1 Scope
This standard specifies the classifications and codes, order contents, dimensions, shapes, weights and permissible deviations, technical requirements, surface quality, test methods, inspection rules, and packaging, marking and quality certificates of soft magnetic alloys including 1J22, 1J30, 1J31, 1J32, 1J33, 1J38, 1J36, 1J116, 1J117, 1J6, 1J12, 1J13, 1J16 and 1J66.
It is applicable to cold-rolled strips, cold-drawn wires, hot-rolled (forged) flats, bars and bright materials of 1J22 high saturation magnetic induction iron-cobalt-vanadium soft magnetic alloys; 1J30, 1J31, 1J32, 1J33 and 1J38 magnetic compensate alloy cold-rolled strips and bars for magnetic shunt compensation; hot-rolled (forged) bars of 1J36, 1J116 and 1J117 corrosion-resisting soft magnetic alloys and cold-rolled strips of 1J116 corrosion-resisting soft magnetic alloys; cold-rolled strips and hot-rolled (forged) bars of 1J6 iron-aluminium soft magnetic alloys; warm-rolled strips of 1J12, 1J13, 1J16 iron-aluminium soft magnetic alloys; permanent permeability alloy cold-rolled strips of 1J66 with constant permeability in a wide range of magnetic field, temperature and frequency.
