1 Scope
This Part of GB/T 223 specifies Cinchonine gravimetric method and tetraphenylarsonium chloride - rhodanate - methenyl choloride extraction spectrophotometric method for determination of tungsten content.
Cinchonine gravimetric method stated in this Part is applicable to determination of tungsten alloyed steel, high temperature alloy and precision alloy with tungsten mass fraction of 1.00%~22.00%.
The tetraphenylarsonium chloride - rhodanate - methenyl choloride extraction spectrophotometric method stated in this Part is applicable to determination of tungsten in carbon steel, alloyed steel and high temperature alloy with tungsten mass fraction of 0.050%~1.50%.
