Knitted casual wear 1 Scope This standard specifies the terms and definitions, product sizing, requirements, test methods, sampling rules, judgment rules, product instructions, packaging, transportation and storage of knitted casual wear. This standard is applicable to identifying the quality of knitted casual wear mainly made of knitted fabrics through processing. Inherent quality includes the indexes such as fiber content, formaldehyde content, pH value, peculiar smell, decomposable carcinogenic aromatic amine dyes, bursting strength, pilling, dimensional change rate in water washing, dimensional change rate by dry cleaning, distortion rate after water washing, staining by washing liquor, color fastness to soaping, color fastness to water, color fastness to perspiration, color fastness to rubbing, color fastness to light, color fastness to dry cleaning, color fastness to transfer in joints, color fastness to light of textiles wetted with artificial perspiration, and appearance quality after washing. Appearance quality includes the indexes such as surface defect, specification and dimension deviation, dimensional difference in symmetric parts and sewing requirements. 5.2 Grading requirements 5.2.1 The products are classified into superior products, first-grade products and acceptable products in terms of the quality grade. 5.2.2 The products are graded by batches in terms of inherent quality and by pieces in terms of appearance quality, and the lower grade shall prevail in case of a combination of both. 5.2.3 For all inherent quality indexes, the worst inspection result is regarded as the grading basis for this batch of products. 5.2.4 Where appearance quality problems of different product grades are found on the same product, the product shall be graded according to the lowest quality grade. For one product, only two limit surface defects of the same grade are allowed to exist; otherwise, it shall be degraded by one grade.

color 某些物质吸收某种波长的入射光后被激发并发出可见光时所呈现出的颜色。 注：通过紫外灯照射后呈现荧光的颜色。 4 产品号型 按GB/T 6411或GB/T 1335（所有部分）规定执行，超出标准范围的号型标注按标准规定的跳档原则依次递增或递减。 5 要求 5.1 要求内容 要求分为内在质量和外观质量两个方面。内在质量包括纤维含量、甲醛含量、pH值、异味、可分解致癌芳香胺染料、顶破强力、起球、水洗尺寸变化率、干洗尺寸变化率、水洗后扭曲率、洗液沾色程度、耐皂洗色牢度、耐水色牢度、耐汗渍色牢度、耐摩擦色牢度、耐光色牢度、耐干洗色牢度、拼接互染色牢度、耐光、汗复合色牢度、洗后外观质量等项指标。外观质量包括表面疵点、规格尺寸偏差、对称部位尺寸差异、缝制规定等项指标。 5.2 分等规定 5.2.1 质量等级分为优等品、一等品、合格品。 5.2.2 内在质量按批评等，外观质量按件评等，二者结合以最低等级定等。 5.2.3 内在质量各项指标以检验结果最低一项作为该批产品的评等依据。 5.2.4 同一件产品上发现属于不同品等的外观质量问题时，按最低品等评定。在同一件产品上只允许有两个同等级的极限表面疵点存在，超过者降一个等级。 5.3 内在质量要求 5.3.1 顶破强力不考核镂空（包括网纱、网眼等）、抽条、烂花等结构的产品及弹力织物。弹力织物是指含有弹性纤维的织物或罗纹织物。 5.3.3 起球只考核产品正面，正面磨毛、起绒、植绒类产品及蕾丝面料不考核。 5.3.4 洗液沾色程度仅考核面积占30%及以上的深色织物。 5.3.5 尺寸变化率（包括水洗和干洗）不考核弹力织物的横向以及褶皱产品的褶皱方向。 5.3.6 荧光色服装合格品的耐光色牢度可降半级。 5.3.7 耐干洗色牢度、干洗尺寸变化率、干洗后外观质量只考核使用说明中标注可干洗的产品。 5.3.8 耐皂洗色牢度、水洗尺寸变化率、水洗后扭曲率、水洗后外观质量只考核使用说明中标注可水洗的产品。 5.3.9 对紧口类产品、超短裤、非直摆上衣不考核水洗后扭曲率。 5.3.10 拼接互染色牢度只考核深色和浅色相拼接的产品。 5.3.11 耐光、汗复合色牢度仅考核直接接触皮肤的单层服装。 5.3.12 6.1.1 纤维含量 按GB/T 2910（所有部分）、FZ/T 01026、FZ/T 01057（所有部分）、FZ/T 01095、FZ/T 01101等规定执行。 6.1.2 甲醛含量 按GB/T 2912.1规定执行。 6.1.3 pH值 按GB/T 7573规定执行。 6.1.4 异味 按GB 18401规定执行。 6.1.5 可分解致癌芳香胺染料 按GB/T 17592规定执行。 6.1.6 顶破强力 按GB/T 19976—2005规定执行，钢球直径为(38±0.02)mm。 6.1.7 起球 按GB/T 4802.1—2008中E法规定执行，评级按GSB 16-1523针织物起毛起球样照评定。 6.1.8 水洗尺寸变化率 6.1.8.1 测量部位 上衣以前、后身左右四处的衣长平均值作为计算依据，横向以后背宽的测量值作为计算依据。裤子直向以左、右两处裤长的平均值作为计算依据，横向以左、右两处中腿宽的平均值作为计算依据。在测量时做出标记，以便水洗后测量。上衣测量部位见图1，裤子测量部位见图2。 直向 直向 横向 图1 上衣水洗前后测量部位示例 直向 横向 图2 裤子水洗前后测量部位示例 6.1.8.2 测量方法 见表5。 表5 8629—2017中A型洗衣机4H程序执行，洗涤剂选用“标准洗涤剂3”。试验件数为三件（条），洗涤次数为一次。 6.1.8.4 干燥方法 采用悬挂晾干。上衣采用竿穿过两袖，使胸围挂肩处保持平直，并从下端用手将前后身分开理平。裤子采用对折搭晾，使横裆部位在晾竿上，并轻轻理平。将晾干后的试样放置在温度为(20±2)℃，相对湿度为(65±4)%环境的平台上。停放4 h后，轻轻拍平折痕，再进行测量。 6.1.8.5 结果计算 按式（1）分别计算直向和横向的水洗尺寸变化率，以负号(-)表示尺寸收缩，以正号(+)表示尺寸伸长（倒涨）。按3件试样的算术平均值作为检验结果，若同时存在收缩与倒涨的试验结果，以收缩（或倒涨）的两件试样的算术平均值作为检验结果，最终结果按GB/T 8170修约，保留一位小数。 ………………………………（1） 式中： A——直向或横向水洗尺寸变化率； L1——直向或横向水洗后尺寸的平均值，单位为厘米(cm)； L0——直向或横向水洗前尺寸的平均值，单位为厘米(cm)。 6.1.9 干洗尺寸变化率 按FZ/T 80007.3—2006规定执行，采用常规干洗法，试验件数1件。按水洗尺寸变化率试验方法进行测量。 6.1.10 水洗后扭曲率 6.1.10.1 洗涤程序和干燥方法 按水洗尺寸变化率的洗涤和干燥方法规定执行。 6.1.10.2 水洗后测量方法 将水洗后的成衣平铺在光滑的台面上，用手轻轻拍平。每件成衣以扭斜程度最大的一边测量，如图3、图4所示。
