Rubber belt of electrostatic conductivity for motor vehicle
1 Scope
This standard specifies the classification, technical requirements, test method, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, loading and unloading, and storage of rubber belt of electrostatic conductivity for motor vehicle [hereafter referred to as "the belt(s)"].
This standard is applicable to the belts installed to vehicles carrying flammable and dry goods such as oil tankers and liquefied petroleum gas tankers and other vehicles requiring static electricity removal.

3 Product classification
3.1 Product structure
The belt is composed of conductive rubber belt, fixing piece, regulating device and counterweight piece, as shown in Figures 1 and 2.
3.2 Product type
The belts are divided into three types according to vehicle types:
Types A1 and A2: suitable for mini-trucks and cars, see Figure 1.
Types B1 and B2: suitable for light-duty trucks and other light-duty vehicles, see Figure 1.
Type C: suitable for medium-sized and above vehicles, see Figure 2.
3.3 Specifications and dimensions (length mm × width mm × thickness mm)
Type A1: 500 × 20 × 6;
Type A2: 500 × 23 × 6;
Type B1: 600 × 28 × 6;
Type B2: 600 × 32 × 6;
Type C: 1600 × 55 × 8.
