QC/T 417-2001 consists of the following five parts under the general title Connector used in automobile wire harness and electrical device:
——Part 1: Definition, test method and requirement;
——Part 2: Type and dimension of the male terminal;
——Part 3: Type, dimension and special requirement of the ring terminal;
——Part 4: Type, dimension and special requirement of the device connector (male);
——Part 5: Type, dimension and special requirement of the device connector (female);
This is Part 2 of QC/T 417-2001.
This standard is developed in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009 Directives for standardization-Part 1: Structure and drafting of standards.
This standard is a revision of QC/T 417.3-2001 Connector used in automobile wire harness - Part 3: Dimension and special requirement of single-wire plug connector, QC/T 417.4-2001 Connector used in automobile wire harness - Part 4: Dimension and special requirement of multi-wire plug connector” and QC/T 417.5-2001 Connector used in automobile wire harness - Part 5: Dimension and special requirement of cylindrical plug connector for single-wire and multi-wire connector. The following main changes have been made with respect to QC/T 417.3.4.5-2001:
——the original QC/T 417.3-2001, QC/T 417.4-2001 and QC/T 417.5-2001 standards are merged into one standard and renamed as "Type and dimension of the male terminal".
——"5 Special performance requirements" and "6 Labels" in the original QC/T 417.3-2001, QC/T 417.4-2001 and QC/T 417.5-2001 are deleted.
——Annex A in the original QC/T 417.3-2001 is deleted.
——the male specification of "3×0.64" in the original QC/T 417.4-2001 is deleted.
——Figure 1 in the original QC/T 417.4-2001 is modified to remove the uncut dambar structure.

1 Scope
This standard specifies the type and dimension of blade and cylindrical male terminals.
This standard is applicable to single-wire and multi-wire connectors used in automobile wire harness and electrical device.

4.1 Type and dimension of A-blade male terminal
Type and dimension of A-blade male terminal shall comply with Figure 1 and Table 1. The details not specified are determined in accordance with the manufacturer's choice.

前言
QC/T 417—2001《汽车电线束和电气设备用连接器》包括5个部分:
——第1部分:定义、试验方法和一般性能要求;
——第2部分:插头端子的型式和尺寸;
——第3部分:电线接头的型式、尺寸和特殊要求;
——第4部分:设备连接器(插头)型式、尺寸和特殊要求;
——第5部分:设备连接器(插座)型式、尺寸和特殊要求。
本标准为QC/T 417—2001的第2部分。
本标准按照GB/T 1.1—2009《标准化工作导则 第1部分:标准的结构和编写》给出的规则起草。
本标准是对QC/T 417.3—2001《车用电线束插接器 第3部分:单线片式插接件的尺寸和特殊要求》、QC/T 417.4—2001《车用电线束插接器 第4部分:多线片式插接件的尺寸和特殊要求》、QC/T 417.5—2001《车用电线束插接器 第5部分:用于单线和多线插接器的圆柱式插接件尺寸和特殊要求》的修订,与QC/T 417.3.4.5—2001相比主要变化如下:
——把原QC/T 417.3—2001、QC/T 417.4—2001、QC/T 417.5—2001三个标准合并为一个标准,改名称为“插头端子的型式和尺寸”。
——删除了原QC/T 417.3—2001、QC/T 417.4—2001、QC/T 417.5—2001三个标准中的“5特殊性能要求”和“6标注”。
——删除了原QC/T 417.3—2001中的附录A。
——删除了原QC/T 417.4—2001中“3×0.64”的插头规格。
