1 Scope
This standard specifies the methods for analysis of hygienic standard of stainless steel food containers and table wares.
This standard is applicable to the determination (analysis) of the hygienic indexes of stainless-steel-made cooker, dinnerware, tablewares as well as vessel, tool and equipment contacting food.
