1 Scope
This standard specifies the basic requirements, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and product certificate, etc. of two-axle cast-steel bogie for standard gauge railway freight wagon.
This standard is applicable to the manufacturing and inspection of two-axle cast-steel bogie for standard gauge railway freight wagon.

3 Basic Requirements
3.1 The bogie shall meet the requirements of this standard as well as drawings and technical documents approved by established procedures.
3.2 Operating environment temperature of bogie shall be -40℃~50℃.
3.3 Overall contour of bogie shall meet the requirements of GB 146.1.
3.4 The bogie shall be able to pass the curve in radius of 100m.
3.5 Unless otherwise specified, strength of various parts of bogie shall meet the requirements of TB/T 1335.
3.6 The dynamic performance of bogie shall meet the requirements of GB/T 5599.
3.7 Main design parameters of bogie shall meet the following requirements (where there are special requirements, perform according to relevant provisions):
a) The distance from bogie center to bottom side bearing center is 760mm;
b) For bogie installed with rolling bearing, the height from the lowest position of side frame to rail surface shall not be less than 160mm;
c) Distance from upper plane of side frame to rail surface shall not be greater than 775mm;
d) Center pin is in diameter of 50mm;
e) The included angle between lever and vertical surface of foundation brake device is 0° or 40°;
f) Clearance of inner and outer circle round springs in radial direction is 2.5mm~5mm;
g) For bogie without damping device, the coefficient of spring deflection reservation is greater than or equal to 0.7; for that with damping device, the coefficient is greater than or equal to 0.9.
