——specifications and models are added;
——the materials and mechanical properties of main parts and components are adjusted;
——the magnetic particle testing requirements for key positions of main parts are added;
——safety requirements are added;
——the inspection rules are standardized and improved.
This standard was proposed by China Machinery Industry Federation.

Limestone wet ball mill for desulphurization
1 Scope
This standard specifies the types and basic parameters, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of limestone wet ball mill for desulphurization.
This standard is applicable to wet ball mill (hereinafter referred to as mill) used in flue gas desulphurization pulping system for grinding limestones of different hardness.

3 Type and basic parameters
3.1 Type
The types of mill are shown in Figures 1 and 2, in which the specific structure is not specified.

3.2 Model
The model designation of mill shall meet the requirements of GB/T 25706, as follows:

The wet overflow limestone ball mill for desulphurization with a cylinder diameter of 2,700mm and a cylinder length of 6,000mm is designated as:

4 Technical requirements
4.1 Basic requirements
4.1.1 The mill shall meet the requirements of this standard and manufactured according to the drawings and technical documents approved by established procedure.
4.1.2 The technical requirements of raw materials, purchased parts and processing, assembly and installation not specified in this standard shall meet the requirements of national standards and relevant general professional standards.
4.1.3 Service conditions: ambient temperature: -5℃~40℃;working system: continuous.
4.1.4 The cutting parts, weldments, castings, forgings and painting of the mill shall comply with the requirements of JB/T 5000.9, JB/T 5000.3, JB/T 5000.6, JB/T 5000.8 and JB/T 5000.12 respectively.
4.1.5 The anti-corrosive treatment shall meet the requirements of HG/T 20678 and HGJ 229.
4.2 Complete machine performance requirements
4.2.1 The main technical parameters of the mill shall comply with the requirements of this standard and be applicable to the system process requirements.
4.2.2 The oil return temperature rise of the main bearing shall not exceed 15℃, and the maximum oil return temperature shall not exceed 55℃.
4.2.3 Dynamic and static pressure main bearings are recommended for mills with cylinder diameter greater than or equal to Φ2,400mm; rolling bearings may be adopted for mills with cylinder diameter less than Φ2,400mm.
4.2.4 The lubricating device of the mill shall operate reliably. If it is equipped with a lubricating station, the oil pump motor and the main motor shall be provided with electrical interlocking device which shall send a signal in case of fault in the lubricating system, so as to ensure that the main motor stops automatically; and alarm signal devices for oil temperature, oil pressure, oil volume and differential pressure shall be equipped. The lubricating system shall be equipped with safety devices such as safety valve, pressure gauge and thermometer. The inclination of the oil return pipeline shall not be less than 1:40.
