1 Scope
This standard specifies requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of liquid crystal displaying quartz watches (hereafter referred to as liquid crystal displaying watches).
This standard is applicable to liquid crystal displaying watches with nominal working voltage of DC 1.50V or DC 3.0V and other additional functions of hour, minute, second and date, including those not for hands. It also serves as reference for movement of liquid crystal displaying quartz watches.
