QC/T 1199-2023 Intergrated AC standard sockect-outlet of conductive charging for electric vehicles
1 Scope
This document specifies the technical requirements, test methods, safety requirements for marking, packaging, transportation and storage of integrated AC standard socket-outlet of conductive charging for electric vehicles.
This document is applicable to the fixed integrated AC power supply standard sockets of conductive charging for electric vehicles with rated voltage of 220V and rated current of 10A.

3 Terms and definitions
For the purposes of this document, the terms and definitions given in GB/T 19596, GB 18384-2020 and the following apply.
3.1
integrated ac power supply standard socket
fixed device for charging and supplying power to electric vehicles when electric vehicles use the AC charging connection device specified in GB/T18487.1-2023, including single-phase bipolar grounding sockets, and other components for protection, fixing, guarding and other functions, such as box, column, residual current action circuit breaker, etc.

a pin designed to fit into the socket sleeve of an outlet and equipped with electrical accessories for flexible cable electrical connection and mechanical positioning components

socket-outlet
a socket sleeve designed to fit into a plug and pin and equipped with electrical accessories for connecting the terminal of flexible cable

terminal
reusable, insulated or uninsulated connecting devices for electrical connection of external conductors
4 Technical requirements
4.1 Basic structure
The integrated ac power supply standard socket mainly includes single-phase bipolar grounding socket, box, column and residual current action circuit breaker (or the devices meet the residual current action circuit breaker function) and other components. The function block diagram of integrated ac power supply standard socket is shown in Figure 1.
4.2 Requirements for operating environment
4.2.1 Environmental temperature: -30℃ to +50℃.
4.2.2 Relative humidity: 5% to 95%.
4.3 Electrical parameters
4.3.1 Rated voltage: single phase, AC 220V.
4.3.2 Rated current:10A.
4.4 General requirements
4.4.1 The surface color of integrated ac power supply standard socket shall be uniform and smooth, without foaming, cracking, falling off and other phenomena, and the appearance shall be smooth, clean, without sharp angle, no scratch, no flash, no crack, no deformation and other defects.
4.4.2 The dimensions of the single-phase bipolar grounding socket in the integrated ac power supply standard socket shall meet the requirements of Figure 4 of GB/T 1002-2021.
4.4.3 The holding force of the single-phase bipolar grounding socket in the integrated ac power supply standard socket shall meet the requirements of Clause 22 of GB/T 2099.1-2021.
