1 Scope
This standard specifies the terminologies and definitions related to fuel cell electric vehicles.
This standard is applicable to the complete vehicle and components of fuel cell electric vehicles using gaseous hydrogen.

3 Terminologies and Definitions
For the purposes of this standard, the terminologies and definitions established in GB/T 19596 and GB/T 20042.1 and those listed below apply.

Fuel cell
The power generation system that directly converts the chemical energy of fuel and oxidizing agent externally supplied to electric energy, heat energy and other reaction products through electrochemical reaction.
