引杆挂车通用技术条件 GB／T 18411 机动车产品标牌 GB／T 20070 道路车辆 牵引车与半挂车之间机械连接互换性 GB 23254 货车及挂车 车身反光标识 GB／T 23336 半挂车通用技术条件 GB 25990 车辆尾部标志板 GB 29753—2013 道路运输 食品与生物制品冷藏车 安全要求及试验方法 GB／T 35782 道路甩挂运输车辆技术条件 GB／T 37245 中置轴挂车通用技术条件 GB／T 37706 车用起重尾板安装与使用技术要求 JB／T 5943 工程机械 焊接件通用技术条件 JT／T 1178.2—2019 营运货车安全技术条件 第2部分：牵引车辆与挂车 QC／T 484 汽车 油漆涂层 QC／T 625 汽车用涂镀层和化学处理层 QC／T 639 汽车用橡胶密封条 3 术语和定义 下列术语和定义适用于本文件。 3.1 厢式挂车 van trailer 具有独立的封闭车厢结构、厢体主要部件能承受规定载荷的挂车。 注：厢式挂车包括厢式半挂车、厢式牵引杆挂车和厢式中置轴挂车三种结构形式。 3.2 硬体车厢 van box body 厢板由金属、非金属或复合材料等硬质材料构成的封闭车厢。 3.3 冷藏车厢 refrigerated van body 具有隔热结构，以限制车厢内外热交换并设有温度调节设备的硬体车厢。 3.4 侧帘车厢 curtain side van body 车厢侧壁外侧面为软体材料，侧面打开后便于装卸货物，左右侧面与前后厢壁、顶部结构共同构成的封闭车厢。 3.5 翼开启车厢 wing van body 装备有专用装置，使车厢侧翼和／或顶翼能自行开启和关闭的硬体封闭车厢。 3.6 漏气倍数 air leakage ratio 硬体车厢内外试验压力差为100Pa±5Pa时，标准状态下的漏气量(m3／h)与车厢容积(m3)的比值，单位为每小时(h－1)。 4 技术要求 4.1 整车要求 4.1.1 基本要求 4.1.1.1 厢式挂车应分别符合GB／T 17275、GB／T 23336和GB／T 37245的有关规定，产品系列应符合GB／T 6420的规定。 4.1.1.2 厢式挂车的外廓尺寸、轴荷及质量参数应符合GB 1589的规定。 4.1.1.3 厢式挂车的各总成及零部件均应符合相关标准和产品技术文件要求，外购件应有产品质量合格证并经验收合格后方可装配。 4.1.1.4 厢式挂车的外部照明和光信号装置的数量、位置应符合GB 4785的规定，照明和光信号装置的一般要求应符合GB 7258—2017中8.3的规定。 4.1.1.5 厢式挂车车身反光标识应符合GB 23254的规定，车长大于8.0m的挂车应按GB 25990的规定设置尾部标志板。 4.1.1.6 厢式挂车侧面和后下部防护装置应符合GB 11567的规定。 4.1.1.7 安装车用起重尾板的厢式挂车其设计与安装应符合GB／T 37706的规定。 4.1.1.8 厢式挂车厢体的强度及刚度要求、试验载荷等应满足附录A的要求。 4.1.1.9 厢式挂车在空载、满载、静态被牵引状态下，向左侧和右侧倾斜的最大侧倾稳定角应符合JT／T 1178.2—2019中4.2的规定。 4.1.2 互换性要求 4.1.2.1 厢式半挂车应使用50号牵引销，基本尺寸和安装、互换性尺寸应符合GB／T 4606的规定。 4.1.2.2 牵引车和半挂车之间机械连接互换性应符合GB／T 20070的规定。 4.1.2.3 厢式中置轴挂车和厢式牵引杆挂车应使用50号牵引杆挂环，其互换性应符合GB／T 4781和JT／T 1178.2的规定。 4.1.2.4 用于甩挂运输的厢式半挂车应符合GB／T 35782的规定。 4.1.3 工艺要求 4.1.3.1 所有连接件和紧固件应连接可靠，满足相关标准规定的力矩要求。 4.1.3.2 油漆涂层应符合QC／T 484的有关规定；电镀涂层应符合QC／T 625的有关规定；所有外露黑金属件均应进行防腐处理。 4.1.3.3 所有焊接件质量应符合JB／T 5943的有关规定。 4.1.3.4 结构采用铆接工艺的车厢，铆接质量应符合附录B的规定。 4.1.3.5 厢式挂车的各处润滑油杯齐全有效，并按规定加注润滑油／脂。 4.2 车厢基本要求 4.2.1 车厢厢体主要允许尺寸偏差和形位公差应符合表1的规定。 4.2.2 车厢门的开启角应符合下列要求，并在车厢的适当位置设置锁定装置，使车厢门开启后得以固定： ——后门： · 对开及单开侧式： ； · 上掀式：≥90°； ——侧门： · 对开及单开侧式： ；
