Construction machinery - Detection methods for cleanliness of parts
1 Scope
This standard specifies a method of detecting the cleanliness of construction machinery parts by weighting method, including detection objects, preparations, impurity collection, impurity detection, impurity analysis and test report.
This standard is applicable to the detection of cleanliness of construction machinery parts.

3 Terms and definitions
For the purposes of this standard, the terms and definitions given in QC/T 571 apply.
4 Detection objects
Detection shall be conducted at the lubrication positions of specific parts before final assembly.
Specific parts to be detected include torque converter, transfer case, transmission, drive axle and rear axle housing in transmission system, as well as supporting wheel, guide wheel and sprocket wheel in traveling system.
Positions to be detected include all surfaces in contact with the working medium.
5 Preparations
5.1 Environment and operators
5.1.1 The cleanliness of parts shall be detected in a clean and well-ventilated room with proper safety measures.
5.1.2 Operators shall wear clean work clothes, hats and shoes, and wash their hands.
5.2 Instruments and cleaners
5.2.1 Instruments and cleaners used for detecting cleanliness shall be clean. Their requirements and uses shall be as specified in Table 1.
5.2.2 The cleaning and standing weight treatment of filter membrane, filter screen and various instruments, filtration of cleaners, and other operations shall be carried out according to the methods specified by QC/T 573.
