QC/T 417-2001 consists of the following five parts under the general title Connector used in automobile wire harness and electrical device:

This is Part 3 of QC/T 417-2001.
This standard is developed in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009 Directives for standardization - Part 1: Structure and drafting of standards.
This standard is the revision of QCN 29010-1991 Type, dimension and technical requirements of low-voltage automotive ring terminals, QCn 29011-1991 Type, dimension and technical requirements of automotive ignition ring terminals and QCn 29013-1991 Type, dimension and technical requirements of automotive storage battery ring terminals. The following main changes are made with respect to QC 29010-1991, QCn29011-1991 and QCn 29013-1991:
——the original QCn 29010-1991, QCn 29011-1991 and QCn 29013-1991 are merged into one standard and renamed as Type, dimension and special requirement of the ring terminal.
—— “3.2 Mark of ring terminal”, “3.3.2.1 Specification and dimension of direct fork head” and “3.3.3 Specification and dimensions of transverse fork ring terminal” in original QCn 29010-1991 are deleted.
——“3.2 Labeling example” in original QCn 29013-1991 is deleted.

1 Scope
This standard specifies type, dimension and technical requirements of automotive ring terminal.
This standard is applicable to connectors of low-voltage ring terminal, ignition ring terminal and storage battery ring terminal used in automobile wire harness and electrical device.

3 Type and dimension
3.1 General description
The dimension of unmarked tolerance in the figures and tables in the standard is Grade M in GB/T 1804-2000.
3.2 Type and dimension of low-voltage ring terminal
Low-voltage ring terminal is classified into round terminal and fork terminal by shape. The type and dimension of round terminal is as shown in Figure 1 and Table 1. The type and dimension of fork terminal is as shown in Figure 2 and Table 2.

前言
QC/T 417—2001《汽车电线束和电气设备用连接器》包括5个部分:
——第1部分:定义、试验方法和一般性能要求;
——第2部分:插头端子的型式和尺寸;
——第3部分:电线接头的型式、尺寸和特殊要求;
——第4部分:设备连接器(插头)型式、尺寸和特殊要求;
——第5部分:设备连接器(插座)型式、尺寸和特殊要求。
本标准为QC/T 417—2001的第3部分。
本标准按照GB/T 1.1—2009《标准化工作导则 第1部分:标准的结构和编写》给出的规则起草。
本标准是对QCn 29010—1991《汽车用低压电线接头型式、尺寸和技术要求》、QCn 29011—1991《汽车用点火线电线接头型式、尺寸和技术要求》、QCn 29013—1991《汽车用蓄电池电线接头型式、尺寸和技术要求》的修订,与QCn 29010—1991、QCn 29011—1991、QCn 29013—1991相比主要变化如下:
——把原QCn 29010—1991、QCn 29011—1991、QCn 29013—1991三个标准合并为一个标准,改名称为“电线接头的型式、尺寸和特殊要求”。
——删除了原QCn 29010—1991中的“3.2电线接头标记”“3.3.2.1叉形直接头的规格和尺寸”“3.3.3横置叉形电线接头的规格和尺寸”。
——删除了原QCn 29013—1991中的“3.2标记示例”。

4特殊要求
4.1低压电线接头的特殊要求
材料为铜及铜合金带材时,按GB/T 2059规定或供需双方商定。覆盖层由供需双方商定。
4.2汽车用点火线电线接头的特殊要求
材料为钢带65Mn,厚0.4 mm时,按YB/T 5058规定;覆盖层为D·Zn 13时,按QC/T 625规定。
4.3汽车用蓄电池电线接头的特殊要求
要求如下:
1)A、B型为铜合金,C型为铜板时,按GB/T 2040规定,型号由供需双方商定;
2)A、B型为镀锡覆盖层时,按QC/T 625规定;
3)蓄电池用紧固螺栓为M6或M8规格时,按GB/T35规定。镀锡时,按QC/T 625规定。
