Introduction
Green manufacturing is an important means to solve national resources and environmental problems, an inevitable requirement to realize industrial transformation and upgrading, an effective way to fulfill green development of automobile industry, and a necessary choice for society to take the initiative to assume social responsibility.
This document is one of a series of standards for the construction of green manufacturing standard system, aiming at standardizing the statistical work of water consumption in automobile industry. The calculation method of water consumption specified in this document will help to establish scientific and reasonable evaluation indicators of water consumption, promote the continuous improvement of water resources utilization efficiency and promote the healthy and green development of automobile industry.
Method of calculating comprehensive water consumption for unit output of automobile products
1 Scope
This document specifies the terms, definitions, statistical scope and calculation methods of comprehensive water consumption for unit output of automobile products.
This document is applicable to calculation of comprehensive water consumption for unit output of automobile products..

the ratio of the comprehensive water consumption of automotive products during certain metering time to the total quantity of qualified products produced during the same period
3.3 production system
the production process of stamping, welding, painting and final assembly in the whole automobile manufacturing process
3.4 supporting production system
plant logistics and energy power areas and equipment and facilities activity processes
3.5 energy management system
management and control integration system to implement centralized and flat dynamic monitoring and digital management of production, transmission, distribution and consumption links of enterprise energy system, improve and optimize energy balance, and realize systematic energy saving and consumption reduction, by virtue of automation, information technology and centralized management mode
4 Statistical requirements
4.1 General
The types of water included in the comprehensive water consumption statistics shall meet the requirements of completing national energy statistics, and the water intake shall not be recalculated or omitted. The metering of water intake shall meet the requirements of GB 24789.
4.2 Statistical scope of comprehensive water consumption
The scope of comprehensive water consumption statistics for automobiles refers to the amount of new water intake consumed by the production system and supporting production system during the production process of automobile products.
Note: The fresh water intake refers to the total amount of water or water products directly taken by industrial enterprises from surface water, groundwater and urban water supply projects and other water purchased by enterprises from the market within certain metering time.
