Acceptance specification for construction quality of equipment concrete foundations in petrochemical industry 1 Scope This specification specifies the construction quality criteria and inspection & test requirements for earthwork excavation and filling, template and support, reinforcement and concrete, embedded parts and grouting of equipment concrete foundations (hereinafter referred to as equipment foundations). This specification is applicable to the construction quality acceptance of cast-in-situ concrete equipment foundations in petrochemical, coal chemical and natural gas chemical construction projects. 2 Normative references The following documents are indispensable for the application of this specification. It, referred to as equipment foundation, may be divided into block type foundation for equipment and frame type foundation for equipment according to the structural forms 3.2 block type foundation for equipment concrete foundation for equipment, composed of a single block or a number of block concrete members in superposed way 3.3 frame type foundation for equipment concrete foundation for equipment formed by connecting the baseplate and the frame structure 3.4 positioning template formed template for locating and fixing a group of anchor bolts, embedded pipes, etc. 4 Basic requirements 4.1 The construction organization for equipment foundation shall have corresponding professional qualifications, and the special operation personnel shall be qualified. The testing organization shall have the qualification certificate issued by the construction administrative department of the government and the corresponding measurement certificate. 4.2 The quality management system shall be established and perfected, and corresponding technical standards, constructional quality control system and quality inspection system shall be available on the construction site. 4.3 Before the construction of equipment foundation, design disclosure and joint review of drawings shall be completed and documented. 4.4 In addition to GB 50300, the classification and acceptance of unit works, subsection works, subitem works and inspection lots of equipment foundation shall meet the following requirements: a) the classification of unit works shall be unified with the classification of unit works of the construction project; b) the equipment frame with more than two layers shall be divided into two parts: foundation and superstructure. 4.5 Before the construction of the equipment foundation, the foundation treatment work shall be subjected to acceptance according to JGJ 79. Upon the completion of foundation construction and the installation of delivered equipment, the intermediate acceptance shall be carried out, and the equipment foundation grouting shall not be carried out until the equipment installation is qualified. 4.6 Unless otherwise specified in this specification, the inspection quantity from inspection lots shall meet the requirements of GB 50204. The dominant items shall meet the requirements of quality acceptance standards, and the qualified point rate of general items shall reach 80% or more without major defects. The deviation value shall not be greater than 1.5 times of the permissible deviation in this specification. 4.7 Materials used for engineering entities shall be subjected to site acceptance according to relevant standards. 4.8 The next working procedure shall not be allowed for concealed works without acceptance. 5 Foundation ditch 5.1 General provisions 5.1.1 Before the earthwork excavation of foundation ditch, the following data shall be available on the construction site: a) geotechnical engineering investigation data of construction sites within the construction area; b) approved construction technical documents; c) data of buildings (structures) and underground buried materials adjacent to the construction area; d) ground treatment acceptance data of the construction area; e) positioning and retest confirmation data; f) earth-moving license approved by the construction organization. 5.1.2 The acceptance of foundation ditch positioning & surveying shall meet the requirements of GB 50026. The measurement of foundation construction deformation shall meet the requirements of JGJ 8. The measurement results of the construction organization shall be confirmed by independent retest of the construction/supervision organization. 5.1.3 The excavation and filling of the foundation ditch of special soils such as expansive soil and collapsible loess shall meet the requirements of GB 50112, JGJ 79 and JGJ 167. 5.1.4 Safety measures for protecting the surrounding facilities and environment shall be taken for the earthwork excavation and filling work. 5.1.5 Drainage and dewatering measures shall be taken for the foundation ditch according to the engineering geology and the excavation depth. 5.1.6 Special construction scheme shall be compiled for seasonal earthwork construction, and shall meet the requirements of relevant specifications. 5.2 Earthwork excavation of foundation ditch Dominant items 5.2.1 The sequence and method of earthwork excavation shall be consistent with the conditions of the design construction period, and follow the principle of "grooving support, supporting before excavation, layered excavation, and no over-excavation". Inspection method: observation. 5.2.2 After the earthwork excavation, the ditch shall be inspected, and the construction of the next working procedure shall not be carried out until the ditch is qualified. 石油化工设备混凝土基础工程施工质量验收规范 1 范围 本规范规定了设备混凝土基础(以下简称设备基础)工程土方挖填、模板及支架、钢筋与混凝土、预埋件和灌浆的施工质量标准与检验试验的要求。 本规范适用于石油化工、煤化工、天然气化工建设工程中现浇混凝土设备基础工程的施工质量验收。 2规范性引用文件 由混凝土制成、以承受设备荷载为主要目的的结构总称。按结构形式可分为块体式设备基础和框架式设备基础两种，简称设备基础。 3.2 块体式设备基础block type foundation for equipment 由单一块体或若干块体混凝土构件叠合组成的设备混凝土基础。 3.3 框架式设备基础frame type foundation for equipment 由底板及框架结构连接而成的设备混凝土基础。 3.4 定距模板positioning template 用于定位和固定一组地脚螺栓、预埋管等的成型模板。 4基本规定 4.1 设备基础施工单位应具备相应专业资质，特种作业人员应具备相应资格。检测机构应具有政府建设主管部门颁发的资质认定证书及相应的计量认证证书。 4.2施工现场应建立健全质量管理体系、有相应的技术标准、施工质量控制制度和质量检验制度。 4.3设备基础施工前应完成设计‘交底和图纸会审，并形成记录文件。 4.4设备基础的单位工程、分部工程、分项工程和检验批的划分与验收，除应符合GB 50300的规定外，尚应符合下列规定： a)单位工程的划分应与建设工程项目的单位工程划分相统一； b)两层以上设备构架应分为基础和上部结构两个分部。 4.5设备基础施工前对地基处理工程应按JGJ 79的规定进行验收，基础施工完成交付设备安装时应进行中间验收，设备基础灌浆应在设备安装验收合格后进行。 4.6检验批检查数量除本规范注明外，应符合GB 50204规定。主控项目应符合质量验收标准规定，一般项目合格点率应达到80％及以上，且无严重缺陷，偏差值不大于本规范允许偏差的1.5倍。 4.7用于工程实体的材料应按相应标准进行进场验收。 4.8隐蔽工程未经验收，不得进行下道工序作业。 5基槽工程 5.1 一般规定 5.1.1 基槽土方开挖前，施工现场应具备下列资料： a)施工区域内建筑场地岩土工程勘察资料； b)经批准的施工技术文件； c)施工区域临近建(构)筑物及地下埋设物资料； d)施工区域地基处理验收资料； e)定位及复测确认资料； f)经建设单位批准的动土许可证。 5.1.2基槽定位测量的验收应符合GB 50026的规定。基础施工变形测量应符合JGJ 8的规定。施工单位的测量成果应经建设/监理单位独立复测确认。 5.1.3膨胀土、湿陷性黄土等特殊性土基槽的挖填，应符合GB 50112、JGJ 79、JGJ 167等标准的规定。 5.1.4土方挖填工程应采取保护周围设施和环境安全的措施。 5.1.5基槽应根据工程地质及开挖深度，采取排水、降水措施。 5.1.6土方季节性施工应编制专项施工方案，并符合相应规范规定。 5.2基槽土方开挖 主控项目 5.2.1 土方开挖的顺序、方法应与设计施工期工况相一致，并遵循“开槽支撑，先撑后挖，分层开挖，不得超挖”的原则。 检验方法：观察检查。 5.2.2土方开挖完成后应进行验槽，合格后方可进行下道工序施工。 检验方法：检查验槽记录。 一般项目 5.2.3土方开挖前应对降排水及支护系统检查验收。 检验方法：观察并检查验收记录。 5.2.4土方开挖至设计标高后及时进行下道工序。 检验方法：观察检查。 5.2.5土方开挖的边坡坡率值应根据开挖深度和实际土质确定。应符合下列规定： a)在土质均匀且地下水位低于基槽底面、天然湿度的区域，开挖不加支撑的直立壁基槽时，挖方深度不应超过下列规定： ——密实、中密的砂土和碎石类土(充填物为砂土) 1.0m ——硬塑、可塑的黏性土及粉质黏土 1.25m ——硬塑、可塑的黏土和碎石类土(充填物为黏性土) 1.5m ——坚硬的黏土 2m 5.2.6验槽遇到下列情况之一时，应在基槽底进行轻型动力触探： a)持力层明显不均匀； b)浅部有明显软弱下卧层； c)有浅埋的坑穴、古墓、古井等，直接观察难以发现时； d)勘查报告或设计文件有要求时。 检验方法：观察检查、资料检查。 5.3基础土方回填 主控项目 5.3.1 基础土方回填应在基础隐蔽验收合格后进行。 检验方法：检查验收记录。 5.3.2 回填压实系数应符合设计要求。 a)分层压实系数及分层厚度，每50m2～100m2检测一点，每个基槽不少于一点； b)填土顶面标高、表面平整度，每个基槽不少于一点； c)回填土料，每个取土点不少于一次，回填土料条件或来源变化时，应分别取样检测。 6模板工程 6.1 一般规定 6.1.1 模板及支架使用材料及构配件的材质、规格、性能、进场检测等应符合施工技术文件的要求和相关标准的规定。 6.1.2模板及支架应根据工程结构形式、使用工况、地基土类别、施工设备和材料供应条件进行设计，应满足承载能力、刚度和整体稳固性要求。 6.1.3高、大、重模板支架工程的施工方案应按有关规定进行技术论证。 6.1.4浇筑混凝土的专用通道、泵送管道的支架等设施，应与模板及支架分离。 6.2模板及支架的安装和拆除 主控项目 6.2.1 模板支架的基础形式与排水措施、安装程序、杆件布置与构造措施、连墙件设置应符合施工技术文件的规定。 检验方法：观察检查。 6.2.2模板安装的材料、拼装顺序、位置、支撑设置应与设计一致，应保证设备基础各部分形状、尺寸和相对位置正确。 检验方法：观察检查、测量检查。 6.2.3模板隔离剂不得沾污钢筋和混凝土接槎处。 检验方法：观察检查。 检验方法：测量检查。 6.2.7柱模板安装应符合下列规定： a)模板下端应预留清扫口； b)柱、梁接合处应拼装严密，并易于拆除； c)多柱安装完成后，应统一校核轴线、标高。 检验方法：观察检查、测量检查。 6.2.8 穿越基础的管线不得直接浇筑在混凝土中。 检验方法：观察检查。 6.2.9当混凝土强度能保证其表面及棱角不受损伤时，方可拆除侧模。 检验方法：观察检查。 6.2.10拆除带有对拉螺栓或固定地脚螺栓的模板时，应避免螺栓与砼接触面松动。 检验方法：观察检查。
