1 Scope



This standard specifies the technical requirements and test methods of LTE/CDMA multimode user equipment in terms of unique functions, performance, interface, man-machine interface, environment, reliability, electromagnetic compatibility, etc.

This standard is applicable to LTE/CDMA multimode user equipment supporting USIM+CSIM application cards.

4 LTE/CDMA Multimode Terminals



LTE/CDMA multimode terminals may be classified into LTE/CDMA single-pass terminal and LTE/CDMA dual-pass terminal. Single-pass terminal only supports circuit domain voice or data service on one network at the same time, and voice service takes precedence over data service; while dual-pass terminal only supports the concurrency of cdma2000 voice and LTE data services at the same time.



5 Technical Requirements for LTE/CDMA Multimode Terminals



5.1 Technical Requirements for cdma2000 Module

In addition to the technical requirements for terminal services and functions specified in this standard, the technical requirements for terminal operating in cdma2000 mode in YD/T 1558 apply.

5.2 Technical Requirements for cdma2000 eHRPD Module

In addition to the technical requirements for terminal services and functions specified in this standard, the technical requirements for the terminal operating in cdma2000 eHRPD mode in 3GPP2 C.S0087-A apply.

5.3 Technical Requirements for TD-LTE Module

In addition to the technical requirements for terminal services and functions specified in this standard, the requirements for TD-LTE module in YD/T 2575 apply.

5.4 Technical Requirements for LTE FDD Module

In addition to the technical requirements for terminal services and functions specified in this standard, the requirements for LTE FDD module in YD/T 2577 apply.

5.5 Requirements for LTE/CDMA Multimode Terminal Services and Functions

5.5.1 Terminal types and definitions

Terminals referred to in this standard are LTE/CDMA multimode terminals. Functionally, they can be classified as follows:

Voice data terminals: User equipment that can support both circuit domain voice service and packet domain bearer service, such as hand-held terminals, etc.;

Data terminals: User equipment that do not support circuit domain voice service but support packet domain bearer service, such as MIFL, tablet terminal, data card, CPE, etc.

5.5.2 General services and functions (for voice data terminal only)

See YD/T 2307 for general basic services and functional requirements of LTE/CDMA multimode terminals.

5.5.3 PIN protection function

When LTE/CDMA multimode terminal is powered on, if the USIM+CSIM application card inserted in the card slot activates the PIN protection function, the terminal shall prompt the user to input the PIN code.

1范围
本标准规定了LTE/CDMA多模终端设备所特有的功能、性能、接口、人机界面、环境、可靠性以及 电磁兼容性等方面的技术要求及测试方法。
本标准适用于支持USIM+CSIM应用卡的LTE/CDMA多模终端设备.

4 LTE/CDMA多模终端
LTE/CDMA多模终端可分为ETE/CDMA单通终端、ETE/CDMA双通终端。单通终端同一时间只3 持在一个网络上进行电路域语音或数据业务，语音业务优先于数据业务；双通终端同一时间支主 cdma2000语音和LTE数据业务的并发。
5 LTE/CDMA多模终端技术要求
5.1 cdma2000模块技术要求
除本标准规定的终端业务和功能技术要求以外，终端工作在cdma2000模式下的技术要求见YI" 1558。
5.2 cdma2000 eHRPD模块技术要求
除本标准规定的终端业务和功能技术要求以外，终端工作在cdma2000 eHRPD模式下的技术要求』 3GPP2 C.S0087-A。
5.3 TD-LTE模块技术要求
除本标准规定的终端业务和功能技术要求以外，TD-LTE模块的要求见YD/T 2575。
5.4 LTEFDD模块技术要求
除本标准规定的终端业务和功能技术要求以外，LTE FDD模块的要求见YD/T 2577。
5.5 LTE/CDMA多模终端业务与功能要求
5.5.1终端类型和定义
本标准中所指终端均指LTE/CDMA多模终端。从功能上可进行以下分类：
语音数据类终端：既能支持电路域语音业务，也能支持分组域承载业务的终端设备，如手持终端等 数据类终端：不支持电路域语音业务，支持分组域承载业务的终端设备，如MIFL平板终端，数步 卡，CPE等。
5.5.2通用业务和功能(仅适用于语音数据终端)
LTE/CDMA多模终端的通用基本业务和功能要求见YD/T 2307.
5.5.3 PIN码保护功能
LTE/CDMA多模终端开机时，如果插入卡槽中的USIM+CSIM应用卡激活了PIN码保护功能, 应提示用户输入PIN码。
5.5.4显示要求
显示要求如下：
1) LTE/CDMA多模终端在待机状态下应能够正确显示当前的无线接入技术，能够正确区分4G、 和2G；且TD-LTE和LTE FDD应显示为同一种无线接入技术。
一对于双待终端，应釆用双信号栏形式，即同时显示4G和2G信号；如果无4G信号, 和2G信号。
2) LTE/CDMA多模终端在待机状态下，应能够正确显示运营网络相关信息。 名称要求见相应的终端行标规范，运营网络相关信息应符合《电信条例》要求。 
3） LTE/CDMA多模终端在开机状态下，应能够显示当前的联网状态；
4） LTE/CDMA多模终端在网络连接状态下，应能够显示当前数据连接状态。
5.5.5紧急呼叫功能（仅适用于语音数据终端）
见国家相关标准的规定。
5.5.6系统选择要求
5.5.6.1开机/恢复覆盖时的模式选择
LTE/CDMA多模终端开机后，应根据终端和卡中存储的相关信息正确自动选择待机的网络。
5.5.6.2待机状态下的模式选择
LTE/CDMA多模终端在待机状态下，可依据3GPP/3GPP2标准规定的小区重选准则在LTE/CDMA模 式组合内完成模式的转换。
5.5.7小区测量要求
空闲状态下的LTE/CDMA多模终端：
1） 应能在TD-LTE模式下满足系统间小区测量的条件时,支持对cdma2000 eHRPD网络的邻小区无 线信号进行测量；
2） 应能在ETE FDD模式下满足系统间小区测量的条件时，支持对cdma2000 eHRPD网络的邻小区 无线信号进行测量；
3） 应能在cdma2000eHRPD模式下满足系统间小区测量的条件时,支持对TD-LTE网络的邻小区无 线信号进行测量；
4） 应能在cdma2000 eHRPD模式下满足系统间小区测量的条件时，支持对LT&FDD网络的邻小区 无线信号进行测量；
5） 应能在LTE FDD模式下满足系统间小区测量的条件时，支持对TD-LTE网络的邻小区无线信号 进行测量；
6） 应能在TD-LTE模式下满足系统见小区测量的条件时，支持对LTE FDD网络的邻小区无线信号 进行测量。
连接状态下的LTE/CDMA多模终端应同时支持周期性和基于事件的测量：
1） 应能在TD-ETE连接态模式下满足系统间小区测量的条件时，依据网络指示对cdma2000 eHRPD 网络的邻小区无线信号进行测量（可选）；
2） 应能在LTEFDD连接态模式下满足系统间小区测量的条件时，依据网络指示对cdma2000 eHRPD 网络的邻小区无线信号进行测量（可选）；
3） 应能在cdma2000 eHRPD模式下满足系统间小区测量的条件时，依据网络指示对TD-ETE网络的 邻小区无线信号进行测量（可选）；
4） 应能在cdma2000 eHRPD模式下满足系统间小区测量的条件时，依据网络指示对LTE FDD网络 的邻小区无线信号进行测量（可选）；
5） 应能在LTE FDD连接态模式下满足系统间小区测量的条件时，依据网络指示对TD-LTE网络的 邻小区无线信号进行测量；
6） 应能在TD-LTE连接态模式下满足系统见小区测量的条件时，依据网络指示对LTE FDD网络的 邻小区无线信号进行测量。
5.5.8小区重选要求
空闲状态下的LTE/CDMA多模终端：
1） 应能在TD-LTE模式下满足系统间小区重选的条件时，支持重选到cdma2000 eHRPD无线接入;; 式的小区上；
2） 应能在LTE FDD模式下满足系统间小区重选的条件时，支持重选到cdma2000 eHRPD无线接」 方式的小区上；
3） 应能在cdma2000 eHRPD模式下满足系统间小区重选的条件时，支持重选到TD-LTE无线接入7 式的小区上；
4） 应能在cdma2000eHRPD模式下满足系统间小区重选的条件时，支持重选到LTE FDD无线接丿 方式的小区上；
5） 应能支持LTE FDD和TD-ETE间的小区重选；
6） 应能支持周期性的（依据各厂商实际设定值为准）进行最优系统选择，具体实现要求见3GPP C.S0016：

5.5.9小区切换要求
连接状态下的LTE/CDMA多模终端：
1） 应能在TD-LTE模式下满足系统间小区切换的条件时，支持依据网络指示PS切换到cdma200 eHRPD无线接入方式的小区上（可选）；
2） 应能在LTEFDD模式下满足系统间小区切换的条件时，支持依据网络指示PS切换到cdma20。 eHRPD无线接入方式的小区上（可选）；
3） 应能在cdma2000 eHRPD模式下满足系统间小区切换的条件时，支持依据网络指示PS切换吕 TD-LTE无线接入方式的小区上（可选）；
4） 应能在cdma2000 eHRPD模式下满足系统间小区切换的条件时，支持依据网络指示PS切换3 ETE FDD无线接入方式的小区上（可选）；
5） 应能支持LTEFDD和TD-ETE间的小区切换（可选）。
5.5.10小区重定向要求
连接态下的LTE/CDMA多模终端：
1） 应能在TD-LTE模式下满足系统间小区重定向的条件时，依据网络指示完成到cdma2000eHRP] 小区的重定向；
2） 应能在LTE FDD模式下满足系统间小区重定向的条件时,依据网络指穴完成到cdma2000 eHRP] 小区的重定向；
3） 应能在cdma2000 eHRPD模式下满足系统间小区重定向的条件时，支持依据网络指示完成生 TD-LTE无线接入方式小区的重定向（可选）；
4） 应能在cdma2000 eHRPD模式下满足系统间小区重定向的条件时，支持依据网络指示完成到: LTEFDD无线接入方式小区的重定向（可选）；
5） 应能支持ITE FDD和TD-ETE模式间的重定向。
