This standard specifies the circuit arrangements and the methods of movement of the coolant in rotating electrical machine, and specifies the complete designation system and simplified designation system of cooling method.
This standard is applicable to all kinds of rotating electrical machine. The designation of cooling method in product technical document shall be in accordance with those specified in this standard.
