Intelligentization technology for intelligent household appliances - Particular requirements for washing machine
1 Scope
This standard specifies the technical requirements, inspection methods and assessment methods of intelligent washing machine.
This standard is applicable to intelligent washing machines with single-phase rated voltage not exceeding 250 V and used by non-professionals in home, shops, schools and other places.

3 Terms and definitions
For the purposes of this document, the terms and definitions specified in GB/T 28219 and GB/T 4288 and the following apply.

4 Technical requirements
4.1 General requirements
The intelligent washing machine shall meet the requirements of GB/T 28219.
4.2 Safety requirements
4.2.1 Safety requirements for electrical appliance
Intelligent washing machine shall meet the safety requirements specified in GB 4706.1, GB 4706.20 and GB 4706.24.
4.2.2 Safety requirements for intelligentization
Intelligent washing machine should be remotely controlled by intelligentization technology, and be equipped with remote control safety management function to ensure the safety of remote operation of intelligent washing machine.
If the local unit is equipped with the function of detecting whether there are potential safety hazards e.g. harming children, the local unit authorization method may not be adopted for permitting remote operation.
If the local unit is not equipped with the function of detecting whether there are potential safety hazards e.g. harming children, the remote unit shall be granted the necessary operation authority through the local unit, and the purpose of authorization is to realize the safety of remote operation of washing machine. The authorization is time-sensitive and shall meet one of the following conditions:
a) If a single authorization does not exceed 24 h, the authorization time may be appropriately extended again;
b) The remote operation can be interrupted by the operation of the local unit, if the remote operation need to be continued, remote unit shall be granted the necessary operation authorization again through the local unit;
c) Remote operation can be cancelled by local unit operation. if remote operation is to be performed again, necessary operation authorization shall be granted to the remote unit again by local unit.
4.3 Function requirements for intelligentization
4.3.1 Remote control
Intelligent washing machine should realize remote control through intelligentization technology to ensure its good operability of remote operation. The specific requirements are as follows:
a) The remote unit can establish network connection and application interaction with the local unit;
b) The remote unit can cancel the network connection and application interaction relationship established with the local unit;
c) Controlled by the remote unit, the local unit can perform corresponding control functions;
d) Controlled by the remote unit, the local unit performs corresponding functions, and there shall be clear feedback instructions for the local and the remote units.
4.3.2 Clothing information identification function
Intelligent washing machine should be equipped with clothing information identification function and interaction interface presenting the clothing information.
Clothing information includes but is not limited to: clothing attribute information such as quality, material, category and color, which shall meet the following requirements:
a) The grade of clothing quality identification shall have at least two grades such as low (L1), high (L2), etc.
b) The number of category of clothing material can be identified shall have at least 3 types, such as cotton, chemical fiber and wool;
c) The number of clothing category can be identified shall have at least 3 types, such as outerwear, underwear and socks;
d) The number of clothing color can be identified shall have at least 2 types, such as dark color and light color.
4.3.3 Detergent identification and automatic release function
Intelligent washing machine should be equipped with detergent information identification function and automatic release function that meet the following requirements:
a) Identify the concentration type of detergent, and shall have at least two types (ordinary and concentrated);
b) It can store and automatically release two or more kinds of detergents for different purposes, such as: ordinary detergents and special detergents for silk and wool etc.
Equipped with an interaction interface with presentation of detergent information and auto-dispensing information, such as one or more display interfaces of intelligent washing machine display screen, mobile phone screen, computer screen or other terminal equipment.
4.3.4 Washing program management
Intelligent washing machine should realize washing program management through intelligentization technology. Based on environmental information, laundry information, detergent information, user information, etc., the laundry program mode or parameters can be updated "automatically" or "manually" or both. It shall meet the following requirements:
a) The updated program or parameter may be the adjustment of existing data at the local unit, or the download from the remote unit or the push from the remote unit to the local unit;
b) The updated program or parameter can better complete the washing work.
Note: Better completion of washing work includes: better water saving, better power saving, better care of clothes, cleaner washing, cleaner rinsing, less vibration, less noise, etc.
4.3.5 Water and electricity management function
Intelligent washing machine should realize the statistics, display and management functions of water consumption and electricity consumption through intelligentization technology, and shall meet the following requirements:
a) The deviation between the displayed water consumption and the measured value shall not be greater than 20%;
b) The deviation between the displayed electricity consumption and the measured value shall not be greater than 20%;
c) The local unit or remote unit can synchronously check the statistical information of water and electricity consumption of the intelligent washing machine according to different washing cycle dimensions.
Note: Washing cycle dimension can include washing times, days, weeks, months, years, cumulative, etc.
4.3.6 Self-cleaning function
Intelligent washing machine shall be equipped with the function to keep itself clean or conduct self-cleaning automatically and avoid secondary pollution, and shall meet at least one of the following requirements:
a) Automatically display maintenance tips after running for a certain period;
b) Keep the machine clean during operation.
4.3.7 Fault alarm and analysis
Intelligent washing machine should automatically take alarm measures when alarm occurs at the local end. If there is a remote network connection, it can also send alarm information to the remote end synchronously to prompt the user remotely. It shall meet the following requirements:
a) The machine can carry out partial or full self-inspection on the state of its own components, such as door switch, water inlet, drainage, motor and other components working status;
b) The machine can predict potential faults, and users and manufacturers can be prompted in advance before the faults occur, and users have the authority to enable this function, such potential faults as filter blockage and belt wear;
c) The machine can be diagnosed on-line through the service platform, and the user has the authority to enable this function or not;
d) The machine can send the fault information and user information to the after-sales service department for automatic repair report through the service platform, and the user has the authority to enable this function or not.
4.3.8 On-line upgrade
The local end or remote end of the intelligent washing machine should have the on-line upgrade function for programs, and have the mode of recording and displaying upgrade information, which shall meet the following requirements:
a) The machine shall have the function of on-line upgrade for at least one of the following programs:
——display terminal control program upgrade;
——communication module program upgrade;
——firmware upgrade of electronic control board control program and other components.
b) After the successful upgrade, the intelligent washing machine functions normally and conforms to the functional logic defined after the upgrade.
c) After the intelligent washing machine failed to upgrade due to abnormality, the original version shall be restored and each function can be used normally.
d) View the upgrade information in any one or more of the following ways:
——the local unit interaction interface;
——remote unit interaction interface: for example, mobile phone, PAD, etc.
4.3.9 Third-party application services
Intelligent washing machines may have the function of using third-party application services, and shall meet at least one of the following requirements:
a) Connect to the third-party service platform, e.g. public interconnection, through the remote unit, and be able to use the application service of the third party;
b) Connect to the third-party service platform, e.g. public interconnection, through the local unit, and be able to use the application service of the third party.
Note: Examples of third-party application services are weather service and shopping application, etc. Through interconnection and intercommunication, product functions can be better expanded to enhance the convenient experience of users.

洗衣机的特殊要求
1 范围
本标准规定了智能洗衣机的技术要求、检测方法和评价方法。
本标准适用于单相额定电压不超过250V,在家庭、商店、学校等场所由非专业人员使用的智能洗衣机。

3 术语和定义
GB/T 28219和GB/T 4288界定的以及下列术语和定义适用于本文件。
3.1
智能洗衣机 intelligent washing machine
应用了智能化技术或具备智能化能力的家用和类似用途电动洗衣机。
3.2
本机端 local unit
智能洗衣机本体。
3.3
远程端 remote unit
可与本机端进行数据交互的系统。
注:远程端的示例为手机、服务平台等。
3.4
显示终端 display terminal
一种可以以文字、图像、语音等形式呈现智能洗衣机人机交互的显示或操作装置。
4 技术要求
4.1 通用要求
智能洗衣机应符合GB/T 28219的要求。
4.2 安全要求
4.2.1 电器安全要求
智能洗衣机应满足GB 4706.1、GB 4706.20和GB 4706.24的安全要求。
4.2.2 智能化安全要求
智能洗衣机宜通过智能化的技术实现远程控制,具有远程控制安全管理功能,确保远程操作智能洗衣机的安全。
本机端具有检测是否存在伤害儿童等安全隐患功能的,对于许可远程操作运行,可以不采用本机端授权方式。
本机端不具有检测是否存在伤害儿童等安全隐患功能的,对于许可远程操作运行,应通过本机端为远程端授以必要的操作权限,授权的目的是实现洗衣机远程操作的安全。该授权有时效性,应满足下列情况之一:
a) 单次授权不超过24 h,可再次适当延长授权时间;
b) 本机端操作能中断远程操作,如要继续远程操作,需通过本机端再次为远程端授以必要的操作权限;
c) 本机端操作能取消远程操作,如要重新远程操作,需通过本机端再次为远程端授以必要的操作权限。
4.3 智能化功能要求
4.3.1 远程操控
智能洗衣机宜通过智能化的技术实现远程控制,确保远程操作智能洗衣机有良好的可操作性,具体要求如下:
a) 远程端能够与本机端建立网络连接及应用交互;
b) 远程端能够取消或解除与本机端建立的网络连接及应用交互关系;
c) 通过远程端操控本机端,本机端可执行相应操控功能;
d) 通过远程端操作本机端,本机端执行相应功能,本机端和远程端应有明确的反馈指示。
4.3.2 衣物信息识别功能
智能洗衣机宜具有衣物信息识别功能和呈现衣物信息的交互界面。
衣物的信息包括但不限于:质量、材质、类别、颜色等衣物属性信息,应满足如下要求:
a) 衣物质量识别的大小等级不低于2挡,例如:低(L1)、高(L2)等;
b) 衣物材质识别的种类不低于3种,例如:棉、化纤、羊毛等;
c) 衣物类别识别的种类不低于3种,例如:外衣、内衣、袜子等;
d) 衣物颜色识别的种类不低于2种,例如:深色、浅色等。
4.3.3 洗涤剂识别及自动投放功能
智能洗衣机宜具有洗涤剂信息识别功能及自动投放功能,满足如下要求:
a) 识别洗涤剂的浓缩类型,类型不低于2挡(普通、浓缩);
b) 同时存储和自动投放2种及以上不同用途类型的洗涤剂,例如:普通、丝毛专用等。
具有呈现洗涤剂信息和自动投放信息的交互界面,例如:智能洗衣机显示屏、手机屏、电脑屏或其他终端设备显示界面的一个或几个。
4.3.4 洗涤程序管理
智能洗衣机宜通过智能化技术实现洗涤程序管理。根据环境信息、衣物信息、洗涤剂信息、用户信息等,实现洗衣程序模式或参数的更新,更新为“自动”或“手动”或两者皆可。应符合以下要求:
a) 更新的程序或参数可以是在本机端对现有数据进行调整,也可以是本机端从远程端下载或远程端向本机端推送;
b) 更新的程序或参数可以更好地完成洗衣工作。
注:更好地完成洗衣工作包括:更佳节水、更佳节电、更佳呵护衣物、洗的更干净、漂的更干净、振动更小、降低噪声等方面的一个或几个。
4.3.5 水电管理功能
智能洗衣机宜通过智能化技术实现用水量、用电量的统计、展示和管理功能,应符合以下要求:
a) 用水量显示值与实测值的偏差不大于±20%;
b) 用电量显示值与实测值的偏差不大于±20%;
c) 本机端或远程端可以同步按不同洗衣周期维度查看智能洗衣机的用水、用电统计信息。
注:洗衣周期维度可包括洗衣次数、天、周、月度、年度、累计等。
4.3.6 自清洁功能
智能洗衣机宜具有保持自身洁净或自动洁净、避免二次污染的功能,应符合以下要求中至少一项:
a) 在运行一定周期后自动给出维护保养提示;
b) 在运行过程中保持自身的洁净。
4.3.7 故障报警和分析
智能洗衣机宜在本机端发生报警时能自动采取报警措施,如有远程网络连接,还可以将报警信息同步发送到远程端,远程提示用户的功能。应符合以下要求:
a) 可对自身各部件状态进行部分或全部自检,例如:门开关、进水、排水、电机等部件工作状态;
b) 可预测潜在的故障,并在故障发生前提前预测,提示用户和厂商,且用户具有是否启用该功能的权限,例如:过滤器堵塞、皮带磨损等潜在故障;
c) 可通过服务平台对本机进行在线诊断,且用户具有是否启用该功能的权限;
d) 可通过服务平台将故障信息和用户信息发送到售后服务部门进行自动报修,且用户具有是否启用该功能的权限。
4.3.8 在线升级
智能洗衣机本机端或远程端宜具有程序在线升级的功能,并有记录和显示升级信息的方式,应符合以下要求:
a) 具备以下至少一种程序在线升级的功能:
——显示终端控制程序升级;
——通讯模块程序升级;
——电控板控制程序及其他部件固件升级。
b) 智能洗衣机升级成功后功能正常,且符合升级后所定义的功能逻辑。
c) 智能洗衣机异常升级失败后,恢复原来版本,且各个功能可以正常使用。
d) 通过以下任意一种或几种方式查看升级信息:
——本机端交互界面;
——远程端交互界面:例如:手机、PAD等。
4.3.9 第三方应用服务
智能洗衣机可具备使用第三方应用服务的功能,应符合以下要求中至少一项:
a) 通过远程端连接到公共互联等第三方服务平台,能够使用第三方的应用服务;
b) 通过本机端连接到公共互联等第三方服务平台,能够使用第三方的应用服务。
注:第三方的应用服务示例为天气服务、购物商城等。通过互联互通更好地扩展产品功能,增强用户使用的便捷体验。
5 检测方法
5.1 试验条件
试验在下述条件下进行:
a) 环境温度为(23±2)℃;
b) 环境相对湿度为(65±20)%;
c) 智能洗衣机如通过智能化的技术实现远程控制,则将智能洗衣机按说明书要求安装调试好,保证有稳定良好的网络环境,并通信正常。
5.2 安全要求的试验方法
5.2.1 通用要求安全试验方法
应按照GB 4706.1、GB 4706.20和GB 4706.24的要求进行试验或文件符合性审查。
5.2.2 智能化安全要求试验方法
智能化安全要求测试根据智能洗衣机是否具有检测筒(桶)内有儿童等安全隐患功能,分为两种情况进行测试:
具有检测筒(桶)内有儿童等安全隐患功能测试方法:
a) 将质量为(1.5±0.5)kg的兔子放入智能洗衣机,并关闭智能洗衣机门;
b) 检测远程端能否启动智能洗衣机;
c) 试验过程,确认本机端能启动后,应立即结束程序运行,确保试验对象安全。
注:启动后,运行必要的检测程序是允许的,但不能造成对试验对象的物理伤害。
不具有检测筒(桶)内有儿童等安全隐患功能测试方法:
a) 检测远程端控制智能洗衣机启动是否需要在本机端操作授权;
b) 检测授权是否在一定时间内被自动取消、或本机端操作是否会暂时中断远程授权、或本机端操作是否会自动取消远程授权。
5.3 智能化功能的试验方法
5.3.1 远程操控试验方法
视检说明书远程操控功能,并按下述试验方法手动操作本机端、远程端,且应符合4.3.1的要求:
a) 测试绑定成功率:操作远程端与本机端建立绑定关系,试验次数为30次;
b) 测试解绑成功率:操作取消或解除远程端与本机端绑定关系,试验次数为30次;
c) 测试响应时间:通过远程端操作本机端功能,本机端执行相应功能,试验次数为30次,其中测试响应时间为发送、执行、反馈过程的总时间;
d) 测试操作成功率:通过远程端操作本机端功能,试验次数应不小于100次。
5.3.2 衣物识别管理试验方法
视检说明书如有衣物识别功能的相关声明,按照说明书描述的可识别衣物的方式准备三种衣服:白色棉衬衣、蓝色棉牛仔裤、白色羊毛衫,主材质含量不小于75%。按照说明书描述的可识别的方式测试洗衣机识别结果,结果应符合4.3.2的要求。
5.3.3 洗涤剂识别及自动投放功能试验方法
视检说明书如有洗涤剂浓缩类型识别功能的相关声明,按照下述试验方法试验,结果应符合4.3.3要求:
a) 浓缩类型可以通过洗涤剂中活性物含量进行区分,测试用洗涤剂样品的确定:购买市售且按GB/T 13173—2008第7章规定的方法测定总活性物含量分别在(15±5)%的普通洗涤剂和在(25±5)%的浓缩洗涤剂。
b) 将普通和浓缩洗涤剂测试样品分别倒入洗涤剂投放盒,视检智能洗衣机能否识别出两类洗涤剂浓缩类型。
注:识别结果不能在智能洗衣机显示屏、手机、电脑或其他终端设备的一个或几个方便地进行查看的,厂家应配合提供智能洗衣机进入特殊模式可以查看的方法,如进入测试模式。
视检说明书如有洗涤剂自动投放功能的相关声明将适量洗涤剂添加自动投放装置,运行一个常用(标准)洗涤程序并开启自动投放功能,观察洗涤剂投放装置内的洗涤剂的剩余量。
视检说明书如有同时存储和自动投放多种用途类型洗涤剂功能的相关声明将适量的多种洗涤剂添加到自动投放装置,按照说明书的描述运行与洗涤剂投放对应的洗涤程序并开启自动投放功能,观察洗涤剂投放装置内的洗涤剂的剩余量,其中,每种洗涤剂测试一个洗涤周期。
5.3.4 洗涤程序管理试验方法
视检说明书如有程序模式和参数更新等功能的相关声明,按照说明书的描述改变影响程序模式和参数的因素,查看程序模式和参数更新情况。结果应符合4.3.4的要求。
5.3.5 水电管理功能试验方法
视检说明书如有水电管理功能的相关声明,应按照说明书明示的常用(标准)洗涤程序测试用水、用电数据。运行程序过程中记录试验检测仪器检测的和本机端和/或远程端展示的用水、用电数据。结果应符合4.3.5的要求。
5.3.6 自清洁功能试验方法
视检说明书如有自身的洁净功能的相关声明按照下述试验方法试验,结果应符合4.3.6的要求:
a) 洗涤筒(桶)洁净试验方法
检测洗衣机是否为套筒(桶)结构,若是,则进一步检测洗衣机运行常用(标准)程序的过程中,是否有水进入套筒(桶)之间并能回流到内筒(桶)。
视检说明书是否有洗涤筒(桶)清洁保养提示和保持或恢复自身洁净等功能的相关声明。
b) 投放系统洁净试验方法
视检说明书是否有投放系统清洁保养提示和保持或恢复自身洁净等功能的相关声明。
c) 门封洁净试验方法
视检说明书是否有门封清洁保养提示和保持或恢复自身洁净等功能的相关声明。
d) 烘干系统洁净试验方法
视检说明书是否有烘干系统清洁保养提示和保持或恢复自身洁净等功能的相关声明。
5.3.7 故障报警和分析试验方法
按照表1在智能洗衣机的本机端人为操作设定故障,确认智能洗衣机是否能检测出故障并通过网络报警通知远程端。如果有其他故障,可以根据制造商自定义故障设置方法测试。
