洗衣机的产品分类及型号命名见附录B。 5 技术要求 5.1 一般要求 5.1.1 概述 对于多筒(桶)洗衣机,应在本标准规定范围内,按其各部分标称的织物类型使用制造商声明或使用说明明示的洗涤程序进行考核。 其他类型的洗衣机应符合下述要求。 5.1.2 工作条件 如无制造商特别要求,则按照下述条件运行: a) 环境温度为0℃~40℃; b) 环境相对湿度在95%以下(温度为25℃时)。 5.2 供电电源及试运行 洗衣机使用的电源为单相交流,额定电压为220V~250V,额定频率为50Hz(特殊要求除外)。按照洗衣机产品使用说明的要求操作,洗衣机应能运行,并能完成产品使用说明所述功能(关于这些功能的技术要求,如本标准无相关规定,可执行相应的国家标准、行业标准或备案的企业产品标准)。 5.3 洗涤筒(桶)有效容积 按照6.4规定的方法进行测量。 洗衣机洗涤筒(桶)容积测量值不应低于其额定值的95%。 5.4 洗净性能 微型洗衣机按照QB/T 4830—2015的相关要求进行试验,洗净比应≥0.65。 其他类型洗衣机按照6.5规定的方法进行试验,洗净比应≥0.70。 5.5 洗净均匀度 按照6.6规定的方法进行计算。 洗衣机的洗净均匀度应符合表1的规定值。 表1 洗净均匀度的规定值 洗衣机类型 限定值/% 波轮式洗衣机 ≥86.0 按照6.9规定的方法进行试验。 经脱水机或洗衣机的脱水装置脱水后,试验负载的含水率应≤115.0%。 5.9 脱水转速 按照6.9.3规定的方式进行试验。 由铭牌、标识或使用说明明示脱水转速的洗衣机,使用额定容量负载进行试验,其脱水转速实测值应不低于明示值的92%或实测值与明示值之差≤100r/min,两者取较小值,且持续运行时间应≥60s。 5.10 单位用水量 按照6.10规定的方法进行试验。 洗衣机按照附录C的相关要求进行洗净性能试验,单位洗涤容量用水量应符合表3的规定值。 表3 单位洗涤容量用水量的规定值 洗衣机类型 限定值/[L/(cycle·kg)] 波轮式洗衣机 ≤32 搅拌式洗衣机 ≤40 滚筒式洗衣机 ≤18 5.11 单位用电量 按照6.11规定的方法进行试验。 洗衣机按照附录C的相关要求进行洗净性能试验,单位洗涤容量用电量应符合表4的规定值。 表4 ——最高额定转速≤1200r/min,其声功率级噪声值应≤72dB(A计权); ——最高额定转速>1200r/min,其声功率级噪声值应≤76dB(A计权)。 5.15 振动性能 按照6.16规定的方法进行试验。 洗衣机脱水运行过程中,箱体上边沿4点,以及上、左、右各面几何中心位置(如图J.1所示)的位移峰值应符合表6的规定值。 表6 箱体各测量点位置的位移峰值 项目 规格 限定值 mm 按照6.18规定的方法进行试验。 洗衣机在额定工作状态下,无故障工作次数或时间应不低于表7的规定值。试验后应能继续正常工作,离心式脱水机及脱水装置制动时间应≤20s。 表7 洗衣机无故障运行次数或时间的规定值 洗衣机类型 无故障运行次数或时间 普通洗衣机 以定时器一个满量程为一次,共4000次 半自动及全自动洗衣机 洗净比 -0.035 洗净均匀度 -0.4% 漂洗率 -0.8% 磨损率 +0.8% 含水率 +3% 用水量 +5% 用电量 +7% 注1:洗净比、洗净均匀度、漂洗率、磨损率、含水率偏差是指实测值与明示值的差值。用水量、用电量是实测值与明示值的差值再与明示值的比值(以百分数表示)。 注2:如产品除标有额定用水量外,还标有额定洗涤用水量或额定漂洗用水量,则分别考核。 5.19 整机结构及常规检查 整体结构及常规检查项目应符合以下要求: a) 内部部件:洗衣机中的紧固件及其他零部件应符合相关标准的要求,其易损件应便于更换。 b) 洗涤/脱水筒(桶)内表面检查:洗衣机洗涤/脱水筒(桶)内壁及与洗涤物接触的零部件表面应光滑。正常使用时,不应夹扯和损伤洗涤物。 c) 试运行:洗衣机按照最高水量完成注水,运行时洗衣机不应漏水。 注:除使用注水的方法进行泄漏检查外,也可使用能实现同等效果的方法(如,注气)进行泄漏检查。 d) 洗涤检查:洗衣机按照最高水量完成注水,按照试验负载质量添加标准洗涤织物,将机盖盖好后,运行时水不应溢到机外。洗衣机不应漏水,应能正常洗涤。 e) 水位检查:洗衣机应有水位控制装置,或在洗涤桶内壁明显位置标有最高水位和最低水位的耐久性标志。 f) 热水运行试验:洗衣机使用55℃热水,按照最长洗涤程序运行,应能正常工作至该程序结束。 5.20 材料 产品材料应符合以下要求: a) 钢铁件:表面应进行防锈蚀处理,如采用电镀、涂漆、搪瓷等有效的方法进行处理。 b) 电镀件:表面应光滑细密、色泽均匀,不得有剥落、露底、针孔、鼓泡及明显的花斑、划伤等缺陷,按照6.20的要求进行试验,镀层不应出现锈蚀点。 c) 不锈钢件:按照6.20的要求进行试验,试验后不应出现锈蚀点。 d) 塑料件:表面应平整光滑、色泽均匀、耐老化,不应有裂纹、气泡、缩孔等缺陷。 e) 涂漆件或涂塑件:涂饰层应附着力强,结合牢固,不应有明显的气泡、流痕、漏涂、底漆外露、皱纹、裂痕等现象,按照6.21的要求进行试验后,腐蚀宽度不应大于1mm。 6 试验方法 6.1 试验条件 试验在下述条件下进行: a) 除对试验环境条件另作具体要求的试验外,型式试验应在环境温度为(23±2)℃,相对湿度为(65±5)%,无外界气流,无强烈阳光和其他热幅射作用的室内进行。 b) 试验电源: 单相交流正弦波,电压和频率波动范围不得超过额定值的±1%。 c) 试验水温: ——冷水:(15±2)℃。适用于滚筒式洗衣机/参比洗衣机洗涤及漂洗过程进水;适用于羊毛织物洗涤性能试验漂洗过程进水。 ——温水:(30±2)℃。适用于波轮/搅拌式洗衣机/参比洗衣机洗涤及漂洗过程进水。 ——热水:(40±2)℃。适用于羊毛织物洗涤性能试验无加热装置的洗衣机洗涤过程进水。 d) 试验水压: 自动完成注水的洗衣机进水管所接入的试验用水水压应为(0.24±0.05)MPa。洗衣机试验运行全过程均保持该水压。 e) 试验水硬度:试验用水的硬度为0.4mmol/L~0.6mmol/L,应按照GB/T 23119—2008的相关要求制备。试验用水与标准洗涤织物预处理用水的水硬度应一致。 注:水硬度为对Ca2+离子与Mg2+离子的总硬度,单位为毫摩尔每升(mmol/L)。 6.2 试验仪器仪表 试验用仪器仪表的性能、量程、不确定度等参数应满足下列要求: a) 温度计:单位为摄氏度(℃),分辨力≤1.0℃,不确定度≤1.0℃; b) 湿度计:以%表示,不确定度≤3%; c) 计时器:单位为秒(s),分辨力≤0.1s,不确定度≤0.02s; d) 称重工具: ——用于测量试验负载质量的称重工具:单位为千克(kg),分辨力≤1g,不确定度≤5g; ——用于测量洗涤剂质量的称重工具:单位为克(g),分辨力≤0.01g,不确定度≤0.02g(50g~100g);不确定度≤0.03g(100g~200g); ——用于测量标准磨损样块,标准羊毛伸缩样块质量的称重工具:单位为克(g),分辨力≤0.01g,不确定度≤0.05g; ——用于测量计算洗涤筒(桶)容积的称重工具:单位为千克(kg),分辨力≤0.01kg; e) 电参数测量仪: ——用于测量累计耗电量的电能测量仪:单位为瓦时(W·h),分辨力≤0.1W·h,不确定度1%,采样频率≤1次/s; ——用于测量关机/待机功率的功率测量仪:单位为瓦(W),精度≤0.01W。测量功率≥0.5W时,不确定度≤2%;测量功率<0.5W时,不确定度≤0.01W,采样频率≤1次/s; f) 液体流量计:单位为升(L),分辨力≤0.01L,不确定度≤0.1L; g) 水压力计:单位为帕(Pa),分辨力≤0.02MPa; h) 直尺:单位为毫米(mm),分辨力≤1mm; i) 白度计(或光电反射率计):以%表示,分辨力≤0.01%,应符合一级白度计指标; j) 电位滴定仪:单位为毫升(mL),最小滴定量≤0.01mL/次,滴定重复性≤0.3%;pH电极分辨力≤0.01; k) 振动测试仪:应能同时测量转速稳定条件下7个点的加速度峰值、速度峰值、位移峰值及脱水转速值。其中,加速度峰值分辨力≤0.1m/s2;速度峰值分辨力≤0.1cm/s;位移峰值分辨力0.01mm;测振仪器可分辨频率区间为2Hz~200Hz。 用于型式试验的电工测量仪表,除已具体规定的仪表外,其精度应不低于0.5级,出厂检验应不低于1.0级。 6.3 样机正式试验前的准备及要求 正式试验前应完成以下准备工作: a) 试验前,试验样机应运行2次完整的“常用(标准)洗涤程序”。第1次运行无试验负载,使用50g固体标准洗涤剂;第2次运行无试验负载,无洗涤剂。运行结束后,应在试验环境条件下放置至少2h,再进行试验。 b) 试验样机和参比洗衣机应在同一试验条件下,使用同一批次标准试验样块进行试验。 c) 除试验有特殊要求外,所有试验项目应使用同一程序进行。 d) 对于单独的脱水机,棉质标准洗涤织物应在符合6.1相关要求的试验用水中浸泡1h后使用。 6.4 洗涤筒(桶)有效容积测量 洗衣机按照附录A进行洗涤筒(桶)有效容积测量。 |
