This standard specifies the provisions of vehicle for the carriage of dangerous goods with regard to their specific constructional features.
This standard is applicable to N type and O type vehicles as well as trains consisting of N type vehicles and one O type vehicle for transport of dangerous goods.

For the purpose of this standard, the following terms and definitions apply.
3.1
Dangerous goods
Dangerous goods which are classified according to GB 6944 and listed in GB 12268 (hereinafter referred to as goods).
3.2
EX/II type vehicles
Vehicles for the carriage of explosive cargos whose distribution quota meets the requirements of II in Appendix A.
3.3
EX/III type vehicles
Vehicles for the carriage of explosive cargos whose distribution quota meets the requirements of III in Appendix A.
3.4
FL type vehicles
Vehicles for the carriage of liquid whose flash point is lower than or equal to 61℃, or for the carriage of inflammable gas, with vehicle-mounted tank or tank container as loading vessels whose volume is greater than 3 m3.
3.5
OX type vehicles
Vehicles for the carriage of stable hydrogen peroxide or its aqueous solution (with concentration greater than 60%), with vehicle-mounted tank or tank container as loading vessels whose volume is greater than 3 m3.
3.6
AT type vehicles
Non-FL type and non-OX type vehicles whose loading vessels are the same as those of FL type and OX type vehicles.
