Assembly valve on high pressure hydrogen storage cylinder for vehicles
1 Scope
This document specifies the basic types, technical requirements, test methods and acceptance criteria, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage requirements of assembly valve on high pressure hydrogen storage cylinder for vehicles (hereinafter referred to as the “assembly valve”).
This document is applicable to the assembly valve on high pressure hydrogen storage cylinder for vehicles with a nominal working pressure of not greater than 70MPa, a working temperature of -40℃ to 85℃, which are fixed on road vehicles and used as fuel tanks.
The type test of thermally-activated pressure relief device for high pressure hydrogen storage cylinder for vehicles may be carried out with reference to this document.

3 Terms, definitions and symbols
3.1 Terms and definitions
For the purposes of this document, the terms and definitions given in GB/T 13005 and the following apply.
3.1.1 assembly valve on high pressure hydrogen storage cylinder for vehicles
valve installed on the high pressure hydrogen storage cylinder for vehicles, which is composed of components such as manual shut-off valve, automatic shut-off valve, check valve, thermally-activated pressure relief device (TPRD) and temperature sensor
3.2 Symbols
For the purposes of this document, the following symbols apply.
p: nominal working pressure of assembly valve, in MPa.
4 Basic types
4.1 Assembly valve shall include manual shut-off valve, automatic shut-off valve, check valve, TPRD and temperature sensor.
4.2 The model designation of the assembly valve shall consist of the followings.
Example: the model designation of the assembly valve on high pressure hydrogen storage cylinder for vehicles with a nominal working pressure of 35MPa, a rated DC voltage of 12V and a design S.N. of I is CQZF-35-12-I.
