1 Scope
This standard specifies the technical requirements for the pre-heat treatment before carburization and the primary quenching and tempering, high-temperature tempering and secondary quenching and tempering after carburization as well as the inspection methods for average grain size, case-hardened depth, hardness, microscopic structure and crack etc. of the rolling bearing parts made from G20CrMo(A) ,G20CrNiMo(A), G20CrNi2Mo(A), G20Cr2Ni4(A), G10CrNi3Mo(A) and G20Cr2Mn2Mo(A) that meet the requirements of GB/T 3203.
This standard is applicable to the carburizing heat treatment quality inspection for the above-mentioned rolling bearing parts made from carburizing bearing steel, and also is applicable to the carburizing heat treatment quality inspection for rolling bearing parts made from low carbon alloy steel.
